I bought a reclining loveseat and sofa set from this location and had an excellent experience at the store. They came to deliver and set up the couch at my home. They assembled it, plugged it in and made sure it worked (on one side of the couch). I asked them if it was ready to be used and was told yes. They left and later that evening, I used the recliner on the couch. Upon putting the recliner back down, I heard a weird noise and it SEVERED the cord (just by moving the couch back to the upright position.) I immediately messaged the customer service department and asked what my options were. Ive been given the run around for over a month (almost 2) then, i had guests over who reclined my loveseat, and the same exact thing happened except it happened upon reclining the loveseat so my loveseat is stuck in an open position and today I was told they will not have the parts until December. I told them I cannot have my loveseat like this for months, especially with holidays coming up (the entire reason I bought a new couch to begin with) but they said it’s not covered under warranty because “I said I moved the couch to see what was going on with the cords” AFTER it was already broken to find that they were severed. Do not buy from here if you expect a good warranty or good customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Went yesterday to look at new couches, James was very helpful but wasnt bugging us like other salesmen at other stores. He was super helpful at getting us exactly what we wanted and even helped us pick some things out for our next purchase! Highly recommend Furniture One in Terrell.

I have bought from this place many times. When the son was the manager the customer service was so much better. This is the second time I purchased furniture and it took two weeks to receive it. If you say 5-7 business days that is what I expect. If something changes then give good service and let the customer know. I should not have to call everyday just to receive merchandise they are getting paid for. No one calls to follow up. I literally had to call every day to find out when the furniture will be delivered. No delivery date. Now I have to travel out of town and will have to wait another 4 days. This will be my last purchase.

Cliff and Eric did a fanominal job. Awesome customer service. Our couch was not right. They told us before bringing furniture in and are coming back to replace it. Thanks guys.

Got a great deal on some furniture and 0%

Went in on October 7, then cancelled order the following Monday the 10th. Was told it would be taken care of and to my surprise we had $367 drafted from our account. Called to ask why they had drafted the money after we cancelled and Bryan said “we told you to call snap finance to cancel”. We were NEVER told to contact the financing company. Only that it would be taken care of and no money would be drafted from our account. Thankfully Snap financing was very understanding and realized we deserve a refund since we never picked up the mattress set. But now I realize furniture one did not delete our information because snap pays them their monthly payment for a mattress set that is still at their store. Don’t buy from them unless you want to be robbed blind and pay $2500 in interest. Thanks a heap, Bryan.

So disappointed,, I bought what I thought was a brand new mattress set, only to receive a matress and a used box spring,, when the gentleman told me, Ill give you a good deal, I didnt know that was because it was used,, I called to complain but the person who answered the phone told me, we dont sell used furniture he transferred me to the sales guy and again he repeated I gave you a good deal, and the box spring is refurbished, Ive been in Terrell one week, expensive lesson☹☹☹☹☹
