A nice Walmart that actually had a burger line in the store and not a subway

The waitresses were nice and the food was good, but the wait was very, very long. In fact somebody that came after us got their food before us. On the other hand I really loved that make yer own Burger!

Since the pandemic I love using the Walmart app to do my shopping and the convenience of just going to pickup my orders

Walmart is not doing layaway and items are flying off the shelves very fast. 36/34 dickie pants are not available as of the date of this review, seeing that thats an close to average size, Im not surprised. Self checkout is pretty quick but be aware which self checkout you go to because some are card only, some are cash only and some are both. To get out faster, take time to ask which is which from staff before approaching one so you dont get stuck waiting a little longer. Theres help in that area for those that need it. Theyre polite and ready to assist you upon request. Two kinds of Halloween 🎃 are available, the white ones and orange, but Ive yet to see the smaller ones, not saying they dont have them.

Very nice cashiers at the front of the store. And the service center also very nice service. The store was organized clean and even the people stocking the shelves were nice. The rest room by electronic was very clean. Definitely switching from the Ford Road store.

Nice to restock shelves and mop floors hire new employees to bring in carts and ring up customers.

Getting pretty fed up with the check out system More and more they are closing the clerk check all together and expect people to use the self check out! Now mid day on a Saturday they have only 3 clerk run lines out of 12

There is a shortage of employees at the present time, however, there seems to have been some adjustments made because the shelves are getting restocked with merchandise fairly quickly. We love Walmart for our shopping needs and visit the store 3 to 5 times a week. All the employees are friendly and always willing to assist the shoppers in their quest for finding whatever it is they need.

The bathrooms were very clean. In the Taylor Michigan, there store is dirty things left out. Parking lot outside filled with gum. Broken parking lot. I live in Taylor. I wish my store could look like yours. And there is nothing on the shelves. Very pleasant at your store very clean. Alot to offer at your store.

I was in the car with the puppy, toddler, and 8 year old 8-21-2021 around 7:00-8:00pm. My 13 year old daughter went in only to get a movie for my 14 year old son with autism. They denied service to my daughter without explanation other than saying its against the rules. Mind you it was a laugh out loud movie collection in which I have not seen a laugh out loud movie collection that is rated R or anything! If my daughter by law is old enough to babysit, be home alone, and go into stores by herself, she should be allowed to buy a PG or PG-13 movie! Also the visit before this one ended bad as well! We had not been going there because they closed early. I decided to go because I saw on Google that they were closing at 11:00. I think that will be my last time shopping there. Every time I go to Walmart at the Telegraph Rd location in Taylor, MI, the staff are always hanging around outside, carts are all over the parking lot, there is garbage everywhere and only the self-service lanes are open! Not to mention, the food is way over priced and not even fresh!

I love this walmart. My family and I have been going to it since I was a child; however, it has been awful the past few years. I gave it a two because its A LOT better than the Walmart in Dearborn. Walmart in Taylor has some respectful staff members which is why it deserves 2 stars. Overall please keep it cleanThank you :)

When they first built this Walmart it was great at least I thought. After so many people start coming here its just went down. They would fight over parking , disciple people if they need to chairs in there .Theyre not any or there broken because theyve let people come in and playing in them. Id rather go to the Walmart in woodhaven his father but its nicer.

Perfect shopping of quality wears though not much clearance as posted from shoppers in other states. Same CLEARANCE should apply in ALL branches of Walmart in all the STATES in USA 🇺🇸.

So we left after substantial shopping only to find that we had left a bag behind at the checkout. We returned after a few hours and were greeted with our forgotten purchases awaiting us. Kudos to the young man who checked us out and sat our bag aside. Walmart, you got a good young man there. Wish there were more like him.

Got in and out quickly. Pricing on myPurchase was good. However I do t like the self service. I am 72 and shopping is a chore for me. Shopping checking myself out packing my own purchase. Tires me out for the day. I have not gone to walmarts much since you started mostly self check out.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE OFFENDED. MY HUSBAND WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ON SO MANY LEVELS. GREETERS NEED TO BE TRAINED. THE TEAM LEAD HANDLED IT TO THE BEST OF HER ABILITY.

Its nice and decent customer experience

Terrible experience in bottle return area. Multiple bins full, all others being used. Several people waiting for an available machine and wait was long. Machine would not take bottles or cans that they normally do, and those cans it would take (including store brand) often had to be scanned 5-6 times before finally accepting it. Machine would often flip can around and reject them. $20.00 bottle return took over an hour to load. Ill never return bottles at that Walmart again!

I really like this Southgate location. Always clean, organized, really fresh produce, and pretty well stocked.

Usually has what Im looking for. Employees are helpful and nice. Grocery prices could be better on some products and having a very limited pay with cash option is really inconvenient but overall I cant complain.....much.

Super nice employee helped me in the tech department when I was trying to buy a new phone😊 He definitely went out of his way to help near closing time. I appreciate the assistance.

The only thing good about walmart are the prices. The lines are always super long and theres always only 1 or 2 cash registers open...when they have 30 check out lanes. For what?? Why have that many if you NEVER open even half of them

I visited one time during our trip to Michigan and it was Very crowded but I wouldn’t mind because I found what I wanted

They are always out of basic food and household items, no matter what time of day or night you go. And only 2 maybe 3 cashiers open. You never know if self checkout takes cash or card only.

I went for food i ened up grabing a swicth Oled now we add that swicth to our collection

I was happy to see this Walmart carry halal products. Until I noticed all the pork stocked directly under the halal sign! Really distasteful. Poor marketing move as well 👎👎

I love this place but Marquis in the Walmart Vision Center, was the most helpful associate by far, by helping me find my active insurance, showing me great selections, following up with seeing that my needs were met and definitely securing a lifetime customer. The store was a mess as they were putting out Christmas items. Normally stocked items are sparce and misplaced.

I knew before I went in that this Wal Mart would suck. The people leaving and entering the store were, to say the least, interesting. I saw numerous shopping carts all over the parking lot. People at this Wal Mart are apparently too lazy to put their carts away in the cart corral. When they were out of 2 out of the 3 items I wanted, I left without buying anything. It was also super unorganized and empty shelves galore Never again.

1 pocket folder in 1 box ,2 different color folders in a plastic bag all arrived on the same day. could gave saved on shipping.to much hassle to check out with pick up & delivery items.

One staff member who was mopping was incredibly helpful. On the other hand, there was another staff member by the door who singled me out when walking out with my partner, asking to see my receipt and was annoyed to find that I damn bought everything- a new reason of many for why I usually do not go to Walmart.

Its a one stop shop I seem to be able to find what I need and employees seem to be willing help

This is a good Walmart. Much better than the one on Ford rd. You cant even find shopping carts at that one.

The sales associates were on point they were very good they helped you out when you needed help and actually walk me to what it was that I needed to find what I needed I give them five stars as well

As soon as you walk in there is usually someone to greet you. The store sells baby food and clothing, as well as, toddler, kids, womens, and mens clothing. There is a food department, garden center, electronics department, pharmacy, and an automotive department. You can pay bills at customer service. Staff is also friendly and the store is a good place to bring kids as there store does a good job with making sure security is present.

Came here for a pickup just for a desk. Took over 15 minutes for someone to come out and take a picture of my order number, because the phone number for pickup was unavailable and no one answers it. Still waiting here I only ordered one thing thinking this was the most efficient option, would have taken me less time to go inside purchase the desk & bring it to my car. Super unsatisfied, any other Walmart this is easy and fast.

I love Wal -mart. The restrooms up front by the cashiers. Were disgusting. I went up to the Guest service and told them. I hope they took care of the Restroom.

The auto center here was a great help with my flat tire. Took longer than normal due to limited staff on a Sunday, but still very friendly and helpful.

Definitely known as the messy, ghetto Walmart. They need to do better, get organized and be cleaner overall. But what got me was the Nursery. It was so sad to see so many potentially, beautiful flowers pushed over, crushed, died, shriveled up and thirsty! I have vids and pictures showing how awful it is.

I always love shopping at Walmart sometimes I just wish some of their products come assembled already

Staff talking on cell phones ignoring customers. There is no social distancing or mask reinforcement. People were rude, cutting in front of the line and hovering over items in Isles, walking between you and the shelves making it difficult to shop. Prices were fair but most items are for children not adults over a medium 10-12 or large 16-18... Look at the labels ppl

First time ordering from Walmarts it was the worst experience they wait till I come to pick up to tell me they didnt have what I ordered so I accepted another table and also they did have the two dinner tray tables I ordered but they were all beat up didnt have any protection, look like they used, the guy finally told me he dropped them when I would accept what he was telling me and that was the only two that they had left so I didnt get those and on top of everything I dont even know if the money went back in my account I told them to put the money back in my account for the dinner trays and prorate the difference from the other table that yall didnt have for the one I was supposed to get. IT SUCKED!!

I arrived at 8:10am, the bottle room was supposed to be open and I had to find someone to assist, there were several people waiting.

The Walmart was extremely junkie but I understand. NOBODY is going to work. The shelves were empty but the boxes were in the aisles just nobody to unpack them. The lines were unreal but hey what did I expect. The cashier was so kind and patient. She apologized to every customer how sorry she was we had to wait in such a long line. She had worked thru her lunch to help get the line down. I MISS NORMAL.

This place is awesome. But its very busy. (Probably cause the prices and selection is great)

Im glad there are honest people in this world. I needed shoes and an air mattress. I purchased my items and put the air mattress in my cart. I went to my vehicle and was about to drive off, when something told me to look in the back seat. I was at a self check lane, so I quickly speedwalked back into the store. A little girl told her parents as I was walking up to their lane, you guys forgot your shoes. The father knew by how fast I was out of breath, the shoes were mine. Im glad no one took them!

Needed to place a cake order for my kids bday party.. Went 4 different times and cake decorator is never there.. and apparently nobody else knows how to take a cake ORDER.. just turn around and go to Kroger.. theyll hook it up.

This place is absolutely the worst. I unfortunately go out of my way to avoid going there.

They NEVER answer the phones. Go ahead and try any department, not even front desk. I can never call and ask if a product is in stock before I drive there. The only department that answers is the pharmacy and they just apologize, try to transfer me, and warn me the likelihood they answer is slim.

I love this location because its off from the expressway, its 24 hour accessible, and the employees are helpful and polite. Its a win-win-win situation!! Did I mention the great deals??!??!?

Loved this Walmart, was bigger than the Walmart close to my house. Nicer workers here also. Great experience here. For me its worth the 30 minute drive.

This is location is right up the street from me, so I go if I dont have time to go to the Southgate location. Its okay. Store is often dirty and basic items are usually out of stock.

Low stocks, very busy, no masks, always chaotic.

Lines are always long,and 50% of the cashiers are extra slow. And most the time theres no carts unless you bring them yourself. And last but not least they only have1 or 2 regular lines open the rest are self serve. If you want it to be a self serve store then do that and lower the prices,We shouldnt have to ring up and bag our own things and still have to pay more.

Best Italian fast food. Gotta try the baked ziti.

This store needs new manager to clean up the store..The shelves in the store are always empty..For instance you never have tea bags stocked with Red Rose or Lipton..You never have your soups stocked up..Beefy Mushroom from Campbells.The choice of Packaged Lipton Rice Beef Flavored is never available..I could go on about stock on shelves empty..The last 2 times that I have shopped in Taylor store I was charged 2 times for my Ribeye steaks. Me I am on very tight disability income and it really gets old to drive back to the store once I unload my groceries and go to customer service who are very rude because you want your money back..This is no way to treat your customers..The store is Dirty and floors sticky..This Store needs Employees who care about the Customers or you all wouldnt have a job.
