I needed some printer ink and I really hate going to Walmart for printer ink because everything is locked up and it takes forever to get an employee to help you get something out of the locked cabinets. Staples is an easy store to find what you need when you need it. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable about the items inside the store. The even try to show you any better options that would save you money if they can. The staff is friend and fast when it comes to helping customers

This brand is everything wrong with capitalism and the world. I went in yesterday to buy paper clips and asked a cashier where I could find them. At this very moment, swarms of employees surrounded and proceeded to violently assault me for even mentioning paper clips. As I fought my way through the crowd of employees I had three broken ankles and a sprained wrist. I ran to the parking lot, all the whole the employees chasing me, and tried to reach my car. An employee who was much faster than me hit me with their car and ran me over 7 different times. I will definitely not return to Staples.

I ran in today to rush and print a resume out. The girl at the counter (wish I grabbed her name, but she worked 4/23 in the morning) was so great. I came in frantic and she helped me to print out my documents and even offered resume paper, which I totally forgot about. We started chatting a bit and she offered me the encouragement that put the cherry on top on morning. I am all for women supporting other women, and she truly just made my day. Her customer service skills and ability to get me out the door asap, was what I needed. Thank you!

Purchasing a chair has never been better.I walked in looking to check out some ergonomic chairs. After trying out all the chairs, I settled with the Kroy Black. I asked Nate if they had any in stock, then he checked their inventory and said yes. However, the box was difficult to find.So, did Nate give up? No! He searched that Staples facility top to bottom until he found what I was looking for. Nate is literally the king of chairs. 10/10 would recommend purchasing your comfy desk chairs through Nate.After that, they price matched it to a cheaper listing available online. Thanks guys!

Came in to get a download out of my phone and printed. My printer stopped working. The young lady behind the counter, tried several times to open the download after forwarding it to Staples email. I felt bad taking up her time, but she kept at it and got it open and printed it out for me. She had such great patience, someone else probably would have given up after a couple tries, just to get ride of me. But she persisted and got it done for me. And this was all for a total of 0.30 cents! Victoria, you are an awesome person. Thank you!

The staff was beyond accommodating and helpful. They did a price match on their website and they have plenty of choices when it comes to paper. Worth the drive to come up since I don’t have a stapes near by. Will get back

They charge $15 more for a printer cartridge in the store than they do on their website. And they wonder why brick & mortar stores are closing?!?! Asked an employee why the price discrepancy and he gave me attitude. Congrats, Staples. You just lost another customer to Amazon.

The associate David im not sure if he is a manager but he treated me very poorly and was very rude both the first and second time for a reasonable return. He was noticeably angry both times and was very short with me. I did not appreciate his service but do understand some people have their good and bad days. I will go to a different staples store to avoid interaction with him now. Unfortunate.

I had ordered customized business cards and wasn’t even notified that they would be ready next day. Girl was apologetic and I appreciated that but didn’t bother to offer me a discount or anything to make up for that. Not a fan of this staples won’t be back to this location ever again.

There’s always an issue EVERYTIME I need to print something, associates do not give clear direction along with bad communication.

We purchased a high end desk chair and had assistance from the staff in picking it and carrying it out. When we got home and opened the box we noticed that the item was a return that was resealed. With several boxes on the floor it seemed unusual that we received the return. On the upside, the store was quiet, clean, well stocked, and the employees were polite.

Inventory is scarce, never stocked with typical school supplies. Customer service has never been their highest goal, even after 5yrs. I still come for ink & copy paper 😆 The shipping center is much better than the post office, and the customer care at their counter is great every single time 👍

I was trying to do self serve print (one page). The printer would not work. I asked for help and the manager told me he would be there in a minute. He was behind the counter and not with another customer. I waited 5 minutes and he never looked up at me. Clearly he could of stopped what ever he was printing to help me. Poor customer service. No one else was able to help me. I have to leave very frustrated. It was a 10 minute experience that should have been a positive 2 minute experience.

I had some items laminated. They have 3 different thicknesses. The service was friendly, quick & price friendly!

Found exactly what I needed. Associate was able to answer all my questions. Only very small issue was the lack of employees available, had to walk around the store to find someone.
