I recently had my rear tire replaced at this shop. The employees were nice, and changed the tire same day. I returned the next day to pick it up. I can say the service was quick and the price was reasonable and the employees were nice people. I would like to thank them, and encourage other riders to support this shop.

West Coast Cycle has totally been there for me. I had my first experience with the business when they revived my 1997 CBR900RR which had been sitting idle for a long time due to previous deployments. The bike runs fantastic for it being a 1997 and they have been very helpful with anything I bring to them. They redid the all the lights on the bike so now the 1997 has LEDs for eyes. Im and out pretty quick. Took my wheel in and a replacement tire and they did a mount and balance for a reasonable price.

These guys are the best in the business they stayed open until 9pm on a Friday fixing my tire when I broke down in Tampa 500 miles from home!

Took my bike in for a wire tuck on my 2020 Sportster and Billy did a fast a great job on it. Very professional and customer friendly place. Top notch repair service and customer service, as well as a nice guy!I was on a motorcycle trip when my Blackbird engine started missing and dying on and off. It was after 5 p.m. on a Friday. I got a hold of Bill, and he said he was closing at 5:30, but I should bring the bike by and hell take a look at it.After our discussion of the symptoms, he knew where to look, and diagnose the problem before seeing/verifying it. And he came up with a quick solution.And more importantly for me, he put aside the work he was doing, to help me out in my time of need. He fix the issue, and the rest of my trip was no problems.Bill is a man of knowledge, integrity, and compassion. I would recommend him for any motorcycle issues.THANKS BILL!!

Just wanted to say thanks a ton to Billy. I’ve been trying to find a solid shop to start adding some upgrades to my dyna. It has not been easy to say the least. I called this shop after being recommended by a friend and long time customer. Not only did Bill Ford take the time to speak with me on the phone, running through different possible diagnostics for an issue I presented, but he and Bill Jr did the same in person when I brought the bike to the shop. They each test rode and shared different ideas regarding my Harley, thats right Harley. They are well known for their knowledge and skill in metrics but they took the time to guide me in the best direction possible. Thanks again guys. Ill happily send others your way.

I went to the West Coast team because their online reviews were so great. I met Bill Sr. he took his time and explained what my bike needed and why. I never felt any sales pressure. Their service was fast and prices were reasonable. He went over and beyond to make sure everything done right. Also , before I had even gone there I had a blinker and horn issue. Instead of having me bring the bike in and charging me. He advised me on how to fix it for free !!! I thought that was cool. I would highly recommend the West Coast team to any biker lover.

I dropped my bike off to have a new rear tire replaced around 10 AM. Bike was done about an hour later. These guys are no non-sense. Prices are competitive and reasonable! They seem very honest and eager to please and treat you right, Their shop is filled with goodies and bike accessories also! Helmets, Tires, Grips Ect... They installed my tire.. ..my bikes runs like Im just gliding on air..I have found myself a new Bike repair shop. Im looking forward to dong more business with them in the near future. This family owned business is very impressive in many ways. They have thousands of used salvage parts. Bills knowledge about motorcycles is really quite amazing and he is one of the hardest working people I have met. Everyone working at West Coast is always very kind and helpful as well. I have never noticed any rudeness or lack of knowledge from anyone at this shop in all the years I have been going there. In fact quite the opposite. I feel comfortable knowing they will be honest and fair.

I purchased several motorcycles and had great luck with all of them. If I have a question about anything, Bill is always very helpful to answer any questions and give very good advice about maintaining my bike . Large Salvage area in the back kept under a roof so parts are in good condition. This shop has been in business for 30 some years and there is a reason he is still going strong. Very professional and highly recommended.

I had a problem with my bike a few days before the Leesburg music festival. I had pretty much given up on attending. Bill and his guys assured me it wouldnt be a problem. This review is way overdue! I have taken my bikes here manys times and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone who expect quality work and honesty above all. They never let me do or pay for something unnecessary. Bill educates his customers and flat out says dont fix what aint broken and dont compromise the original design and integrity of the bike. I ride a 2003 Honda Valkyrie Standard because I let these guys maintain it, it never lets me down. Bill, I will see you guys soon for another seasonal visit.

Everyone kept telling me to pay this place a visit. I am glad I finally did. Everyone was very hospitable( I got free Gatorade ;p ) , most importantly Bill was awesome and knowledgeable.

I contacted this business for a simple paint estimate. I asked if they would need to see the bike and I was told I could take photos of the motorcycle with the fairing on and email to their email address. Two weeks later, I was not contacted, so I made a follow up call to find out if they had come to a estimate for paint. I was then told they would have to get back to me because the painter was busy. Here it is a month later, I made another follow call and once again I was told It was swept under the rug...... Bad Business practice if you ask me, when they cannot even consider future business. No thank!

Let me start off by saying I usually never write reviews for businesses, regardless of a positive or negative experience. I felt compelled to write one for West Coast from just such an awesome experience I had. Im fairly new to riding and my bike broke down. They went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out and getting my bike back up and running in no time. Not to mention this is my only form of transportation. Theyre a family owned business, with very fair labor costs, and above all else just a real nice set of folks. Will definitely be taking all of my bike-related business to West Coast from here on in. I purchased some fork seals from here that were super old and package wasnt complete, then he charges me 22 bucks for these old seals. Which include have purchased for 25.00 complete, same K&L kit but in proper packaging..not some written on bag missing parts. I give stuff like this away to others because I know it isnt worth anything long story short asked if he would take a 20 dollar bill but instead he wanted to charge me tax. Gave them 30 dollars cause I felt bad..needed money that bad. 1983 called

This guy is great! Have a 750 Vulcan that had a starting problem. Had to remove the engine and replace the stator. Was a costly fix, but got it done right! Bike runs great. Bill obviously loves working on motorcycles and I would fully trust him.

I was getting my truck fixed it was about to rain so we went to west coast cycle. They treated us like family and they offered to drop us at the hotel 7 miles away. All there products are good quality I had to get myself something for the motorcycle race that was coming up. Its nice to know that there are still really nice people in the world. On a day when I was dealing with a few issues, the people here were very respectful and helpful with my situation. They provided above dry place for me while it was raining and they even were conversed with me while I waited.

They keep my 2009 EX500r on the road no matter what. Theyve got the know how and able to do whatever you need and usually a lot faster than other shops. Their an hour away from where i live but they will still get my business, its worth the drive!

If youre looking for a hard working honest motorcycle mechanic, I highly recommend Bill at West Coast Cycle. My 2008 Suzuki M50 was diagnosed to have major transmission problems at a local dealer, but Bill quickly determined it was just the driveshaft and saved me a pile of money. Dont bother with the large dealerships that are too big to provide personal service - go to West Coast Cycle and you wont be disappointed!

I have been using Bill and team at West Coast Cycle for over 5 years now (3 different bikes). I must say from the first time I took my bike in I felt like I had a friend in the business. This last time my bike was totaled from a wreck and Bill and team helped with the insurance and getting my replacement bike checked out and ready to go. Bill, the owner, is a very engaging and stimulating conversationalist about motorcycles. A great little place I regret not stopping to check out years ago when I first saw it.

Radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. Found a replacement on eBay and made arrangement with Bill to bring in my bike. In route to have the radiator replaced, top hose burst about 17 miles from West Coast. Had to have bike towed in, Bill and crew were fantastic, what I thought would be a several day repair was completed the same day. Brought it in at 10:30 was called at 4:30 the same day that it was finished. Radiator replaced, engine, flushed, new upper hose replaced, stuck thermostat replaced, coolant filled! Fantastic Service! Will be back.

I have to say the guys at west coast know what they are doing, I brought in my 250r ninja, which lord knows had quite a few problems, carb was messed up, intake manifold was all messed up. But these guys pulled thru, with all the business they get they got my bike done in no time. They worked with me by keeping me updated regularly. These guys treat you like family,something which you cant find anywhere. Its a great feeling knowing that my mode of transportation is in good hands, I highly recommend them, and I ever need anything I can always count on them
