Just left the Taylor Tx store, got there @ 8:15 only to find they are closed. The website say they are open till 9pm. Dusty came to the (locked) door to see what I needed, I told him I needed a battery & that is when he advised me they were closed & all the registers were shut down but he could sell one for cash mmmm! that sounds a little suspicious. How could he tell me the cost if the registers were shut down. I am a frequent customer to this store and have always had a good experiences - but they sucked big time this go around.

How come recently everything seems to be so expensive if you want to convert 1/4 inch flare to 1/2 inch flare they only have one option and its 12 something $14.00 after taxes and the little fittings not even brass package says made in China now what do you think. 20 cents in China, really huge markup huh

The girl that works at the counter was completely rude to my husband, had an attitude and was unhelpful. Maybe you should get some better help.

The store was clean and cool, and the people were friendly and knowledgable to the placement of items in the store. They install batteries and windshield wipers and many other small items. They will try very hard to find what you need and or order it for you to be picked up at a later time. A great place to find auto parts and tools at a reasonable price.

Amazing parts place. Lance is the most knowledgeable parts person I have ever spoken to. The other guy there Stephen was so polite and knowledgeable why would you go anywhere else in Texas?

Went here looking for a three and a half ton jack for my diesel pickup truck. Customer service was great pointed me to exactly what I needed and helped me carry the jack with a cart which was very nice. They also gave me a good deal on it. I prefer Advance Auto Parts over any of the other Big Chain auto parts stores.

I know when a store is about to close the people working there really dont want another customer walking because they are ready to go home. However, there was an hour and a half left until they closed so the obviously outstanding younger employee must have just have been feeling bad or something because the poor guy was so delirious and weak that he could not even muster the energy to stand from his slouched-over-the-counter-which-is-the-next-the-best-thing-to-a-bed position he was in to attempt the 15 minute ordeal that was to be a simple part look up on the computer. I do feel bad for making him work so hard typing on that keyboard with all its confusing oversized non-touchscreen, you mean you have to use your hands (Back to the Future reference because Im cool like that...and old) not thumbs to press these buttons. Hard work indeed! Feel better little guy, youll be off work soon. This can be all summed up in one word, lazy!

This is my only stop auto store going forward. These guys got me back on the road and working when I woulda been stuck overnight. Then when I came back to follow up with a permanent fix they were all over that to make it right and neat the dealers price. Best customer service experience ever. Well done!

Walked in the front door needing to grab one item. Open sign on, door unlocked, 10 minutes before posted closing time. Three employees at the counter. One of them smoking a cigarette inside the building very rudely informed me they had already closed and I needed to leave.Left, got what i needed at OReillys down the street for $10 cheaper than Advance.Employees there where happy to see a customer and help. Got what I needed and was in and out in 2 minutes.

Love this place, it was definitely a life saver... I looked online and in stores and the lowest price I found for the part I needed (water pump) was 230 or 240 +tax. I cant remember how, but They had the part plus the rear brakes I had needed for 155 after tax! Its been over a month and I havent had any problems what so ever.

Staff are always personable and friendly. They usually have everything I need in stock or they will get it real quick. They have now become my main to go to parts store.
