Usually a great experience at this location, not today. Mens bathroom needed much attention (dirty floor, only one running faucet, one soap dispenser on the opposite side, no paper towels). The most common drink selections were out of service, no Gatorade, powerade, not even the water was functioning. New layout is not good either, go back to the old one.

Usually on point at this location. This evening, not so much. Mens bathroom blown out. Total mess. Overall cleanliness outside definitely not QT standards.

Great place, lots of options, friendly staff. My only concern is all the tweekers and pandhandelers that come in and steal, then use the restroom for a bird bath and leave a complete mess. I feel bad for the employees that have to clean up after them. They should hire security.

As an NJ visitor this place is BONKERS, so many options for slushies. The young ladyw working at night multitasked several transactions from different people with such ease, I hope she gets a bigger pay!

Awesome staff! If possible could the kitchen crew call out the number for the order? I am hearing impaired and its a little hard to distinguish sandwich details from someone elses order, and i have mistakenly grabbed a similar sandwich someone else had ordered. Bad for both of us!

Id trade 10 Maverick Stores (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, etc) for 1 QT store. QT is my 1st stop when arriving in AZ. Always clean, well-stocked, friendly, and fast. Please expand to Utah.

The kitchen guy that works there has an attitude problem he is always disrespectful, missed up on the food, it’s either he makes the pretzels too small and shakes not even full.

QT is reliable and consistent with friendly, courteous clerks. And they live up to their name, QUIK!

Theyre not really good at training staff. the staff arent enforcing policies. and a certain staff member was visibly upset that they had to do their job. I literally just left without buying anything because they were in such a sour mood.

She was able to quickly explain and smile through a pricing issue and even took the time to educate me on offers that are available in the morning (doughnuts) and others that are available after 3 p.m. (Big Drink with food purchase) Thank you for the clarity Annissa!

Always quick always friendly but it’s always packed for the most part so it’s always busy. Overall clean bathrooms, fountain drinks area, customer service is great can’t complain too much about this QT always has good lighting as well!

Do not trust this QT if you are turning in scratcher tickets or lottery tickets. I had a $50 winning scratcher and the guy working didnt even scan it and told me it was a loser. Im sick of gas station workers doing this to people because had I not asked for the loser back he would have just grabbed it out the trash later and came up on my winnings. People such as him sould not work in an industry were they handle money as they obviously cant be trusted

Good gas quality. Generally clean accessible restrooms. Employees always saying Hi.That being said the QT corporate, after all these years, could not figure out how to keep their coffees well filtered. Meaning, realistically speaking, there is about 15% chance of getting grinded coffee beans in your coffee from any QT store. Adding the fact that their coffee is not exactly cheap, it certainly effects the overall customer experience negatively.

The curly red head kid with his hair splattered across his viser with no hair net (he really should have had one his hair looked that gross) should really wait until a customer is out of the building or at the very least hearing range before he obnoxiously talks about customers having an attitude! If dude didnt run his mouth so much customer wouldnt have an attitude waiting for ice cream in a cup....

Make payments easy

The kitchen employees are a joke. One day I asked a manager about if each pretzel ordered comes with a sauce and he said yes. Well for the 3rd time in the last month a employee has said no only one sauce per order. They need to fix this because I know im not the only person who orders 2 or more pretzels and gets told some bs excuse

At first skeptical about trying their hot grill but since Ive always wondered how it tasted decided to try it. Ordered the ham egg and cheese croissant, I was surprised about hiw good it tasted. They had it hot and ready within 5 min, definitely will try more food on the menu!

They always have a restroom. Unlike circle k. You cannot rely on the latter to have a restroom. So if you stop you may be wasting your time. But at Quick Trip you do not waste your time. They have everything the their competitors have only a hundred times more and better. I try not to ever go to ck ever. I try to do all my buisness with QT.

The most efficient cashier I have ever met. He was running two cash registers at once. When I commented on how quick he was, his response was you all have somewhere more important to be. Very impressed. He was a young man working the evening shift on 6/23/16, if Quiktrip management ever finds this review.

Long ago, this QT was built and proudly exhibited as the 400th QT location. Now that its been torn down and rebuilt as a Gen 3, I wonder if its still considered store #400. In any event, its the perfect spot to hydrate when youre birdin around

All the QTs are great and I will look for them before any other.✌️

I come everyday almost in the morning, snacks and red bull and everyday I have to ask for a bag. If someone is purchasing multiple items a bag should at lease be offered.

Fast effecient and friendly staff. Be advised they are closing on August 3rd 2017 to rebuild the store bigger and better. Likely to open again mid September 2017.

Today was pretty busy and the cashiers who are normally nice everywhere at QTs felt the pressure and became rude to a few of the customers trying to rush people along. Settle down guys, being rude to your customers doesnt make the line go any faster, for you its repetitive but your customers are just trying to go to work, or in my case go back to the hospital to visit my son.

I feel like every time I get a pretzel the cheese is cold and the pretzel is luke warm. I ask the guys working why is my cheese cold recently and they reply that their policy has changed where they only give room temperature cheese. This is an outrage cuz I love their pretzels and I can’t stand cold cheese it makes me sick, it’s a major inconvenience to have to fill up my own hot cheese when nobody in the world serves it that way. Please QT stop trying to ruin every good thing! I love pretzels and I love QT but I hate cold cheese as any reasonable person would. So I am low rating every QT til this is changed thank you

Never had a bad experience at this QT. Come here a few times a month in the morning before work to get a drink and some breakfast. They are always busy, but out in minutes.

Do to covid-19 they changed nothing. They used to get 100% of our service now they get 0%.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the place.

While I love QT, the night shift are jerks. They shut down the tea station and when I ask them to re-brew it they tell me I can wait 30 minutes to an hour for them to get around to it. Completely unacceptable customer service. It shouldnt take more than 10 minutes to clean those machines, I know cuz I worked at a coffee shop for years in college and that is all it took me.
