I asked to talk to a manager and the manager says she is “checking” on my order from 5 weeks ago. A different person (the girl I previously worked with who was no help) gets on the phone to tell me my order would be in next week, but couldn’t tell me what day.. so a total of 6 weeks even though sales has told me it would be 2 weeks tops. Now I have to find a different ring for my wedding next week. I told this girl when my wedding was and she said absolutely it would be in by then. No apology or anything from her or the manager. The only thing they got right was refunding me as soon as I asked for one.

I never want to go here because the employees always act too good to bother to help or acknowledge you until you lift the chain and let yourself in the store. My fiancé and I don’t even want to bring my ring back in to get it fixed, they’ve pretty much ruined this experience for us.

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was rude, and no help at all.. I understand they have limited hours, but even on days they are open, still not there... Jasper was rude, literally shutting the doors in my face while talking to him so both employees could go to lunch at 2pm. Dont waste your time.

First off my sales lady, Kailynn was a GEM, I am sorry if I butchered her name, but her code play name is edges, just say that, and she will know exactly who recommended that you come and patronize their store. She was the most helpful sales lady that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I just wanted to say she is the complete package from start to finish. Sweet, respectful, engaging, and funny. And caters to customers needs. I was surprising my graduate daughter with a class ring, and she helped my daughter choose a stunning piece. My daughter was very satisfied, and we will definitely be back for more stuff. I am thinking of getting a college ring for myself as well, I will be graduating in may 2020.Lastly, go visit my girl!!! I recently went to Zales with my family to find a special birthday gift for my Grandma. As soon as we walked in we were greated by Jacqueline. She was so helpful and guided us in finding the most perfect gift. Not only did Jacqueline make our gift search easy, she was able to help us enjoy it. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

Went to get my ring fitted and they stated they would take up to two weeks to come in but call before hand to see if it was in, I called in a week and a day in and they stated they hadnt received it. Two weeks from day I call again only for them to tell me that the RING HAD BEEN IN SINCE THE DAY AFTER I CALLED!! They told me they had tried calling me but I didnt answer. I never received any VM or anything.

I was in a few days ago looking for an engagement ring. I was greeted after a few minutes by a shorter bad guy, Jasper I believe? He was extremely rude, extremely short with me. He was rushing me through everything as if I was wasting his time. After about 10-15 minutes of talking to me he walked away to the hallway to talk to what looked like security. He talked to him for at least 5 minutes while I was still looking in the case. When he came back he had an attitude and asked if I found anything I actually liked yet then tried to laugh it off like it was a joke. I told him I wasn’t for sure but I saw a few I liked. He pulled them out and kept trying to push me into buying the more expensive one even tho I told him I was leaning more towards the one that was a few hundred less. I didn’t feel comfortable with how pushy he was and told him I was going to look around at the other stores and come back. He then started talking bad about the other jewelry stores in the mall. Which I felt was very unprofessional. Before leaving I asked about my financing options seeing as my credit isn’t the best. He said Zales offers a credit card but with bad credit it was probably pointless for me to try and that I can put it in layaway instead or do a lease.I understand I brought up my credit not being the best but for him to say it was pointless for me to even try made me feel like this wasn’t the place I should be at. So I left and went down the hall, I found a ring I liked similar to the one here and I was approved for $1500 on credit. I walked out of that store spending just under $3000. I’ve always heard good things about Zales but after dealing with him I will never go back again.

If I could I could this store zero stars I would. Tried to go in store to return an item purchased for Christmas, I was told I could not be refunded because the store had not made any sales for the day and that i had to keep calling back each day to see if the store had enough cash to honor their return policy or to make another purchase for the item I wanted. I had the original receipt. I called customer service was on hold for over 35 minutes, only to have someone tell me that the store did not honor the policy only to have to the call disconnect and not returned. I called the actual store back because I didnt want to spend another 35 minutes of my life on hold and was forced to hear about how the worker had over 32 years in retail and this is how all retailers do things. What a joke. I had a another bad experience with them about 2 years ago and have finally learned my lesson to stay away.

Bought a wedding ring. Yellow tungsten band. Had to get it resized JUNE 15, THEY said 4-8 weeks... 8 weeks later, they say they lost the transaction and had to do a two week rush order. Today, August 23 2019, they have it... Wrong color. Have to wait TWO TO FOUR more weeks... IM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM Zales again. I asked for a refund... 60 day return policy.... Go to K Jewelers.

Bought pair of pearl/diamonds earrings, brought to the store for 6 month check and sales employee twisted the earrings while putting it back in the box when got home and took it out I noticed the earrings damage so I called the store and another employee was able to help and 2 weeks later took the damage one back to the store and exchanged it for a new pair but to let you know I had bought the insurance for the jewelry it was fairly quick and I really didnt want to have it repaired once damage it never works right and more prone to brake zales made this a pleasant event. Thank you zales

Bought an 8k ring diamond fell out less than 90 days took it back to store I was told 7-10 days been 12 working days now I am being told another 4-6 weeks. When I ordered it had it within 6 days. So after about 6 calls throughout 2 weeks and no answer I finally had to demand a refund because their final answer was we don’t k ow when we are getting it back. Very poor quality of customer service. Never go back there.

Thanks for ruining my engagement zales! Guaranteed Christmas delivery didnt happen! Then I canceled the order because of this, now the ring shows up way too late and you guys charge my card after I already canceled! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Honestly I hate being this guy. I went into Zales looking for an anniversary ring and walked out feeling really angry. Jasper was incredibly rude and made me feel like I wasn’t allowed to shop in his store. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me he was the manager so if that’s who y’all hire for managers then I’m never going back.

Rude staff, failed to resolve my issue. What is the point of buying an extended warranty if you have to deal with unprofessional people. However, Zales Novi resolved my issue and I even made an additional purchase through their location.
