I went to take a look at Pottery Barn in Temecula not knowing anything about fancy home decor or home decorating. I left with more knowledge than I care to truthfully admit, but all in all it was an absolutely wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them enough. See Alex if you want the cream of the crop for advice on room planning.

We got a great discount for item tht usually costs $400 , for only $125. They have quality products but usually also more expensive than other locations with similar products

This is an outstanding Pottery Barn store that is very customer focus and has a lovely selection. My wife and I shop here frequently. The store management does a great job and this is a fun place to shop. Highly recommended!!

I cant say enough good things about Pottery Barn and my experience in the last couple of months working with the designers. I am a midwife in southern California. When the new owner of the business in which I rent a small room, redecorated and painted the walls grey, it was not pretty, warm or inviting!One day while shopping for a rug at the Pottery Barn in Temecula, I decided to take advantage of Pottery Barns free design service. In my first appointment, designer Kathleen Polin came out to my office, measured, talked to me about what I needed; then went to work drawing up, by the inch, a functional, sophisticated, and pretty design plan. She drew everything to scale, so completely that when my handyman hung the pictures, clock and shelf, he knew exactly how many inches from the floor, ceiling and wall corners to place them.In my second meeting with Kathleen at the store, she helped me to choose chairs, tables, lamps and fabric. This room took about 2 months to complete. Most of the items arrived by post to my door within a week or 2; a couple of things I picked up at the store and the upholstered chairs were delivered in about 2 months from when the order was placed.Ive gotten so many compliments on my office from clients; the room is a warm, inviting, sophisticated, friendly, and elegant place for moms and dads to receive care.

Delivery got completely screwed up. One piece damaged and another piece missing. Very frustrating when you reorganize your house expecting delivery and you have to wait weeks for them to get it right.

I just have to praise the Temecula store!!! I just moved here from Houston and shopped at the Highland Village store for years- they know me lol! Ive always had the best experience there, i usually call ahead before I go since its 40 minutes away and they always take the time to find what I need.TODAY I RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM REX AT THE TEMECULA MALL, he went over and beyond to try and locate the bedding that was sold out online . I got the 20% family discount and free shipping !!!! Im just so happy that I am now going to establish a great business relationship with my new Pottery Barn here in Temecula! Said online the Leesa bed is at Pottery Barn. Not this one!! Wasted an hour driving there and back to try out a nearly $1,000 bed I was considering buying!!
