I needed a quick same day print for some flyers and Josh at the printing station made it incredibly easy!Thank you so much for the fast and helpful service.

Organization was a little helter skelter here because I couldnt easily identify the location of the items that I needed. But I eventually found them and picked them up hassle free! Prices are reasonable and clearly labeled. Associates were very helpful.

Stood in line and watched a couple other workers stand around. Came to pick up my FedEx package and found it was already opened.

The staff tried their best to help. Logically what we thought would work didnt. I had purchased an Office Depot huge stapler that could staple 100 sheets at a time. At tax time I always need one. I ran out of staples, went down to Office Depot but the only Staples they had were for other companies staplers. We went online, read what these staples could do. When they got to my house, too thin weak staples. Manager took me to where the staples are kept and handed me another companies heavy duty staples and said they will work. They did, but 5000 staples, really? Guess Im good for the rest of my life and my Great Grand children.

Bought school calculator and recycled a laser ink cartridge. Clerk helped us pick best calculator quickly: happened to be the most reasonably priced too!

The computer selection here is really bad and frankly over-priced. However, on a good note, the people are really friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly suprised by the courteous and professional service I received. AndI was disappointed that the email I was sending did not get sent. Not sure I verified before leaving.Still an overall good impression.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews...So i am at Office Depot’s Business Service & the employee is stuck with someone.. she then ask me if I am picking up then I say it’s just a print. Then the customer was like she can work with me when she trying to find the emailThis employee said I can wait & continue to fiddle around with the customer.So I said it’s just a easy 2 pages.. she said maybe tomorrow will be a better day.I told her I can’t I need this now for a meeting. So I have to wait.. smh

This store has a management problem. Virtually every time Im there, I have to seek out and plead for someone to even check out, all while uniformed employees wader around the store, in and out of doors, chatting with each other, looking intently at screens, anything but help someone. This time I watched a guy walk in, look around, see what the employees were doing and walk right back out.

I brought 6 books in for spiral binding on a Wednesday —The man that assisted me was very nice but very unmotivated and simply could not or would not give a specific date when I could pick up my order. I was stunned because I always get a pick up time or future date. I pressed for a date—I had to ask all the questions. He was not giving me any communication or info back. As a customer, I shouldn’t be the one asking for all the answers. There is protocol. Eventually, I got , “ It might be finished by Saturday or Sunday— but I’m not sure.”When I paid for my order (before work completed) I asked if he had my phone number. He did. He would call. Long and the short of it——- NO CALL! Monday afternoon, I speak with a manager. They resolved this matter! I thanked them for admitting there was a big screw-up. This is a teaching moment, I hope, for this young man. Always be clear with your customers! Keep it professional—

Terrible experience with the print department and the store manager, I had to pay twice the contract price, only to have drive back after calling two other Office Depots to verify my pricing.. I asked one of the Office Depots to have them send an email of what my contract price was and on how to do contract pricing on their system, I wasted 45 mins and have the manager tell me that the other Office Depots are charging you the wrong price.. no apology... the experience left a terrible taste in my mouth..

Great customer service. Always friendly. Lines are almost always walk up to the cash register short. I honestly only come here for printer ink so I dont really have any other experience here than that. 😊

Two younger employees don’t know how to do anything. They have to print something 3 times to get it finally right. The young man couldn’t even print a basic 8x11 photo, while I was waiting for my prints to be redone, due to them not doing them right in first place.First time I was there took over hour from them to print 10 photos on regular printing paper. Thought doing it online a second time would be faster, nope still didn’t follow directions from online order.I went to get refund and didn’t want to waste my time waiting so I left and the young girl even gave me wrong invoice with someone else’s Information.Never going there again!-A Karen

Only one nice worker in the entire store. The rest of the employees are the rudest people I have ever come across. Called and they said were accepting returns, but when i came in, one of the employees basically yelled at me. The nice employee tried to help me return but the guy who yelled at me told her not to help me. 0/10

Made a quick visit and was helped with a smile and courteous direction. In fact, this employee walked and showed me the exact ink roll I needed. This employee, #784239, was also able to speed up my visit by taking my payment via online ... I did not have to wait in line. Thanks Office Depot #609, you all are great! I will be back. :)

Super bad experience. Order my poster Sunday had to pick up until Tuesday go in there. Employees had a mess , waiting time was ridiculous and printed my poster right there in 10 minutes. So much for that

Store Manager Jesse Anderson rescued me from a day of lost work due to a broken chair I bought there over a year ago. Buying the 2-year warranty was well worth its tiny price! Within an hour I had a BETTER, BRAND NEW office chair that is super comfortable making working at the computer a breeze! hats off to my local office depot in Temecula!!!

Great in person but not so much online. Tried to get a poster over the Internet and after 20 min they said they couldnt help. To go to the store!

Came here to get a 24x36 poster printed, mounted and laminated and it only cost about $35. At first I went to fedex to have it done and they wanted $98!! So glad I came here, Traci and Faith from the printing department were extremely helpful, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner! I will definitely be returning here for future prints! Thank you for everything! 😃

Not sure how Office Depot is still around. Store is akin to a ghost town. Nevertheless, the employees here are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for and are actually proactive in solving your problems through the products that they carry.
