As every other hydraulic shop was out 5 days for repair I went with American Hydraulics who said they would have my cylinder back in 24hrs. I got it back as I was told and it failed. As last resort do not go here. Wait the days it will save you from alot of wasted time. Nick gave every his all above and beyond. Not a true hydraulic shop. RealExpensive disappointed experience

Need ANY hydraulic work or expertise? DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! American Hydraulics knows what theyre doing, is a class act and very professional. Rocket helped us out over the phone FIRST (with no guarantee of a sale) then we took our huge dump truck hydraulic cylinder to him for closer inspection and he went so far out of his way to help us it was simply unbelievable! We were looking at a $3,000 new cylinder and a four week wait time before venturing to American Hydraulics by chance. We left there with seals, a repair plan, and money in our pocket. We are now in a position to run our truck tomorrow - able to make money again. Rocket is SUPER nice and keeps an extremely clean shop. We will always be grateful for his attitude of service before profit. Thank you.

Four years ago I had Rocket replace all of my hoses on my backhoe and it cost me $700 dollars. I took another backhoe, same size and brand and American Hydraulics charged me $1700 and they replaced 3 less hoses plus labor charge. The latter, labor was included. The hoses on the machine were not tie wrapped in place, nor was the protective sleeve put back properly. I could of purchased the hoses from the manufacturer for just over $600. When asked about high price, Rocket tried to tell me that the hosed were made in the USA and were 10 times stronger. The manufacturer hoses on the tractor are 34 years old and going strong, I’d say the manufacturer hoses are doing just fine. A lot of the hoses that they replaced showed little wear and no damage. So my take away on this is, first get a written work quote on your repair. Second, get another estimate, and third, personally inspect all replaced parts.

American Hydraulics was CLEAN, POLITE, and Professional. Took them 2-outrigger cylinders from our drill rig and they knocked them out fast, and most importantly they worked flawlessly. They were not the cheapest, but after dealing with other substandard hydraulics shops we felt that the level of service, cleanliness, timely and quality repairs made American a bargain. Only minute issue is that they were a little difficult to find as the were located in same building as the Engines Laboratory..

I was desperate for delivery of some seals, originally quoted 4-6 weeks. Rokket was able to get me all that I needed to ship the next day. Thank you so much! Outstanding job

American Hydraulics is a 1st Class Operation! Very Friendly and professional. Took them a cylinder that had been at another shop and they found the problem immediately. It was a refreshing experience to be treated with respect and I truly felt like a valued customer customer. Forget all of the other shops and take your stuff over to American Hydraulics to have it fixed correctly the first time.

This company is the best! Had a complicated problem with a valve circuit in our plant. We had a couple of other hydraulic shops come out and they were clueless. Rocket came out asked for a wiring diagram of our palletizer and 15-minutes later were were back in business. Asked him to look at a forklift that was giving us troubles and had no idea he was an engine guru: 2-major problems resolved in less than an hour....we offered him a job lol

American Hydraulics fixed our automobile lift. They were very friendly and the cylinders looked like brand new when they brought them back. The lift works great now and the price was very reasonable.

Had 3 backhoe cylinders rebuilt, American Hydraulics was more costly, but did a great job, used US steel, and finish on time. Very professional staff.
