My wellbeing item buy was incredible. I dont have grievances about the item I took. It helped me since I am keeping up with my solid way of life. The best with regards to this shop was they have enrolled drug specialists that could oblige us quick. I firmly suggest this spot!

The new manager appointed at this location is not fit to be a manager. I asked him a simple question. And he felt like I was disrespectful to him. Why would I be disrespectful to someone whom I dont even know. Darren, thats the manager. Learn this in simple manner, its your work place so keep your emotions and feeling out of it. Also, making assumptions is stupidity. Darren, had no idea of what is working and what is not. I tried 7 to 8 times to connect with the system. But it showed error. Darren the manager for night shift at Walgreens was unaware of it. Darren the manager also raised voice, I mean who raises voice on their customer. I had no intentions to be disrespectful and thats not in my nature. Darren the manager needs to understand this, when being with a customer you have to keep your ego, emotions and assumptions outside of the work place. SIMPLE !!! GET YOUR ATTITUDE STRAIGHT!

Horribly slow and understaffed. A huge line in the pharmacy, and all for the shot. If you’re going to be offering that service, you need to staff your store appropriately.

I worked here a couple of years ago and I still cant believe how rude the Spanish girls were to me. I was so helpful and friendly and didnt deserve that treatment. I ultimately had to quit because it was just too unprofessional and uncomfortable and it seems like the manager at the time just let them run the place which is why all the customer service is so bad

The attention with reference to when one calls by phone is bad, because what they do or answer the phone they do not say good morning, they just put one on hold and after having you listening to background music for 5 minutes they hang up the phone.this happened today between 10:00 am to 10:18 am.05/06/2021

I went at 11:40 pm to get a medicine for my baby and it was already closed. supposedly to close at 12am

Worst experience with the pharmacy ever. The lead pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and is more concerned about his own well being than that of his patients. He spoke to me like he had a higher level of intelligence and I understood what he was saying. If he would have put it nicer there would have been no issue.. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Purchased an item 40 days ago and they wouldn’t even give me store credit when I tried to return it. Item was not opened.

This has always been my Walgreens for at least 30 + years. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My prescriptions are always ready, if one of them are expired they call my doctors office. They have always had plenty of stock until Covid 19. Non the less I love my Walgreens. Thank you for meeting my families needs.

I really loved this Walgreens they have everything and the service was really good. This one staff member Luis even helped me during my time there, he was so very helpful and polite. He should really get a raise, but to conclude I had a fun time at Walgreens and look forward to be going back soon!!

Exactly the kind of Walgreens Im used to. Not exceptionally clean, kind of smells like disinfectant cleaner and sweaty people, theres always a few creepy people but the staff is super helpful, really friendly, they have a good pharmacy, especially if you have questions or concerns and the prices arent awful.Sometimes the traffic makes it tricky to get in or out of but its still a pretty convenient location.

Well its been a couple of times I go to the pharmacy and I buy my insulin syringes and this black lady rings me up with such an attitude hastily grabbing the box then hastily opens the bag and all with fast and gestured movements she clearly has a problem with me buying something that I need weather she thinks I dont need them or not is none of her concern she needs to do her job and put a smile on that face and pretend to like what she is doing or I will no longer visit that pharmacy or Walgreens for that matter I did bring it up to the manager so Im waiting to see any changes in her behavior.

My family and I attempted to go to Walgreens to print photos. My children are preparing a photo book from our family vacation and they were excited. The woman cashier never acknowledged my family and I. Do not ever go to this Walgreens to get photos printed. Worse experience ever!!!!!

Never had a bad experience here, the pharmacy is on point . The pharmacist Kristen went out of her way to help us her coupons for a medicine that was very expensive and sat and explained it all. Amazing job!

Everytime I come to this Walgreens it takes forever to check out. The cashiers are super friendly but this location is severely understaffed. When you go to check out 15 people could be in line and they never open another register. They are also often out of the items I am looking for. I am a Walgreens regular where I used to live but since moving I try and avoid this location.

I went to buy beer and cigarettes with my sister. The cashier gave me a nasty look and said that she wouldnt ring me up until my sister has her I.D too. I was not buying beer and cigarettes for my sister. I went back with my sisters I. D. The cashier kept staring at out Identifications and called another clerk. The other clerk sarcastically said, Be Well before I left. I also asked to speak with a manager but she told me the manager will tell me the same thing. They were very rude and sarcastic. Not going back ever again.

Dont even attempt to ask the pharmacist a question. He is the RUDEST little man I have ever encountered in a capacity where I was a customer. I will NEVER walk into this pharmacy ever again in life.

Over all its a good store, the pharmacy is a little slow.

I have never used a pharmacy worse than this one. My family filled as many as 6-10 Rx a month at Walgreens and this store has real problems. Recently I submitted a prescription at 1:00, said I would pick it up at 3:00, came to pick up at 6:30 and it STILL wasnt filled! This is common practice here, they dont fill your script until you actually come to pick it up, so after standing in line (NO DRIVE THROUGH) for 20 minutes you get to wait another 30 to get what should have been ready. The pharmacist is soooo rude you are worried if she has major problems in her life. If you have a problem with a medication you get no call, no email, no alert on the app, when they dont have a medication they dont offer to order it or call other stores - these are all things I have come to expect from Walgreens and this store fails in every capacity.

The experience was horrible. For the reason that the clerk and a other clerk required all of us to show our I.D but we had watch a mother and a child which look to be at least 4 and half buying a case of beer but only required the mother I.D and let her pay. Then she walk away for us she wanted all our I.Ds saying its store policy ... So why just do us if you let a mother walk out with a case of beer and her child without problems. Plus she was staring our I.Ds down like it was going to fade away.

UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!! I work full time, after a hellish week, I come to this location to buy bottle of wine..I wait in a LONG LINE for my ONE BOTTLE..I get there, she says no I cant check you out, go over there. Apparently she is NOT OLD ENOUGH to sell wine...then, I wait in ANOTHER LONG LINE..and another woman, WITH WINE, goes to her line, so she rings her up and calls a manager to swipe his card!! WHY COULDNT SHE DO THAT WITH ME???? Utterly ridiculous like I said. WORD OF ADVICE, HAVE SOMEONE OLD ENOUGH TO SELL WINE WORKING AFTER 5PM SMH!!!

The pharmacy Tech is a rude bi-ch! (9:09am) Hang up on me and then left me on hold twice. I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for at least 15 years and this is by far the worst service I have ever received ever, ANYWHERE!!

This store used to be clean full of spanish people that are unprofessional more like going to a flea market the ac feels like its broke its so hot in there they have no customer service skills

They never have anything in stock. I have moved all my scripts to the Walgreens on Providence.

Sometimes they have good prices, but the people that work there are not very nice

The folks working dont care. They refused my debit card 4 times, saying it didnt work. Manager had to be called and I was done in 30 seconds. Lines out the door and pharmacy never stocked.

Filling up prescriptions very slow and rude if you want to fill up your prescription go somewhere else i am not coming back to this pharmacy ever !!!!

Worst pharmacy ever, my prescription was sent over earlier in the day and wasnt even touched. I was then told it would ve a 15 minute wait. Were now going on 40 minutes.

The truth is not very well stocked and there are some cashiers who are not very sociable.
