A Stellar review !!!This shop definitely beats the big box tire shops in my opinion. Their Prices are outstanding and very competitive, but more importantly the well rounded team here is very knowledgeable and experienced. Its been a while since Ive walked into any automotive location and felt like everybody there came to work that day for me not for a paycheck. Friendly attitudes, and VERY clean shop, and certainly a comfortable experience. (and didnt break the wallet) But theres more, the cherry on top was certainly the conversation they had with me regarding some suspension components on my vehicle that would hinder the purpose of getting an alignment with my new tires. Instead of Selling me on what HAD to and or NEEDED to be replaced, he kindly explained what parts had become excessively worn , what there functions and purposes were, and why they would need replacement prior to getting an alignment. (Many shops would have happily done it twice and charged me twice) A side note : They were unaware at the time I had owned a successful Tire Shop out on the East Coast, and I do all my personal and work vehicle repairs myself. I only brought my vehicle in to give myself a break as I was heading out on vacation and thought it would be nice to have somebody else work on one of my vehicles for a change. I was very impressed with the extent of their industry knowledge as well as their understanding of vehicle components and ability to explain it to their sometimes not so mechanical customers, so they could understand. I can now confidently say that I will not be burdening myself with quite as many automotive tasks on my vehicles as they have quite diligently earned my business , and thats despite the 40mins of travel each way. Five stars , A++++ , theres quite a few shops between where I live and where theyre located. 100% earned my business the 1st visit. Kudos to the Team, well done !!! Im very much Obliged Guys!

Told it would be 1 hour to mount new tires. 2.5 hrs later the truck was done. Staff needs to set expectations for customers that are realistic.

Theres a reason why theyve been in business for so long. Fair prices, they treat you good, they are honest and they are knowledgeable. Bonus that they do all kinds of work, not just tires. My sons car developed a noise from the engine (was the alternator) that they diagnosed and repaired during the same appointment for tire replacement. They also did an oil change and an alignment, saved me time not having to go to multiple shops.

I think this place has great attention to customer service and a very friendly staff. Johnny will help you any way he can and I have not been disappointed or misled. I have bought tires here, had a grille installed, and had new rims put on. This is a great place to get work done. They are fast, honest, and want you to leave completely satisfied. What else can you ask for? Oh yeah, low prices. Guess what they are very competitive there too! Thats why they are called Best for Less tires. I dont even believe the bad comments when I see them posted here. I think those comments are fakes from competitors trying to hurt this business. This place is awesome.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I have found that it doesnt matter if I am getting a quick inexpensive fix or new tires for my Tesla, they give exceptional service. And quick. My car has rare tires and they came in less than 24hrs after ordering them. Before finding best for less, that wasnt the case. The culture at this business is a rarity now days too. Everyone seems to love their job and genuinely want everyone to be happy. Best for less was recommended to me and now I recommend it to others. Happy to see a small business doing things better than the big boys.

Called Jesus by phone after talking to all the double talking tire shops. We needed tires for my wifes Camaro. Jesus was just as nice and very respectful in person as he was on the phone. Had my tire blow out yesterday and brought it here to be repaired. They immediately pit it on the machine to attempt repair. Turns out the tire was too damaged and they had to replace it. They ordered the tire and said it would be there the next day. And do you know what... they called me at 930am to say let me know it wad in!! They replaced the doughnut with the standard tire and is all good. Great, fast efficient, honest service. Thank you Chip!

I needed my tire replaced because I had a flat. Paul let me know how long it would it take. The mechanics ran into an issue (my wheel was bent/dented) & immediately Paul informed me of the issue before putting the tire on. He gave me some options of what he could have done immediately or wait a day for a more better solution. I waited & couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. Super friendly staff, I will definitely be returning for any other car related services.

I was going to get tires in the LA area but looked into pricing for RV tires in the Temecula area. I called Paul at Best for Less tires and he told me he could get tires for a very competitive price so I scheduled an appointment two days later so he could order the specialty RV tires.The morning of the appointment I realized that I had given him the wrong size. I called him and he said no problem...we just need to push back the appointment 4 hours. I brought the RV in a half hour before the designated time and they had the job completed in less than 3 hours for six tires! I highly recommend Best for Less tires and their entire staff was pleasant, personal and very professional.

Bought some Goodyear tires for a 2016 Toyota Camary from Best Tires For Less it was on sale They installed the tires, but when we drove it on the freeway it was making really loud noises sounded like there is a helicopter right above us, so we took it back to them they told us to put on Michelin because these tires might be wrongly engendered its not our fault we dont make these tires. We kept going back there two times costed us $600 dollars our time and very inconvenient. felt like Paul took advantage of us being foreigners just to sale us some tires that were a little bit cheaper. I wouldnt recommend them to a friend or family anymore.

The name of this place should be LESS for LESS! That is what you will get here. If you have a crappy car and do not care if it will get damaged then this the place for you. If you have a high end car and care about your vehicle you may want to think twice before going here. They do not cover the seats when they slide in and out of the car and they scratched the leather in the driver seat of my car. When I brought the large scratch to their attention, the owners son, Jeff decided to get in my car without my permission and spit on the scratch to try to wipe the scratch off. Who spits on a customers leather seat??? I left several messages for the owner Rich who never called me back. In addition to the 4 inch scratch on the leather seat, I had to return to the shop 3 times the same day because they did not reset the Tire Air pressure in my German car. I kept telling them they needed to reset it and they kept telling me to drive it and it will reset itself. So the third time I told them I was not leaving until they reset it and then Johnny went through the messages on the console and found the way to reset it. What a waste of time and aggravation. Like I said if you care about your car this is not the place for you. Now I have a large scratch on the driver seat that Jeffs SPIT did not fix! Disgusting service and behavior,Very Very unprofessional!
