I had the best experience with Connie in the hair salon area today! She did a great job on washing, cutting and styling my hair! I will definitely go back to get a haircut with her again, thank you for the best experience🤩Also, the young ladies that work up there are very helpful when looking for something!

We had the best experience with Connie today! My 10 year old daughter somehow got a huge knot in her hair, after trying multiple things at home to get the knot out of her hair, we decided to make an appointment before it got any worse, and we were afraid we would have to cut it out. Last minute we found Connie and she was wonderful!! Even through my daughters painful screams, Connie was so patient and caring. When finished with my daughter, my daughter was overcome with joy and gave Connie multiple hugs because she was able to save the hair and not cut it out. We will definitely recommend Connie to family and friends in the future.

We were greeted when entering and shown right what I was looking for. No line at check out and cashier was very pleasant and quick.

This was my first time at this Ulta since moving close to Terrell. I had an amazing experience with Sarah at the hair salon! She made cutting my hair so exciting! Can’t wait to take my daughter to get her haircut there in a couple of weeks. 😃

Even though I have other Ulta stores closer to my home, I drive to this one for my hairdresser, Ali. Ali is experienced and skilled and easy to chat with about all subjects. It’s also nice that the store is newer and cleaner than others I have visited. Staff is friendly and helpful and willing to help you find the answers you are looking for.

The best skin care products. Owner consultant really knows her products and can help with any skin care needs. And I was able to pick up a really cute pair of earrings😄

First time ever to go to an Ulta store.I did a bit of online research before walking in and it helped to understand how vast Ulta provides. Whether its a pampering at the salon, finding vegan cosmetic products or re-stocking your favorite lipstick, this brand new location in Terrell, TX is a must stop destination.

Got everything I needed for a gift

I went into Ulta yesterday with a list of makeup I needed to purchase from my Ulta app bag. Ashley greeted me with a huge smile and asked if I was looking for anything specific, so I handed her my phone with my list. She quickly found everything and kept me from having to wander (and therefore kept me from spending WAY more than I needed to since there was zero temptation). I don’t know what that poor customer service review was about, as it’s a brand new store so there will always be a little bit of a learning curve, but I had the complete opposite experience. Highly recommend shopping at this Ulta! Staff is fabulous!!!!

I had my hair cut by Ally. She is amazing!!! Staff was friendly and everything was super clean/organized. I found my new hair stylist and Ulta location!

Worst haircut ever. He cut my hair way shorter than was asked. Layered it where he wasn’t supposed to, and textured it and was not asked to. I was on time for my appointment but had to wait an extra 30-35 minutes before he could even get to me. He didn’t wash my hair out all the way after he shampooed it either. I’ll let my 4 year old sister cut my hair and pull a tooth out before I ever go back to this store ever again!

Went to get some advice from the salon.

We went in to Mac to try and find some makeup for my daughter who has no knowledge of makeup. Carla assisted her and taught us both how to do our eyeshadow and contour. She is so soft spoken and gentle. My daughter literally left in tears. She’s the best, such a sweet girl! She sure made my daughter feel confident. She also went out of her way and helped me with other brands besides Mac, and gave me the perfect foundation match

This store and salon is absolutely beautiful! Very fresh and clean and everyone is super friendly. Samantha (salon stylist) is my favorite! I followed her from Rockwall to Terrell. I highly recommend her and the entire Terrell team!

First time at this Ulta and the ladies there were super nice and helpful! From the moment I walked in there was someone at the door with a basket letting me know their COVID safety guidelines and Ashley helped me find everything I needed and was very knowledgeable on her product!

I went in to get my makeup done for my anniversary and wow.. When I tell you my husband couldn’t stop telling me how beautiful I looked. It was all thanks to the amazing Mac artist. I love Carla so much!!! Not only is she knowledable and very professional but she has such a beautiful soul. She made me feel so comfortable, I felt like I knew her all my life. I’ve never had that connection with any other artist. All my friends will be going to Her. Thanks for making me feel beautiful again!!!

I recently visited the new Ulta in Terrell. Beautiful store! I mainly browsed around, but I was assisted by a sales associate at MAC. I was looking for a shadow base and she recommended one which I hadn’t tried before. Pro Longwear Paint Pot, soft ochre which has really worked great!Glad to have this beauty store closer to home.

Went a couple days before Christmas, the store was so packed full of people, some without masks I just left. A hair iron was not worth getting covid. Guess the store decided to stop enforcing their mask and social distance policy

Didnt have Rusk shampoo and conditioner.

Worst Ulta ever. I’m writing this review as I Stand in the check out line. Cashier is conversing with her coworker who is checking out while the rest of us are in a long line. I came to buy a whole new line of make up and get swatched. No one ever helped. But 2 ladies were talking about her troubled son and how he’s doing better in school while setting up displays. I guess that’s have to go to Sephora where I’m greeted and helped the second I walk through the door.

Honestly this is probably the best ulta I have ever walked into! All of the employees are so sweet! They asked me every minute how I was doing and an employee helped me fine my perfect tarte foundation and concealer. The cashiers are amazing and super sweet. When I was all done she said you have a blessed day. Love this ulta and I will be shopping there!!!
