Very disappointed. Dropped the truck off on friday to have the tires rotated and headlight repaired. They replaced the bulb again (second time) but said that there is an electrical issue they cant diagnose as their mechanic only works monday through friday. The bulb will fail again. They rotated the tires but neglected to check the air pressure . My truck is heavy duty so the front tires should be at about 60 pounds and the rear at 80 pounds. upon rotation I now have 80 pounds on the front and 57 pounds on the rear triggering the tire pressure sensor to alarm. I have used this shop for over 15 years on all my vehicles and also family vehicles but it appears they have changed owners and are dangerously under staffed and very inexperienced. I had other issues to be diagnosed but they can only do this during the week. Wont ever be back !

Went in for a brake check, because I heard squeaking. Was prepared for a huge bill, walked out with them telling my brakes were ok. Dirt causing sound. So grateful for honest mechanics. Will definitely be back for all future mechanical issues. Staff was friendly! Thank you so much!

First time there, they took two hours to do an oil change. It wasn’t until I finally asked how much longer? that the girl at the front said their system had gone down, they never bothered to come & tell us why it was taking so long prior to that. Could definitely work on customer service.

I went 1st for alignment & oil change, I had alignment in the past but this time they claimed it was double in price, so refused to have it done, then I rcvd a call claiming they would do the alignment at the regular price comparison. So I decided to take it elsewhere.

They were able to do a diagnostics check on my car and fix the problem all within 1 hour. Smoothest auto-shop experience I’ve ever had.

In my personal opinion this Meineke shop is the ONLY automobile shop that I truly trust and will return to IF I encounter any further issues with my car. The owners and employees are so personable and they really care about their customers!!! I absolutely would recommend this Meineke shop for ANYONE having issues and or a simple question. The technician who performed the oil change wasnt very friendly and nice. I didnt like how he pulled out of the parking spot in a hurry WITH MY BELOVED CHEVY VAN! And I thought he cranked the steering too hard to one side. He seemed to have had bad attitude every time I asked him a question or requested that he would not make the oil drain plug too tight. He seemed rude, but Jacob told me that he is just very quiet.

I have an Element Fleet car, I have been to a few other service centers and I just wasn’t happy with overall service. So I decided to try this Meineke and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was upbeat and she was courteous and kind. Normally the wait is long for a fleet car but they had me out within an hour and half. I finally found a decent shop and will take my personal cars there going forward.

First time customer and I will return! Fast, professional friendly service at a fair price. Highly recommend this place

I went to Meineke for an oil change, drove off with a check engine light. My car has been great, I had my mechanic look at the car and even ran a diagnostic check on my car and came up with no codes. Everything was in top shape. I get my car back from the woman behind the counter at Meineke as she starts to tell me that there are pieces of metal floating around in my power steering pump and it needs to be flushed for about $100 or it will need to be replaced when it goes out for about $400. There was nothing wrong with my car before I took it to Meineke, and now my check engine light is on and my car runs funny. I’m going to take it to my mechanic on Monday to find out what damage Meineke has caused. Horrible practices from a seemingly reputable company. NEVER USE MEINEKE FOR ANY CAR SERVICE. They will purposely ruin your car to make you spend more money.

I arrived this morning at 10:45 am for my 11 o’clock appointment for a basic oil change. There was one other man that had been waiting for 2 hours. Thirty (40) minutes passed and I noticed my car was still sitting there with the hood up and no body around or working on it. I walked up to the garage and nobody was working on the cars but they were out back talking!! When they noticed me they walked up to my hood and closed it and let me know my car was supposedly ready!! Only because they noticed and heard me calling for someone or who knows how much longer my car would have sat there while they finished their conversation and cigarettes!! Unbelievable!!! Not to mention I had to wait even longer while they searched for my misplaced keys while not one employee had a MANDATORY mask or gloves!!! This can’t be a coincidence that the prior reviews state the same experience. Poor management customer service and lack of knowledge from your staff!!

I feel this would have been a 5 star if I had not had to wait 30 minutes outside for them to open the door when the website and door state they open at 7:30am. . The manager explained that someone called in sick that morning and he had to pick up another mechanic to work. I do understand that life happens... It just would have been nice if they could at the very least changed the recording to state “running behind” or have someone swing by to put a note on the door. Haha! Oh well! I waited for my oil change and I am glad I did. I will be back!! The man that worked on my car was super sweet and I think he did A great job.

Very unprofessional , horrible service. Don’t buy an alignment unless it’s on sale. Had to go back 3 times. 2 times was a waste of time and fuel. The first time they spent an hour on my alignment only to tell me there technician is missing and they don’t have the proper tools to finish it and to come back another time. So I went back and they tell me it’s done. My truck is still pulling to the rite, hard. So it’s actually worse than when I brought it in . I called to come back in . The young man said i can come in on the weekend to have it fixed. I arrived there this morning 12/12. Only to tell me there technician isn’t in today and they are not doing alignments today. Hahaha I was PISSSED. So I’ve wasted a ton of time and fuel going back and forth. I’ll just get find another place. I should be getting my money back forsure. Think twice about going here they might tell you to leave because there tech isn’t working on the weekends.

I originally booked my appointment for 2:00 on Wednesday. then they call me back to have the appointment rescheduled because they said the tech had walked out on them. So I booked it for Thursday at 2:00 p.m. I then call to reschedule that appointment to Friday at 3:00 p.m. So today we get to meineke and they are allowing their staff and customers to sit in a small enclosed waiting room with no masks on. When I asked them about this they said that there is no requirement for staff or customers to wear a mask. The staff and one of the two customers in the waiting room was not wearing a mask. The other customer had his nose exposed above his mask. Not only that, concerning my appointment, they then claim that my appointment was booked for today at 2:00 p.m. and basically called me a liar and said I would now have to wait for two of the cars to be serviced before me. Needless to say, I will never be back. Also the first time I went to the lake Elsinore location I was billed $60 for the oil change. The second time I went to their Temecula location and was charged $30 for an oil change. This time when I called, the man on the phone said it would be $60 and I said why is that when the last time I paid $30. Then all of a sudden he said oh yeah its $30. just now in the office I saw a sign that says $29.95 so if they quote you $59.95 mention this.

First time! Not a good look! Not sure if the mechanic was having a bad day or what BUT he rolled his eyed at me 2 times, 1st time was when I told him my car was parked on the side of the building (there was no parking spaces available in front when I got there) and the 2nd time was when he was pulling my car into the stall. as he was pulling my car into the stall, took my papers I had on my dashboard and threw them to the other side (Staring directly stands me). Spoke to the lady in the office and she pulled him into “explain” himself. He tried telling me he threw his papers! My papers were definitely on the other side when I got in the car! Why lie and why throw customers belongings? Why are you rolling your eyed and shaking your head at me?Lady in the office then says, “so you are saying he thrashed you’re car”? My response, “I have no idea! I haven’t been in my car but I know he threw what was on my dashboard.” She didn’t have anything to say!First and last time I will be getting my work down there!Won’t be going back there with the manners I experienced!

I had a good experience bringing my sons car for an oil change. They honored a coupon I got through the mail, making it a really good deal, and saving me almost $20 from the regular service somewhere else. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to my family and friends.

NEVER going back there again! Took almost and hour and a half to get a 15 minute oil change. When I pulled up, I noticed all the employees out back smoking and talking. Was finally greeted at the front counter minutes later. I wasn’t impressed by the overall cleanliness of the waiting room. The air was off and it was hot and stuffy so I stayed outside with the gnats and hot sun. After 30 minutes had gone by, I peeked my head around the corner to see the progress and noticed all the techs were still hanging out as if they were on an extended break or something so I went and chatted with the other customers who were also waiting outside. Come to find out, these poor people (two very old gentlemen) had been there hours before me for what seemed like minor repairs. An hour goes by, finally doing my oil change (which by the way seemed rushed because all the guy did was drain, fill and change filter. I didn’t see anyone checking my other fluids or inspecting my vehicle). After hearing my hood close, another 20 minutes go by so I stick my head around the corner again annnnd....you guessed it, everyone was back on break smoking and laughing, spitting and cussing, I thought I was at a southern wedding. 10 minutes later they finally bring me my paperwork and let me tell you, these guys aren’t very convincing on the old “upsale” trick where they try to tell you that your car is going to need all kinds of stuff fixed (remember, nobody checked any of my other fluids or did a thorough inspection, I watched him carefully) she didn’t have a good poker face so I paid my bill, wished the others waiting good luck and left never to return.....

I called at 8:15am to set an appointment as soon as possible, as I had to get my kid to school by 10am. The gentleman who I was speaking to said if I could get there by 8:35 he would get me in right away. I got there at 8:35 and was back on the road at 9:15. Excellent customer service.

This shop helped me out after my car broke down across the street. They were fair and straight to the point. It didn’t feel like they wasted my time or money on fixing my car. Their customer service was excellent and their auto repair was superb. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to service their vehicle or in need of a mechanic to get their car rolling again.

I’ve been going to Meineke on Jefferson for over 7 years now. They do great quality work every time. I can feel the difference in my vehicle after every service. I have had very bad experiences with other service shops in the past with sloppy, disgusting unprofessional hacks. At other shops damage had been done (almost intentionally) to my engine. At Meineke I can trust the quality of service every time. They are thorough. It’s well worth the price. With so many auto shops out here, I just want a knowledgeable mechanic who actually cares about my car as much as I do. I get that at Meineke!!!

They are extremely slow . Waited 2 hours just to do an oil change .

Me and another customer showed up before 8am and they still weren’t open. I don’t like the fact that the technicians or the person at the front desk don’t wear masks or gloves. I was pretty grossed out driving home and immediately sanitized my car.

I came here because i needed a tire rotation and oil change. I had coupons for $30 for other (closer) places, but came here and paid $50 because the coupon I had for here said a free tire rotation is included.When my car was ready, he told me they didn’t do the tire rotation because my tires needed replacing. I sat there in the lobby the whole time i was waiting and they didn’t say anything about my tires to me until they were finished with the oil change. And i was the only customer there for the majority of that time.I do believe they were being honest, because my tires did look pretty bad, and that is not their fault, but if i had known earlier that there would be no rotation, i could have stayed in my area and paid $30 instead of driving farther and paying $50 for an oil change. I recommend everyone ensure you are getting a tire rotation before having any service performed here.Other than that, they were pretty fast, and i had no other real problems.

Absolute worst customer service and unethical business practice. They sold us aftermarket parts disguised as Ford OEM that failed in one year. The timing chain broke and destroyed the engine. Leaving us with a $12k repair bill. When we confronted Clemente he hung up on us and Walter is just trying to avoid helping solve the problem his company created. Their response was “it’s out of warranty and you should have known it wasn’t a Ford part”. Good luck to anyone who uses their services.

This place was very nice and clean. A man name Clemente Aguilar was very helpful and down to earth very honest and made me feel comfortable. He makes this company what it is off top. We need more people like him doin business! Their Prices are very reasonable and they are on time with fixing your car no long wait , but if so I would wait anyways because when good people know what they are doin let them do their job. It’s worth the wait . I would consider this place a five star. I will diffidently will come back.

I had an appointment at 11:00 for repairs.I arrived at 10:45 and left my car. I had lunch, I got a hair cut it is now 1:16 pm and the car never left the spot I parked it in.If we are Waiting for parts I should have been informed about any delays.This was Needless waist of time today.I feel like I may just leave😡

One of the hardest things to do when the military move my family around every 3 years is find a reputable mechanic. Patrick and his helpful staff are always caring and treat you like family. All 4 oil changes took 1 hr or more & I had appointments. Last one was 90 mins. Perhaps its been bad days when Ive gone in? I like the independent shops but customer service improvements need to be made.

They dont know what they are doing,your car comes out worse than you took it in.

I took my vehicle to get an oil change. After waiting 30 minutes they came and told me they couldnt do the oil change because the plug was stripped and a new oil pan would cost 400.00. So I left and as I was driving I noticed a whistling sound that wasnt there before I took it in. When I popped the hood a vacuum line approximately 6 inches from the oil dipstick was snapped off. I called and the manager told me they didnt go under my hood, but I was outside and saw the tech twisting the cap to gain access to where you put oil in. I went back and waited another 30 minutes for them not to admit they broke the line and their professional advice was to super glue it back on and they werent going to replace it because there was no proof that it was broken when I was there. Next day I went to another place and the plug is stripped on the exterior so all I needed was a new plug which is 11 bucks. I wouldnt use this place if I were you. They try to rip you off, break your vehicle and lie about it and try to cause more damage so they can have you come back and pay more money. Im a disabled vet and I dont like having to write this review but I needed it to be heard. Very shady people. I cant believe anyone would do a veteran this way.

I have been a customer for quite a few years and had not troubles or problems. Lately, this place is going south pretty quickly. Its been twice already they are not open at posted time. Few minutes late probaby not a big deal, but 30 - 40 minutes ?

I went in to check on my transmission, I was told my transmission was fine but i needed to replace all of my engine bolts and that maybe the reason my car performance was not up to par. Engine bolts and and labor together was over 1500 bucks. Like normal hard working people I did not have 1500 dollars at the moment so my wife and I decided to sign up for a payment plan in which we were approved. After fixing the engine bolts and telling us everything would be fine my wife and I was informed minutes later that the transmission was in fact the problem all along and would require additional repair for an extra 1300. So my family and I have to pay over 1500 for repairs we thought would fix our Jeep only to have our vehicle in worse shape then it was when we brought it in. I have two kids with Autism that count on my vehicle in order too go to school and therapy everyday and I came in for quick assistance on what I knew was a transmission issue but I end up getting stuck with a bill and the same problem as before but maybe even worse now. I talked to my lawyer this morning and I’m going to fight not paying that bill because I believe I paid for something that was not the actual problem and actual problem still exists. I have been going to Meinke for years without any issues because they provide military discounts with service but this time I am very disappointed a feeling taking advantage of.

Love this car repair shop! I always have a pleasant experience here. I had an appt at 10:00 for an oil change. When I arrived they were swamped with people! They asked if I minded waiting a bit. I told them I didnt, but I did need to be out of there by 11:10. That included me paying them and oil change completed as I had a granddaughter to pick up. They finished up at 11:00. Perfect! Meineke is my go to place for car repairs and maintenance!

Oh and yes if yourre unhappy with your 7 hour wait the manager will threaten to not service you vehicle.. the lack of empathy for your time is horrendous. Went here for a rear brake job they did not put the caliper slide pin bushings back on so my car was rattling every time I hit a bump. And when I went to fix it I noticed that they rounded off the caliper mounting bolts. I would never go here

I took my 1993 toyota pickup to have a catalytic converter installed. 6 hrs later it was done because i walked to the rearof the shop to se what was the delay. The individual who was installing my catalatyic converter who was the owner son was on his phone walking around the shop with no urgency in the world or care of work ethics. Regardles of who he is if he works there he should be on top of his game to get customers out as soon as possible not 6 hrs later. Go else where to have muffler work done or fire him. . i do not recommend this shop for work as long as this kid is working there.

Found Out I needed brakes so I was told 1 hour, more like 2On top of that while I was in the waiting room I could hear every person walking in to request oil changes or other scheduled maintenance items. Not one time did the Manager Patrick not come back to the individual without suggesting something else? Women and children beware this guy is a shark! He is the total salesman and definitely working on a commission based salary.The work is good but beware of Patrick he is a slippery kaniving Fella. Integrity is needed here?

Went in for an oil change that T-Mobile gave me. Ive had bad experiences with getting my oil changed at shops in the past, but thankfully not here. I was in and out within 30 minutes with no leaks or problems after. Jeremiah did a great job with everything.
