This body shop is by far the best in the Temecula Valley area . We have lived in this area our whole lives and have raised 4 kids and so unfortunately with all the dings dents and wrecks we have tried them all . Everyone keeps leaving great reviews for this place can someone please please please explain to me why. If this place is as good as people say then I must be the unluckiest person in the world. Unfortunately I got in an accident and took it to this place to get it fixed and one week later I got in another accident and had to take it back to this place. Once I got my car back the second time thats when I noticed that my car had a whole bunch of problems that they didnt even fix right. And Im sure it was from the first accident too I just didnt notice but they are numerous details. I will take pictures and a little bit and I will post them on here so people dont think Im lying especially the employees of this place. I am so incredibly disappointed. at this point my insurance changed so I cant even go back to this place if I want them to fix it for free or Im not even sure but either way with how poor of a job they did I dont even want to it just seems like its going to be more of a hassle. Seriously guys so many things wrong I literally every little thing they fixed they fixed it wrong. Im not sure if its cause Im young and they took advantage and didnt care. I have one picture saved right now and I will post it I mean seriously they completely ignored this Dent how? Let me remind you there are a lot more problems besides this one

My 2016 Honda Accord sustained rear passenger side bumper & tail light damage. I was treated respectfully & professionally. I chose to receive text messages regarding the status of my car. I really appreciated this option & it was awesome to receive a daily text with the current status. The turnaround time was great. I picked up my car yesterday & not only did it look brand new again, it was nice & clean. Mark & his team did a great job. I hope not to have any future damage on my car, but if I do, I will definitely come back here again.

Marcy was extremely friendly as the first contact person dealing with service. Nikki was also very helpful and provided great information on the process of repairing my vehicle. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I was in a car accident. Luckily, my insurance let me pick the body shop. After a little research I chose Collision Center of Temecula. They were the only ones with good reviews. I can see why. They are amazing!! Everyone was extremely nice!!! I was kept up to date on the status of my car without having to call them. My car was finished ahead of schedule!! They picked my car up so I didnt have to drive it. My car looks perfect!! I even got a call today to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend them!!I went back to them 6 months later because the back of my car was getting wet inside. They had to keep my car all day so they paid for me to have a rental car. After inspecting it, they found 3 leaks that had nothing to do with the accident. They fixed everything, refused to charge me and refused to let me pay for the rental. That is the most amazing customer service I have ever received! I actually argued with them about paying!!! They are the BEST!!!!!

I brought my wifes car to Collision Center of Temecula after gas was spilled in the back of her RSX Acura. We went to several ofter auto body shops and detail shops to see if they could remove the gas odor. Only CCT was the only place that told us they could completely remove the gas smell. Everyone else siad there would be a high chance that we would still smell the gas.So we took the car to Collision Center of Temecula - wow - they removed every trace of the gas smell and did a complete detail of the interior. My wife & I where really pleased with their work. The car is like new.Thank you CCT and Chuck Kammer I will bring my cars to you anytime I need body work done.

Edit: Had someone look at the car this past week. In 5 minutes they found the source of the major exhaust leak- the lower pipe was broken all the way through. It’s downright embarrassing that this collision center had my car 5 times and had several people look in to the exhaust leak, and did not find this.Just an overall awful experience. I never received a proper timeframe on when my car would be done initially (was told it would be done Thursday, wasn’t done until Monday), 3 pieces of my car were lost and never replaced, and I had to return 5 separate times to try and get everything fixed after our accident.After 2 months there are still issues, and at this point my husband would rather pay out of pocket somewhere else to get said issues repaired/replaced instead of dealing with these guys anymore.Incredibly poor experience overall. I’m genuinely upset that the insurance company recommended this establishment, and have spoken to them about how poorly this was handled.
