Not even a good store and not a decent size of a store, only 1 person on the job from what it looks like, and didnt have the hats I was looking for. 😡😡😡

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT WHEN SHOPPING HERE. I will NEVER buy a hat from this place. The sales person tried to scam me adding embroidery fees when i didnt request this. He also added a few more dollars to the hat sticker price which was $37.99 and when i looked at the receipt he charged me $39.99. Is this how they run business at this place?!?!! Please check your receipts when you buy from this place. Its a good thing i did!!

We love Lids but its hit or miss with finding the perfect hat and having your size in stock. We wanted a few the last time we went but they did not have my husbands size.

Went in the store ca use they have a sign out stating to take an additional 50% off clearance. When I tried to buy 3 hats she told me its not . And that the sign is out there on accident . I asked them to honor it ( she said no cause I will get fired) its 20$ difference wouldnt do it tho. This place is a Joke.

Went in to order a hat. The only rep in the store at the time was in the middle of a personal phone call. I stood in there for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Didnt get a hello, a can I help you, or so much as a look my direction. I DID however get to hear every bit of her conversation and got to hear her complain about a fellow coworker and discuss how shes been offered another job elsewhere. Highly unacceptable customer service.

I mean I know I very far from Maryland but not one single Baltimore hat I was hot I wasted my time after calling

Wow I’ve never been scammed so hard before!! Lady made it sound like embroidery was free and did not mention prices of anything when she was helping me pick it out. When we got to the register and my total was $67 I said I thought you said it was free and she gave me a blank stare ….. don’t waste your money here
