New look to the store! I noticed more variety of skin tones and body shapes on the manikins. I appreciated the inclusion. The employees I spoke to were congenial and helpful. I am still surprised by the grocery area but always pleasantly so. Gluten free, vegan and other options are clearly marked. It’s wonderful that more and more people are represented even with the food AND you can still get a frozen pizza.

I never have a problem with this location or it’s staff. I’d prefer to come to this location actually over any of the others near me. It does seem to roll out the new stuff a little slower than say Woodhaven, I’ve noticed though.BUT come on people, if you think it’s okay to leave a full dirty diaper in a cart in the parking lot, you’re the problem. If you leave the dressing rooms a mess because you’re too lazy to put your things back, you’re the problem. It’s a privilege they reopened them!Pick up your Starbucks cups from the aisle, pick up your popcorn and chip bits you dropped and grow up. The customers are what ruin the shopping experience for me 10/10 times.

Hard to find items and smaller selection of items compared to other Target stores Ive shopped at. Store was clean and well lit with sanitizer products next to shopping carts at store entrance.

Was hard to find, it is behind southland mall. It was clean and shelves/racks were fully stocked. Checkouts moved quickly and workers were nice and helpful.

My TARGET CIRCLE coupons did not work when I attempted to purchase the Elements dish soap. Both (25% off and $3 off) were clipped. When I went to customer service, no one knew anything, no one would make the adjustment, no one was helpful. Such a shame since TARGET was a store I did most of my shopping despite there being MEIJER, WALMART, BEST BUY and KROGER literally within walking distance.

So fast and easy! This drive up service is the best around. App works great and never a wait.

Thank you to the staff member who told the man that was sitting at self checkout, with his mask off, to pull it up. I rarely go out anymore but when I do not many people will tell customers that they need to have their mask on at all times. Thank you for making me feel safer.

My experience was ok but... while was checking out and they where handing out popcorn around 9:30 ish and MADDIE clearly saw me and didnt ask me if I wanted some and I was there before some of the customers where it just made me feel left out and I did not want to ask just pls include more people Maddie :/.

I love target, and this one is my go to. Most of the cashiers Ive had are super pleasant and helpful, I appreciate it. Just once Ive been here, it was pretty close to opening and there was a woman who I think was training what seemed to be a bunch of new employees (mostly younger people)? If not training then giving orders, but she was absolutely screaming at them. Felt super bad for them. It was a while ago, hasnt happened again, hope it all got situated! :)

Shannon, the blonde manager wearing the Grinch shirt on Christmas Eve, was excessively rude to us multiple times during one visit at this store. Rarely, if ever, have I experienced a manager being this overtly rude to customers, especially on Christmas Eve. Barking orders and making deliberate rude comments directly to customers, wow. Why does this lady have a job here where she interacts with the customer?? Not everyone is suited for customer service — especially her.

I came to Target today for their deal on jeans, and my husband and I were satisfied with them! I noticed that the employees do a good job of sanitizing the self checkout after someone’s done using them, and someone sanitized our cart right as we returned it. Overall, it was a good experience

By far one of worst targets in southern Michigan. They just remodeled this place and you would figure they would get better after that, but that didn’t happen. They never restock the shelves and the employees are know where to be found at the cash registers. Won’t be coming back to this one ever again.

I was highly disappointed with this store. I was in last Friday and to my surprise employees weren’t wearing masks or gloves, social distancing was not in place. Although over the loud speaker it was stated to take these measures to protect yourself and others. I won’t be returning to this store. Until this pandemic is over!

I was thoroughly disgusted with the way the checkout lanes were being handled in the Southland, Michigan location today. No signs posted where a line should form and not one team member offering any idea or input to help guide customers with the situation. No clear designation for regular check out lanes or self serve check out lanes. Plus there was only one regular check out lane open. This is totally unacceptable.

Usually this location is awesome but last night was bad. No greeting, no assistance, followed & watched me throughout the store even my friend I had with me noticed before I even said anything. Mind you we both work in retail so we understand what great customer service actually looks like. Very disappointed. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Called in advance looking for a movie my daughter wanted for her birthday they said they had it , got there and it wasnt even I the computer , bad communication I was really disappointed. Hopefully this improves for the holidays , Im going to try this again since it was so good in the past

I really enjoy the self check out but they wouldnt be necessary if staff wasnt so rude at checkout. Also doesnt seem like the clean very well. Found a cup in plain site from Starbucks in the pet aisle that had been there long enough for maggots to turn into flies.

This is my favorite Target downriver. The cashiers are so friendly and its nice to see my favorites every time we shop! They remember my babys name (Im kind of a frequent flier, haha) and I think thats so nice, especially for living in an area where you encounter so many people any given day.

Phone etiquette needs improvement at the guest services when customers need assistance phone, even though a pandemic.

I like going to target but only one thing was wrong with it the shopping was nice but after we went to their food court but no one. Would come to help me so i went home and that was 2 times but the shopping was good

I went in to exchange a humidifier because mine is seeping out extra mist in areas it didnt before when i got it and i was denied by Bianca. The other lady however felt bad and wanted too exchange it but Bianca said I couldnt. If it wasnt for the other lady i would have just gave 1 star. Its not like i wanted money back; i just wanted the same one in exchange for my baby.

Again they changed place around and I could hardly find anything and trying to find anyone to help me was a total disaster understand that they do have nice things though.

Asked where an isle number would be located. Associate had no knowledge of where in the store it was. Asked 3 different associates about a specific item received three different answers. Frozen food found in the clothes section. Open packages and empty shelves. Disappointing. Save time and just travel to the woodhaven location. This one is turning into Wal-Mart.

Me and my best friend decided to do this activity at our sleepover. The decorating part was fun!! Until we went to peel the emojis off. It was really hard and messed up most of our emojis. We feel the directions did not provide enough input. And we had to improvise a lot.

Had items in mind i was going to get found them online and stated what location it was at and i did not find them at the store and the prices are hugher at the store than online buy a few bucks.. However my items i ended up ordering is coming in earlier so thats somerhing.. the store however needs some restocking.

Security needs to do a better job being aware of stalkers near the entrance and parking lot. Allowing customers to be followed to their cars stalked and verbally assaulted to the point of feeling threatened can only end in negative headlines. Never had an issue before but we will be staying away from here for awhile. This is a known or should have known situation and let this serve as notice that there is an issue.

I have a new found impression of Target This particular day was very exciting also frustrating. My son had his twins this day and they were early. Which we had planned to shop around and order offline but no..babies give their own timeline of course. So what I was looking for kind of quickly was a double stroller that housed car seats for twins. Simple right...umm no!! We went to one store no one was around to help us even after we asked for an employee assistant. Second store had absolutely nothing close to what I needed. Lets try Target next and hope. This actually changed my whole look about Target. This team made me and my family feel comfortable as Josh Nina and Keon the team staff helped me research what exactly I was looking for. What was compatible and had them in stock. From my first initial question, through check out and to our vehicle this team impressed me.SincerlyFrom liking target to loving it
