I paid 320 dollars for a wash and a detail. My car was still dirty and things were stolen. I asked the attendant not to move my seat because it wont go forward. They moved my seat all the way back. Im 411 and cant safely drive my car. Now Ford wants to charge me 1700.00 to fix it. They dont listen, and did a horrible job. I even emailed the company an no one has reached out to me. Go anywhere else!!

I changed states at the end of August. I made sure to go in and tell them to cancel my car wash pass a few days before the move and was told that it had been done. During my move I then got an email saying the renewal had been charged successfully so I called to tell them a mistake was made and was told that my pass would be canceled immediately and that I would be refunded. Well, fast forward a month and I get another email this morning saying that the renewal was charged successfully again. They were all too eager to get me signed up but it seems that they cant figure out how to cancel a membership nearly as well.

Terrible service. 100 for a wash, detail and wax and you can barely even tell the car was washed let alone detailed or waxed. Windshield is dirtier than when it came in. Rims are filthy. Pollen spots still on the outside, I find it hard to believe it was even waxed let alone washed. Overall a waste of money and time. Find another place or just do it yourself, youll have to anyway if you come here. My favorite part was Montana had the balls to wait around for a tip!!

Terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! 150 dlls for what I thought was going to be a great job done. Sales manager literally circled all but one of the services they offer for car wash and detailing and literally received my car and looked like I could have done a btter job at home. The sales manager assured me they would be able to take the embedded dirty and stains off and clearly that didnt happen. Apparently they dont even use steam to get stains out. I would never go back there and you shouldnt even think about going there. I dont want to go back for them to fix it, I want my money back!

I was looking around for a new car wash since I moved in the area. I usually use cobblestone auto spa which who does amazing job. I looked at car washes in Tempe and jacksons keep popping up on Google. They gave me a free car wash coupon to try which I used. I paid a extra $27 to upgrade wash and to get the leather conditioned and protectant on the dash. The AC is broke down in the lobby which makes zero sense to me because they make money with the business they make. After the wash was completed I inspected the car to see how they did. They only conditioned the front seat and didnt even to it fully. The UV spray left it greasy on the dash. Then noticed my back tailgate has a dent with the red hairs from the brushes they used. These guys dont hold accountable for damage they caused which clearly does in the pictures. Im sorry spend the same money and go to cobblestone because this place is awful for the price and Im left with body damage on my car.

Dont go here. There are plenty of other washes with better prices and more accountability.I took my car to get it spruced up before trying to sell it, didnt notice till I got home but the front badge is completely gone.I called the wash and told them the issue and they said they would call me back after they looked. It didnt even get off the phone before the manager told the attendant on the phone that he checked the entire tunnel and service areas for it. Its a big car wash, I seriously doubt they checked everything thoroughly.Anyway they told me that it probably fell off when I pulled out onto the main road to drive home and that there is nothing they can do about it.The emblem stayed on for the thousands of miles I drove, through many many car washes, and the one time I use Jacksons its just....gone without a trace?Im sure its in the car wash somewhere and they just dont want to take the time to look.Anyway their AC is currently out, the roof has a leak, and they dont tell you when your car is done with getting washed so you just sort of have to guess when to walk across past the gas station next door to retrieve it.

Im a regular here at Tempe location. I love this location because of the amazing customer service experience I have. The ticket guy was very helpful today, havent seen him before. Sheryl the cashier inside has always seemed to enjoy her job to the fullest. Its clean, smells great, bathroom is always the cleanest Ive seen, store is well organized. My car always comes out clean. Pj was very helpful and said thank you before leaving, so that made me smile.Thanks again for a wonderful experience as usual.

Spent $188 for a full detail and it was like they just ran it through the car wash tunnel. Every part of my car was still dirty. Once I opened the door, I was even more disappointed with the service. Seats were dirty and to top it off they didn’t even wipe out the cup holder. I had to ask the manager to redo it and he whined saying they don’t clean the seats. So why did I waste $188 on this? Never again…

Amazing job, these guys know what they are doing. How nice to see, my AC and oil were taken care of in such a quick manner even in this horrid heat. Good attitude plus from oil crew made having the work done much less painless too. May cool breezes blow their way for sure.

Jackson’s is great! They do a great job on everything they do. I have used almost every service and I’m completely satisfied. Andrew always takes care of me and my truck and so does jay on the mechanic side of things. They are the reason I use Jackson’s exclusively.

I used to work here but I had to quit because the pay is so low nowadays you cant even pay your rent with it after taxes and everything I bring home $1,300 a month if youre still in high school this is the job for you but if you have a family go somewhere else because you will not pay your bills not at $10 an hour plus your tips go to tip pool where everybody gets tips so if you have slackers that worked a vacuum line or the front line they get tipped too so if you live with Mom and Dad this is the job for you!!!!

They were great today! I am getting my windshield replaced along with an oil change and transmission flush.I also get a months worth of washes for free for getting my windshield changed. Insurance covers the cost!

They give a good wash and have good service, but its not exactly the speediest operation. Ive been there for an hour to an hour and a half before just to get a car wash. But Ill keep coming back as its right near where I live.

Didnt know I would have to clean my own vehicle even if I paid for it be cleaned. Quality of service has been diminished so much.... Dont recommend unless u want to wait almost 1:30 and then still tell the employees how to do it right....

Great customer service and fast work cleaning the inside and outside of my car despite the intense heat! Everyone was kind and courteous but Abel specifically was a delight to interact with. This is an honest review. I’ve been a customer at this Jackson’s for the last 5 years, I always did the $3 car wash and it’s honestly the best bang for your buck! I love it! However this last Thursday I came in to have a “fancy” wash and got the $20-something dollar wash thinking the car would sparkle. It absolutely did not. They don’t actually CLEAN your car, just put dressing on it to give the illusion of being clean. I even paid EXTRA to have the rims and tires cleaned. I kid you not, some kid that clearly does not care about his job came over and slapped the rim with a rag a few times and that’s it. It was pathetic. I was shocked, they didn’t clean anything, the rim was 5% less dirty than when I came in, I was heavily disappointed in the service. Now I’m not a difficult customer and my rims were DIRTY. They did absolutely nothing and we’re very rude when I mentioned something. I will be sticking with the $3 wash because those machines do a much more complete job then the employees who don’t want to be there.

I checked every rim before handing it over to them. After the wash was done, one of them came out with a large dent. The manager PJ told me it was unlikely their fault on the basis that he said it would have put a dent around the whole rim. Not sure where that logic comes from but it was 100% not there before I handed the car to them.I got the VIP wash, which the sales guy told me would include a complete wipe down of the interior, including all cup holders and crevices. As you can see in the pictures, none of that was done. The manager PJ’s first response was “VIP doesn’t include cleaning out cupholders”. After I told him the salesman told me it did, he back peddled and basically began saying any wishy washy answer that would get rid of me. It was clear he had no intention on doing anything that was remotely accountable.

The cashier was amazing and very helpful! I’ve been coming here a long time and she’s by far the most helpful :)

When this place was Dannys, they did excellent service.Not now, it was hard to tell the machine did anything to clean it.It was slow, bad cleaning, and they have the nerve to try to get a tip before they even do the wash.Dont go there.

Today was my first time trying Jackson Car Wash services.Pros: Gino did an excellent job explaining what each of the options were and all of the specials that were available. Two of my three stars are for him ALONE! Hes great!I decided to go with the VIP package along with tire dressing and dashboard dressing. ($30 plus tip)The outside looked good. Clean and shiny (from what I inspected, at first). This is where the third star comes in.CONS: I ignorantly assumed Id get the minimum of the floors and seats vacuumed. That did not happen. The back seat wasnt vacuumed at all and the back seat floors still had a pile of dirt from when a plant spilled in transit the week prior. Very disappointed. If this was supposed to be a 2 person job, the person on the passenger side mustve quit halfway through.The dashboard dressing was a rush job and parts of my dashboard hadnt been touched. You can really tell where the dry parts are. Its clear that other plastic parts are not included in the detail process here making the quality of work looks sub-par.I didnt inspect the tires on the other side of my car to see if they match the drivers side but hopefully all four are dressed. I will check when I go back out to my car this evening.All in all, for $30, it was definitely not worth it. If you want a lovely exterior express wash for $12, I think you might like your results. Other than that, I cant recommend what I received.Personally, Ill just have to go back to getting up early in the morning and doing it myself.

I went in to get my cars interior detailed and was very disappointed. The employee who inspected my car was trying to sell me additional services to purposefully increase the price of the detailing. I requested just an interior detail and was charged an additional $70 dollars for pet cleaning even though there were only a few dog hairs in my car, but I obliged thinking they would do an even better job cleaning. My total was $250 for the interior detailing so I had high hopes that my car would look great after, and I was very much let down. The surfaces i.e. cupholder, dash, etc did not look like they had even been wiped down or vacuumed, and I could still see dog hairs on the floors. Additionally, the trunk had not been vacuumed at all. When I brought this up to an advisor, he quickly fixed my requests but it was still very poorly done and in my opinion, very unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

The VIP car wash I received yesterday was not great. They only vacuumed out the front two seats and didnt even touch the back seats (still had dirt that was not vacuumed up). The wipe down of my dash was done haphazardly where they missed several areas.Giving a three star because the staff was pleasant.

Went here for the first time today to look into a unlimited membership for our vehicles. Gino was super helpful and gave us the VIP treatment for our first wash but the cashier inside seemed clueless. No one explained the process, we kind of just winged it and followed everyone else. On the way home we noticed a few things that didnt get cleaned...tires only half done, dash only half done, some windows and mirrors missed. And we noticed i didnt have my membership sticker. So we went back....hubby spoke with the manager and explained our issues. Manager said how sorry he was and offered to rewash both vehicles. Looks much better now.... well continue with our membership and see how it goes.

Disappointed at their service. I paid 20 dollars to have a full service wash. Not only they forgot to vacuum the middle part but also forgot to give me the air freshener.

Jackson has always been super convenient and easy to work with to get my car cleaned! Great wifi as well while you wait.

Paid extra for good vacuuming but as usual, it was terrible. Also interior was not even wiped down.. finger prints, dust, standing water in the cup holders.. and i was the only car there. Never again. Have given them so many chances.

During my car wash today I was waiting in line to get on. On of your employees (the manager told me his name is Brian) was vacuuming one of the cars when he finished he came in right in front of me and cut me off. I tried to talk to him and he completely ignored me like I didnt even excited. I come out of the car to talk to him he keeps ignoring me. Then he told me its your choice either you go after this car or you turn around and leave. Ive been coming to this location for 8 years doing car washes getting gas and oil changes. Honestly this is the worst Ive ever felt in my life. Trust me when I tell go to another place its not worth your money

Tuesday is a great day to come get your car cleaned. They offer a buy one get one free, but you must use the free wash on the same day. I dont have a second vehicle but they said i can give it to someone else to use, which is great.

I Was talked into a detail, and I thought I was getting a smoking deal. I was wrong for spending a couple hundred $$ my car was cleaned but not really detailed. These are just some pictures of the stuff that was missed. I would be careful, dont let them talk you into a detail, not worth the amount of money!

I took my car here for a complete detail. They had my car from 8am-530pm and despite Danny saying he was the best, I wasnt happy. I went to my regular Jacksons at Tierra Bueno in Scottsdale 8106 to do the job right. Ill let the pictures speak for the quality of work Jacksons at Tempe marketplace. Air vents and speedometer werent even wiped. Save yourself from being dissatisfied and having to redo work and make drive up Scottsdale road to best Jacksons 8106

Do not prepay - they wont provide a refund under any circumstance!I paid $200 for a wash and detail. They had the car for almost 8 hours and claimed to have finished the work. The carpet was not clean, the windows were not clean, and they hadnt completed anything on the checklist. They refused to complete the work or provide a refund.

Paid for oil change and works car wash. They did not reset the maintenance light reminder for oil change. Did not figure this out until we got home...was NOT driving all the way back...they did not wipe down doors at all for car wash...again did not notice this either until we got home as well. Had to ask and wait for someone to wipe off writing on window AFTER we claimed our car. Otherwise I would have let someone know.

Went to get a drink, the soda came out flat so I threw the cup away. when I walked up to the cashier she told me she was going to charge me for the fountain drink because I threw the cup away even though I mentioned it was flat. what was she going to do with it, rinse it out and put it back?

They always do a great job and are pretty quick too. The one time they messed up a cabin filter in my car, the manager rectified the situation and kept me coming back!

I tried Jacksons for the first time yesterday and was upsold to the VIP Wednesday Special wash for my truck, air freshener and vacuuming included ($30). They spent 45 minutes on it, and the results: bug smears and bird poop still on truck, tiny hairline scratches all across the paint job, scratches across all windows, water spots and dirt still visible, and unvacuumed debris in interior. The air freshener was not provided and the interior smelled musty and moldy after the cleaning.The one improvement they provided with their cleaning was wiping down the dashboard. Otherwise, my truck came out worse than it arrived.If you value your cars paint job, do not use this car wash service.

This is how I got my truck back after $100 hand wash and wax. Im so disappointed with this horrible work. Worst car wash in the area. Absolutely dont recommend this place because its a waste of time and money. And they will never use the side break to park the car, they only use the gear. These are only some spots I captured after I washed my car that havent been touched or whipped. The seats are still not vacuumed because I didnt pay $200 for the full detailing like what he asked me!!!!
