Wow what a place. I’m town doing a job and after calling many places to find some rigging items we needed this is where we ended up. Had everything we needed and then some . Great helpful guys and no hassle sales. Keep it up!

Excellent customer service! When I came into their shop, I was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. The manager, Ben, gave me a tour of their training center, where they do fall protection and confined space classes. Its HUGE, with lots of equipment to train on, and inside with air conditioning. I havent taken a training yet, but it looks very hands-on. He said they can also do rigging trainings there or on-site.Its not what you usually see for a rigging shop. The main area has a good Crosby display with iPads where you can see their catalogue. They also have a decent sales table in the front. They started carrying some safety products recently, which is convenient when youre there anyway and need to pick up another pair of glasses or gloves.All in all, a great rigging shop with a lot more to offer than most places, including the helpful, knowledgeable people working it.

Instructors are knowledgeable fun and interactive.... The facility is clean and modern... Id come here for all my certifications....

ZERO cuatomer service. I have been waiting 30mins for my order That was suppose to be ready on arrival and had 5 employees not as much as acknowledge me to give me an idea how much longer it will take. Taking all future business elsewhere
