Horrible wait time.....NEVER EVER GO THEREI am uhaul Independant operater...i went there to take ONLY TRNASFER to my store and it took me more than 2 hours to get it...Guy on front was tooo slow....he only took 3 customers and took forever man

Horrible customer service. They had to ask their manager for everything I asked, but the manager was never on duty.

The worst customer service the guy was just rude they gave me an approval for a truck and when I went to pick up the key the guy said it was already rented to someone else they don’t even know how to do their job never be back to this location lost a customer.

Just went to this location trying to buy a ball mount for my trailer hitch and ask if it would be the correct size. One employee couldn’t help me, so he ask I waited for the next employee which once he was done taking care of a customer, he proceeded to walk past me and asked from a distance how can he help me. I told him I needed help in the area where I was (towing equipment) and he said Oh you need help over there. He walked out thru a door with his wife and never helped me. Never going back to this location. Poor work attitude and no desire to help customers. The customer he helped before ignoring me, was given a van with a non-working brake light. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This review is for the store at this location. I was in this U-Haul store on three separate occasions buying about 150 boxes plus rented a truck. Every time I got boxes, I was told to bring back what I didnt use and Id be refunded my money. I had only 3 unused lamp boxes...so, I drove over there to get my measly few bucks back. The guy behind the counter tells me I need a receipt. Not once was I told to bring my receipt with me...so, I let him know how irritating it was. He had the audacity to raise his voice and say, Im telling you now. I think Id rather burn these boxes than walk back into that place. Good grief. Customer service gets negative stars!!!

Would have been 1-2 stars but the gentlemen there definitely helped out all the way and was patient. Highly recommend if you have any questions to go to the location directly. Spoke to a rude and impatient lady over the phone named Shiela, something with an S, asked a very simple question if it was ok if I came a little late (things happen) for my Uhaul reservation and she was very rude like she disliked her job and didn’t even give me the time of day to help me out even though I had the reservation number and everything in front of me. It wasn’t under my name, it was under a friends name who was literally sitting next to me and she said I can’t look up someone else’s reservation (friend was sitting next to me) and she said have a good day.. bye... just like that didn’t even TRY to help or anything. I don’t write long reviews but I had to, I was nice and polite with her over the phone and I just asked a SIMPLE question and she was very disrespectful. Anyways, to the guys over at W Waters Uhaul, thank you!

Amazing service from beginning to end. Ive used this location several times and the service never disappoints. Shout out to Marcos for incredible customer service when I returned truck, give that man a raise! Excellent location, will use again and again.

Danilo Was super helpful. He was very understanding to a complicated situation I had throughout my moving process and was more than willing to work with me on my bill. Also got me in and out very quickly. I even witnessed him helping a customer before me who was being ridiculously irrational about their trip with one of the trucks, and he provided awesome customer service by remaining calm cool and collected while also proving his point. Very professional.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Got the hitch and trailer job done really quick. Also were friendly to my dogs which I had and they let them in and drink water. Super rad.

Terrible!! Customer service. I have rented vans before and never had any issues. In feb I rented a van and I was charged the wrong amount. Now they refused to credit my account. I even have a cellphone for their manager and yet he doesn’t answer my calls or texts. They had the nerve to tell my bank that they made no mistake. Never going back to this location! I sooo not recommend

Rented a trailer from the uhaul on Hillsborough. The hitch was too low and dragging on the ground. Stopped in at this uhaul to have someone take a look at it. Michael and Marcos helped me out and flipped the ball mount. It was still a little low so I came back and Michael installed a taller ball mount for me. The customer service was great. Thank you Michael and Marcos!!!

Online reservation process was easy, and it even assigned the specific truck for $19.95. When I got to the store, the clown working behind the counter insisted it would be $39.95. He refused to give me the assigned truck, which was the only one with a big logo that said, “Now only $19.95 per day.”

I had a bad experience with a couple of employees that forced me to return the next day to solve it when I was supposed to be on the road. But the manager I saw the next day was exceptional. He solved the problem in no time and offered me a little something for the inconvenience.

The owner is attempting to extort money from my debit card account on file with his store, for a tiny ding at the top of the roof of a cargo van, that he strained to find. I will never rent anything from this crook and account thug. Its absolutely absurd to say I did damage to the cargo van, when that cant be proven, nor did I do.

Worst experience ever at any uhaul facility, and i’ve been to many. bought a lock for my trailer exactly 24 days ago. the lock is defective and does not work. they would not give me my money back because the manager felt like i should have to deal with master lock. there is no return policy at this place, it is completely up to the managers discretion, and he felt like i didn’t deserve a return. his language was unprofessional as well as his demeanor. not friendly or helpful at all. i will be going higher up for this one, and not just because of the money, but more for how badly i was treated

Terrible service and i was just asking for prices!! The people there do not need to work in customer service if they can not deal with customers! Leo who was the rep i spoke with was very rude, combative, and just sucked. He cut me off when i asked questions and then told me not to be disrespectful like we were friends in a relaxed setting and not a business to customer relationship. Stop hiring people for customer service postions and their people skills suck.

Terrible Service.. the girls that are working there are the most disrespectful people I ever met... they make fun of customers... and when you asked for a manager another girl that are buddies have the worst service. I would try another uhaul office...

Incredibly efficient, within 5 minutes I was on my way in what seemed like a massive truck, but by American standards was quite modest.

I was charged for fuel when I returned the Van with more Fuel than what it previously had. I called them and after long time online one of representatives stated I would be contacted in the next 72 hours to check the reading of the fuel tank. That never happened, I had to call back again and a rude guy replied the phone saying I would be contacted shortly, the same, they never call me back. As a tip: Pay attention to fuel tank reading bc they use to do that with clients. This is my 2nd time it happens to me.

They stole my dyson vacuum, forgot it there and they said we could come get it. Went to retrieve it and they claimed to not know where it is. That’s theft, may consider legal means of action against them because I know they’ve got cameras everywhere. Avoid this shady uhaul at all costs.

Terrible customer service. They turned us down for a propane refill because it was 6:53 and they close at 7!!!They deserve no stars, one is too much!!!!!

General manager Kevin is very rude and has a sarcastic attitude about everything. Was hung up on and cursed at by this manager. Please dont go to this location. Worst customer service ever! Been using Uhaul for over 20 years and will never go back tot his location.

Easy 24 hour drop off and easy to spot the location from the road.

The GM was really attentive and helpful. He personally assisted with the rental of my storage unit and allowed the tractor trailer with my household belongings on the property.

Why Would you have 1 employee in the front on a Saturday?? I have been waiting here 40 minutes with a reservation and theres still 3 people in front of me... Never renting at this location again
