Jaqueline was absolutely amazing! She helped me pair a new bracelet with some new charms based on what my preferences were and not based on what was the most expensive item in the case. Because of this, my partner and I ended up buying much more than we came in for and I am SO happy with my purchases! We came in for the Pandora Me rose gold bracelet and a link, but walked out with those and two more charms as well! She was so incredibly helpful and personable and we had quite a bit of laughs! Overall, she made the experience so so wonderful!

Friendly staff, very helpful. After sharing my Pandora story, theyve helped me re-position my charms to tell an even better story!I purchased four more charms for my ten year old bracelet.They didnt have the protection hand, but it seems its out of stock everywhere.Ill be back when I earn more charms, for my accomplishments.

Hello Friends! I dont leave many reviews but I wanted to take a moment and show the awesome girls at Pandora in International mall some love. I had bought a bracelet online for my mother-in-laws birthday and under estimated her wrist size. So I called up the store and spoke with a lovely lady who knew exactly how to help me and just so happens they had only one of those bracelets in the exact size up I needed so she kindly put it on hold for me. I am new to Pandora and this was my first time in their store. I went in the next day and first off I was kindly greeted by the wonderful girls there. Not only is the store asthetically pleasing and easy to navigate but all the staff there is so friendly and kind. I spoke with everyone there but the main person who ended up assisting me was Sara. She was very kind, patient, and knowledgable. If you want all the insider info, discount, options and exceptional service Sara is your gal! I work in customer service and know how important it is specially when you are providing it face-to-face instead of virtually and over the phone like most service we are experiencing nowadays. I really appreciate everyone at the store and even though I hate malls I will definitely be back in just because of the amazing service and quality of the product. I am officially a Pandora lover for life and I have Sara and the lovely(and did I mention stylish!) ladies at this store to thank for that! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ive been to this Pandora in International mall several times and I can say its worth it. I live in St.Pete and it’s definitely worth the drive! The staff is so amazing and nice and they always help everyone. Since Covid-19 I was scared to shop but they always sanitize and make sure the store is clean for us customers. I love this location!

First time location to this Pandora location I was met by a sales associate who after analyzing my whole sales experience was more concerned with pushing the most expensive pieces. After declining and only sticking to what I wanted and not what was recommended I noticed how things started to turn south I wanted to keep looking however the associate was already at the register waiting for me, I purchased four charms was not given boxes or a bag was handed a receipt and that was it this is what you get when you turn down their recommendations? I contacted corporate customer care immediately as this is absolutely unacceptable and no one else should have to go through this. I should’ve read the negative reviews before however I was already at the mall and figured I have time let me stop in, big mistake!

My experience in this store is always top tier, the staff is amazing and helps me pick out the perfect pieces for me and my close ones. If you’re looking to buy beautiful jewelry this is definitely the place to be! I will be coming back!

I love this location! I came in shopping for my fiancé and they helped me pick out the coolest pieces. Less than 2 week ago my husband bought me this bracelet, which was worn 3 times at most and it broke off. Poor quality!!!! I came to return it and to hopefully get something else of better quality. Im told i cant return, its not in re sale quality. Well of course not! This very expensive bracelet of over $200 broke off with less than 3 times of being worn. Assistant Manager Melissa Pretty much forced me to keep my Valentines day gift and exchange it for another cheap bracelet which im hoping it wont break off. Please do not shop in this store, these people don’t follow return policy and don’t care if you are at all satisfied with the purchase. I will email corporate and hopefully get them to realize customers satisfaction should be their priority.

Horrible experience today. Sales woman only concerned with her sales customers and not her warranty customers. Was spoken to many times about someone helping me soon only to be passed up yet again by another customer and then was told that she asked who was first. As if she didn’t personally tell me two other times that someone would be with me shortly. I had to flag down another lady who then passed me back to the original lady that skipped me and gave me attitude. I have been turned away for warranty from this store On my rose gold rings turning my finger green with the gold wearing off. They gave me a number to call instead of handling my issue in store. Mind you the purchase was made within the last 9-10 months. I will never buy anything from this location again. We have spent close to a grand in this store within this year and would rather drive all the way to Brandon or citrus park mall. Staff could use a refresher course on customer service and professionalism. Only bright side is that they replaced my daughters ring that was missing a stone. Never again!!!

I walked into the store with my friend to look for some new Disney charms to buy and 5 sales associates were working. Only 4 of them were helping people yet not one person acknowledged me or made eye contact with me. I waited a good 5 min at the counter for anyone to even look up. I walked around trying to find the tray of Disney charms and hopefully make some contact with one of these women. No one ever looked over to say “hey, we will help you as soon as we can.” How do 5 grown adults not have basic customer service skills at a store like Pandora in a mall such as this one. It wasn’t busy and my friend and I were the only other ones in the store. Blows my mind really. My friend and I laughed to ourselves and walked out. Well done ladies...

I have been a customer here for years and after today I’m no longer giving this terrible company my money. I was gifted a pandora ring for my birthday and after wearing it I decided the stone was too big and the ring simply didn’t fit me. I went to return it and the manager told me I couldn’t get a refund because they can’t resale it! They always have a excuse I couldn’t even get store credit. Now I have a ring that doesn’t fit me. I have earrings, bracelets and rings from here I’m not trying to rip them off but for them to cry over $100 is just ridiculous! This company makes so much money and they couldn’t at least exchange it for a ring that fits me?! I’m no longer spending my money here this place is a joke! So disappointed

As a former Pandora employee and costumer for years. THIS LOCATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Have never experienced this type of awful humiliating experience with some terrible employees with NO SMILE ON THEIR FACE NO KINDNESS FOR THEIR COSTUMERS, as long as you’re buying then that is a token of receiving respectCame in the store asking for a trade or exchange of the Eiffel Tower that had bend very bad (under 1 year) the assistant manager said it was simply not their fault (it’s called not a manufacturer defect) WHY WOULD SOMEONE PURPOSELY RUIN THEIR JEWELRY? So they can face unfair treatment. Yes it is a manufacture defect. I️ had no receipt but did have the word of vouch from my previous store manager who was willing to call/speak to them. This store did not try to help me in any way but sent me off on my way completely dissatisfied and unhappy. With four employees on the floor NONE OF THEM ASSISTED ME. They do not represent Pandora Jewelry properly at all.No one should ever buy anything from this store and I️ hope they shut down. In all honesty after reading the comments here I️ have to be another witness and say that their employees were mocking, mean, arrogant and unfriendly people. It must be how they are taught to work.Customer service is not about making money it is about making the customer happy since so kindly taking their time to go the store to spend money and give your dumb asses commission.This location is very stingy about returns and exchange. I’ve been a customer here for years, To say the least I will not shop here anymore. When a ring that was a present for my girlfriend and not worn for more than 10 minutes is found to be too big. The reasonable thing to do is return it. But not here, here they tell you it’s not in a good condition to sell again. Whatever keep the 100 dollars you just lost more with out me as a customer.

So disappointed ruined my Mother’s Day! I went exchange a bracelet that was bought 3 days prior..they could exchange it but there was a difference in price so I had money left over...they refused to give me a store credit! They would ONLY do it if I had the card it was purchased with! It was a gift! I did not have card but I had the receipt but that did not matter! They just wanted me to use the difference which lead me to spend more money because it was only a $20 credit and there is nothing in there that’s $20! I was so upset I honestly just want to return the whole item for a full refund but I don’t think I will be able to..so disappointed I should of read the reviews before going there!! I also wanted to have them clean it and they said no can’t today!! I said what about the shining rag thingy they said we aren’t allowed to clean anybody’s today BUT you can purchase one if you want! I was like I just spent a small fortune and they don’t even give the cleaning rag anymore, I would have to buy it!! Seems like it’s on going thing with the customer service at this location and the manager was not nice at all! I should of went to Citrus Park in Tampa or my local jewelry place that carries it!

Walked in looking for a birthday present. There were several ppl in the store as well but just basically a large family and another couple. I was never greeted. Just looked at weird. I attempted in just helping myself, but I had a few questions. Tatianna made eye contact with me several times but never spoke, never asked if i need assistance, or if i was already being helped. She did this maybe 3x prior to me walking over to ask her name. After the fact, she asked if I needed help. I told her I didn’t any longer and processed to walk out. She seemed irritated that i was irritated and proceeded to tell me she was helping train someone. That is understandable. What isn’t understandable or acceptable is the fact that all of that could have been relayed a few times when I was wandering the store and made eye contact with her. She made a last minute excuse and thought that would make me stay. I was standing right next to Melissa and she never acknowledged me either lol. It was like i was invisible. I’ve worked in many aspects of retail and the number 1 rule is to greet a customer within a certain time frame of them entering the store. It was like they were feeling me out to see whether or not I’ll spend money. This was my first and last time shopping at Pandora here. I’ll stick with the location in Brandon Mall. Way better staff and exquisite customer service.

I have been a Pandora customer for many years. One of the best thing they offer is the cleaning of your jewelry. I usually buy and take my charms to The Pandora at the Falls, but it just happened I was at international mall and decided to get my things cleaned. The person that took care of me said they had stopped offering this service and now they can only clean them with a cloth (by the way the one she used was disgusting and black). Immediately after I left the store and complained about the horrible service I called the one at The Falls. They do offer the cleaning with the machine not with a dirty cloths. Horrible service at International mall. Never again!!!

I love Pandora but it seems as if every time I go in there, they are profiling me. Ive been to the store twice, my husband once, and my daughter once. We experienced the same type of atmosphere. My last time there, I spent over 300$, which isnt hard to do, but I went in there to get my bracelet cleaned. Anyway as Im making up my mind, a male employee walked over to the counter without introducing himself and was just standing there. After I paid he walked away. I thought that was rude. I could go on and on but Ill just shop online from now on or not at all.

I am a huge fan of pandora , and a previous manager of a pandora myself, but always have an issue with this store in the mall. The manager makes you feel bad for having a large collection to get cleaned, they can not sell me a polishing cloth separate from the cleaning kit(because I already have it) and do not give you the Pandora way of selling. I Do not recommend.

Terrible experience. I brought some charms and a bracelet here to exchange for different size/styles, the lady that helped me and the one greeting customers when they come in was giving each other a weird look. I asked her to take out a couple of charms I like and took time to pick very carefully because all the high-quality looking charms are about $65-$85 but they was mocking behind my back for taking forever and making them wait. Do you guys expect me to spend hundred of dollars of my hard earned money and do it chop-chop then regret when I get home? I have a big big love for Pandora but this seriously disappoints me too much, makes me think about ever coming back here spending my money to be disrespected. Even the cashier she looks like shes the manager of the store acted like this is how I should be treated for taking too long on an exchange. I also love the new destination charms Pandora came out with and have my eye on quite a few of them. This was my first time at this location. When my husband, and I walked in we were not greeted... the 3 women working behind the counter continued to chat amoungst themselves. By the way we were the only customers there. Eventually one asked if we wanted help. I asked if they had any London charms, since they had charms for paris, NY and a fewer other places. She looked at me laughed, and said since this is Tampa they only have Tampa Bay charms. I asked if they had the Big Ben charm since again they have an Eiffel tower charm. Another girl laughed, and rudely stated we are in Tampa. We left, and I can guarentee we will not be back. My husband was even shocked about the lack of customer service. Was really disappointed in the experience.

I placed my order July 2nd, it is a gift. I placed my order here because their website says delivery in 1-3 days. I live in Florida, I THOUGHT, it would take 3 days max. It is July 13 still no bracelet. I have contacted them twice by email, no response, called twice and was told it was shipped out the night before. I asked for a tracking number, I was told it would be emailed to me. NOPE! STAY AWAY FROM HERE, VERY DISAPPOINTED. UPDATE: I received my bracelet, July 13 in the afternoon. I checked the shipping date, it was sent out July 12 th so I was lied to on the 11th when they told me it had shipped out on the tenth. I was never sent a tracking number and no response to my 3 emails. I did get an email saying that according to USPS tracking number my package was delivered. It’s a beautiful bracelet, but their customer service is terrible.

Terrible Customer ServiceWent in for an exchange (which btw we bought at the exact same location in less than a month ago and was willing to spend more) But the representative looked at the charm and said, I cant accept this because its dull and has a scratch. I told her I just bought it, what quality of product you have that it dulls in less than a month. (Shes worn it once only) She replied yeah, its silver, so it happens; thats why we have to change our displays often.I told her well, in that case I rather get a refund than an exchange to which there was no reply. I didnt have my receipt at hand so I took back the product and will come back to refund it. But thought to warn yall. What type of sales/CSR person is this!? I would be worried if I was the owner, but then again; who knows if they even care bout these reviews.

I always shop at this location. Always have special promotions that other locations do not offer. Recently called to inquire about promotion and the rep was very rude. She said I mean...youre already getting like 40% off..so no, we do not have other promotions. Unnecessary reply.

I visit this store often because its close to my daughters school. The customer service is horrible. The women who work there act like if they are doing you a favor by selling you the product. I had to drop off a damaged charm to get fixed and everytime I go to see if its ready, Im told to wait for a call. They dont even bother to double check if its ready.
