Our sales person was very informative and new the product line and what would best meet the needs of my husband and I. She was friendly but not overly talkative. She easily made the sale without being pushy. She got us all set up with apps on our phones before we left, excited to get our new bed.

Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress. I woke up in the middle of the night remembering how great the support of the P6 was o my back. It expensive but with the special financing it cinched the deal.

I went to this location to purchase a new bed, the sales person was not much help, I checked out all the beds, another customer arrived and ignored me like I was not there. So I left and went to Mattress Firm, was greeted, I was shown their selection and purchased a high end bed and have enjoyed it every night since

There were only two gentlemen working and 6 customers in the store. Without making any one of us feel rushed or unimportant, we were ALL taken care of and with the utmost respect. Product sells itself, but Terry and the staff made it that much easier. Will recommend to friends and family.

We worked with Mary at the Temecula store. Very knowledgeable and patient as this was our first time in a sleep number store. She explained the differences and showed up different beds over and over again! There was no pressure to purchase and we even surprised her by buying the headboard and frame! Looking forward to experiencing our new bed.

I was starting to think that customer service was lost art. Not at the Sleep Number store here in Temecula. From the moment we walked in, truly caring assistance without being overbearing! Everyone was so personable, but Darren Adams was absolutely amazing! He really heard me when I said what we needed and he made it happen! Truly an enjoyable experience!! The bed? Once you buy one, you will never buy anything else, they are that good.

Darren, Jim and Troy were great. Darren spent as much time as we needed to explain the different mattress types and help us find the one we needed. His coworkers Jim and Troy added to the experience while we were there making us feel like the most important customers of the day.

We walked in and the lady working there Thursday evening August 22 2019 didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. She kept talking on the phone and laughing with most likely someone not a customer. We walked through the whole store and she didn’t even asks us for a second to be with us once done, so we left and spent about $5,000 or so in a couple of mattresses that we needed in a different store. The other store only had one person also and was on the phone but managed to say hi and that he would be right with us and he did. He gave us what we were looking for.

Great customer service but the smart bed 360 was not for me. $199 delivery & setup. 100 day trial period. ANOTHER $199 pick up fee (bed was already disassembled.Their base is required for any features to work. Do your research before initiating purchase.

Great place, I love the way they show you everything about these beds and take time to listen to your needs as a couple and then help to find the best bed, cant wait to get mine delivered. Mary is super helpful and takes time with her customers.

I am a returning sleep number customer. I ourchapurin 2006 and still love the queen size bed we have. Im ready to upgrade. I did my research and came ready. After all the discounts... Military and Memorial day, I thought I had the cost ready and locked. Troy, the gentleman that sold me my new king size bed added a return customer discount on top of what I expected to pay. This place took their time, treated me with respect as a veteran and made sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. If you get the time, stop by and give Troy a shout out from me.

My wife and I came here and we are a pretty young looking couple. Which made it a problem at this establishment. There was an elderly female worker here that was very rude and treated us as an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. She was extremely condescending and rude. We left as soon as she disrespected my wife and treated us as if we didnt know anything. Will never return. The other employees basically stayed huddled in a group and played on their phones.

They actually deserve negative stars! Misinformed sales reps and broken promises make for a awful, expensive experience. Go somewhere else, I sure wish I did!
