We are painting our house and we decided to change all the outside lighting fixtures. We needed several in a hurry and our sales representative, Michael, really came through for us. The fixtures we wanted were at their Canada warehouse and he tracked them for us and got them to us the day before the painters began. I am so appreciative of their efforts. I am changing out a few things in my guest bathroom, not a total redo. I needed an mirror and the perfect light fixture that would help update the bathroom and make a statement. They didnt have exactly what I needed but kept trying to help by offering to find other finishes or special order items for me. There are very large chandeliers and pricey fixtures there. I did not need anything extravagant yet they gave me excellent customer service regardless. They were so kind and tried hard to find me exactly what I wanted! I definitely recommend them, they go above and beyond! Ask for Michael, he was very helpful. When I purchase my new chandelier, I will definitely go to Lights & More.

Such an awesome selection at this store! Doris was so helpful as this was my first time picking out light fixtures. She recommended the bar style LED pendants along with the chandelier pictured and I get nothing but compliments! The electrician that installed them said they were honestly the coolest pendant lights he’s ever installed. So unique! At first I wasn’t sure as these weren’t my first pick but Doris convinced me these would look best together and she was right! Very happy with my purchases :)

I came in looking for some modern table lamps. They had a nice selection and I ended up purchasing three. Checkout was a little clunky as they appeared to have a new person writing up the invoices and collecting payment. They boxed up the lamps and shades very well and I transported them home without problem. Ill definitely be back when I need more lighting!

Great as long as your spending money . We WERE long time clients who made many purchases . Last purchase didn’t work out as the lamp wouldn’t stay up and we were afraid of a fire . We didn’t want any money back .. just store credit to replace the lamp . Owner wouldn’t even come out and speak with us . Offered 20 percent off a future purchase ??? So we have a useless $400 lamp !! Find a place with better customer service !!!!

When I visited Lights and More on Dale Mabry I was quickly greeted by the reception host and by Doris Ramirez. They were both very eager to help me find the perfect lighting for my bathrooms. After discussing a few options taking their recommendation, I chose the chrome Abete Bathroom Vanity Light. It quickly arrived at the store and I inspected all the items for any cracks or damage (there was none, it was packed very well). When I came back to pick up the lights we discussed light bulb brightness (soft and bright). Doris suggested bright bulbs because the shade was white and that will absorb the light. She was correct because we put one of the shades over the two light choices in the store and I agreed that her selection was the correct one. I will definitely make future light purchases from Lights and More and from Doris!

I was purchasing two wall sconces from the store’s catalog. After arriving to the store one of them was significantly defected. Yomaris Velazquez was instrumental with arranging the replacement. Worst customer service experience! My husband and I went into the store and there were no other customers, at the time. Not even 1 person greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. I inquired about a light I saw on their website. The woman briefly looked at my phone and said “no order online” or “go to back wall and see 50% off”. She wouldn’t even get up out of her chair to show us around. Do not recommend this place!

I cant explain how happy my experience has been so far. I found the same lighting fixtures on line and they immediately said that they could match the price and have it delivered without any additional charges. I am looking forward to adding our personal touch to our kitchen soon.Just a little update, so there was a minor setback when we ordered our beautiful chandelier and upon shipment it was discovered that there was an inventory discrepancy. Doris and Yomi assured me that they would not settle for this short coming and tackled this issue quickly. They contacted their suppliers and after extensive searching they were able to fulfill our order without any major inconvenience. This is customer service at its best! Thankfully Doris and Yomi are very good at what they do.

I shopped at that location for many years. The store has a lot of unique items on display and a large catalog of things that can be ordered. The sales manager, Yomaris is friendly and very knowledgeable. You will drop some $$$ if you are not careful, but that’s the price you pay for nice things. I will definitely be returning there in the future.

This lighting store is the finest in all of Tampa Bay.We drive from Dunedin every time we even consider buying a light.Their inventory is very unique, and if they have to order, most of the time it arrives in just a few days. I recently visited Lamps and More with my wife Connie. We had been looking for a suitable pendant light (2), for our kitchen that would provide additional light to assist with reading along with a stylish look. Jaime introduced himself to us upon entering, and asked what we were looking for in lighting. Jaime took us to the area in the store where they were displayed, and gave us detailed information about each unit as it would apply to our needs. We were unable to find a suitable fixture in the store, so Jaime quickly provided more choices that were displayed on his computer screen. Jaime was very patient, and stayed with us for quite a time and was able to find us a fixture that fit all of the needs we had. We ordered the (2) pendant fixtures, and we were pleasantly surprised to get them much sooner than expected. Jaime was very helpful, and a joy to work with. We would not only come back to him for our future needs, but also recommend him to any one that was looking for lighting equipment. We arrived at the store at 6pm when they literally had locked their doors to close for the evening. Jaime had saw us peaking inside the windows of the store and was awesome enough to let us in! He was very helpful and let us browse around the store while they were basically closed in order to find us a perfect conversational piece for our dining room. They have an amazing selection! This is the go-to place for lights and other items. I bought a few lamps and mirrors from here and everyone that goes to my house and sees them are impressed by them. Their products really have a high quality style to them.

We bought a large crystal chandelier (in addition to other purchases) from Light & More in Tampa about a year ago and a few weeks ago a careless construction worker in our house broke one of them and tangled the crystals. I contacted Lights & More to see what we can do especially with the broken crystal and replacing the exact length of the broken string. Ms. Yomaris Velazquez who helped us last year with our original purchases, one more time helped us pleasantly and professionally to order the new piece. She was very prompt in responding and following up on the order. We are very grateful for her and very pleased with Lights & Mores customer service. Their selections of the lights and fans are great too. We are very pleased with ours.

We had the most fantastic experience purchasing light fixtures for our new home. Carmen learned about our tastes and showed us plenty of options. We then visited 2 other light stores and returned to purchase the ones that we originally had our eyes on. The customer service was above and beyond. Something very strange going on when you don’t know the brand name you’re buying and it does not come with installation directions. They do have beautiful lights but very difficult to install on your own. They more or less count on the fact that you’re going to hire an installer. They also tend to be pushy about hiring one of their installers. I was not blown away with the service here. The light is beautiful but not sure I would go back. Also, why can’t you sit on any of the furniture? They seem rather militant about that.

NEVER would I give a penny to this store. This was our third time in as we are in the market for numerous lights for a new home. Our 12 year old daughter, gently leaned toward a mirror, placing her knee on the edge of a chair. The pretentious saleswoman, came up behind her shaking her finger with a no-no. When we questioned her, it was because of her knee leaning in. Not only are they overpriced, but its the biggest group of pretentious sales people I have ever been around. It just cost them thousands of my dollars.
