I don’t want to give even 1 star. Really bad customer service!!! I want to print 5 stickers pages. They didn’t give me any service and said we are very busy. They are busy all the time and never do customer service. I said I can wait but they said we can’t do for you we’re very busy. Manager can’t help as well. Too bad. This is my second time. They should fix their customer service and personality. If they continue like this with bad service, they can’t make any money in future.

Every time I go to this store the customer service is very poor. I needed assistance with the fax machine and the woman working in that area had a very bad attitude she didnt want to assist and was very rude

Stopped in Saturday morning around 9.30 (place was empty, see pic). I asked the young man in the copy center if they could print 15 pages for me. His initial answer was no Im too busy doing big jobs. When i asked really his Manager reiterated they no longer print small jobs & pointed me to self serve printer/copiers. I politely thanked them for their time & headed to the local Office Depot who gladly printed my paperwork at no extra charge.

Today was my first time in a Staple store and to my surprise, I when into print 4 files. Got to the counter there was a big guy with no attitude to services clients. ASK him can I get 4 files printed his answer was fill this paper and tell me when you need it, I told him right now, he told me SORRY THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, I ask WHY, he told me without asking YOU RE NOT MY ONLY CUSTOMERHe is right I will never be his only customer. Go in my car and when down the road to Office Depot I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Staples, you just lost a business customer that got the BEST SERVICE IN OFFICE DEPOT

Today I was at Staples on dale mabry and I had a horrible experience and very poor customer service.

Your hours are NOT ACCURATE!! If you close @ 9pm then don’t lock your doors @ 8:52!! Don’t have ppl waste their time & gas if you’re really closing 10mins before your actual closing time or @ least make it known that you lock your doors prior to the actual closing time. Over the years I have spent plenty of my $$$ @ staples but they will not receive anymore of my business & I will make it a point to make sure no one else I know spends their hard earned money there either bc obviously staples does not value their consumers.

Poor customer skills all around. Andre the manager doesnt consider himself in customer service so apparently its a trickle down issue. They gave my client a hard time picking up his business cards despite his name being pick up and his image on the card itself. Then when I called to see what happened and explained the pick up name was given appropriately he tried to turn it around into something I was doing wrong. The pick up person even presented the confirmation email with his name on it. Do business at the other location.

Their transactions are slow as far as charging fees , and the internet is slow. I felt like I was going to be there all day!! Additionally, the signs in the copying area needs revision. They need to say copying and faxing area. Finally, their customer service needs improvement. I had to ask where to fax. I gave feedback to the general manager that was there and he seemed like he could care less.

I just drove an hour to get to a staples. Spoke to an employee over the phone who spoke to a manager so I could confirm a deal they were having before I left. I finally arrive they told me the deal ended yesterday and even though a manger confirmed the price over the phone they would not honor the deal. I’m livid. This store has super friendly staff and are helpful no matter what you need. Very busy and Madison in the printing department very good at her job and making sure her trainees learn and do everything correctly..Attention to detail important and Madison does what is needed for even small jobs and issues with the self serve printers..I moved from another state where all the Staples went out of business..Probably because they were not staffed by smart and super nice people, like those at this store. Keep doing what you do...its a pleasure to come in..And THANKS for not using your phones while working!!!! LOTS to be said for customer service minus faces on the blue screens!!!!

Poor customer service at this specific location. Everyone looks like they are just standing around besides the manager loudly telling them to “watch the aisles” on his headset instead of helping me print my resume or saying thank you or goodbye.Main employee at printing station did not acknowledge me once.I print things often at Staples and would say I have never experienced such rude staff and my printing never took so long. Store was practically empty.

This Staples always keeps inventory for what I need or am looking to buy. The Staff are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Definitely the best, or one of the top stores in Tampa.

Very bad experience. “Troy” made it so hard for me to get an estimate and ship my package in the UPS section and told to figure it out myself. I was here a couple of months ago and I sent the same exact package to the same exact address. A female employee helped me get it done with no issues. Not coming back here and I don’t recommend this place. Try Office Depot it’s half a mile down the street.

I can barely find the words to say how much I love this staples printing center and the people who work in it! Not only have they gone above and beyond the call of duty, but they have fixed mistakes without question and had the best customer service Ive ever dealt with! Working with them to get wedding programs printed, and other wedding necessities printed, has been such a pleasure and an absolute breeze! I will always use them for printing needs from now on. They are affordable, they care, and their quality is as good or better than places like Vistaprint or Minted.

Tianna and her team were amazing and patient with us. We had to order business cards and after the system timed out on me, I had to start from scratch. They offered me and my business partner a stool, lent my 2 year old a pen and paper to “color”, and helped us with everything we needed. It’s always a positive experience for us. I’ve been to other Staples, but this one is “home.”

I had an excellent experience recently when I purchased a Temper Pedic office chair. Unfortunately, the chair didn’t work with my new IKEA desk. My return of the chair and purchase of another chair couldn’t have been handled better. The manager was very helpful, and Jacqueline went far and above the service I would haven been happy with. She is a special employee who earned my utmost respect and appreciation. She wins my retail employer of the year award.

I ordered printing materials online for the first time, and had a very positive experience! My print job came out as expected, and the staff were very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know! I was even able to use a 30% off coupon they told me about!

The service in the printing station was exceptional. She gave me so many options and suggestions for my project. I cant wait to see the final finish.

Had to print a document from a USB fast. Their copiers allow you to simply plug in and print. Saved my butt!

Rude printer station employee (the slim guy). Printer toner is damaged and draws a line on my prints.. he didnt even bother to check and next customer had the same issue. Printer stops and he makes a point the printer would never stop on its own, when infact it did and showed a message file could not be found. Will take my business somewhere else next time.

Really bad costumer service!! We been costumers at this location for a long time and every time we go there for copying or laminate service they say they are busy with big jobs. There is a rude lady that has tattoos on her arms and she is the one who always said NO for a service request. Yesterday we spoke with a manager and he said the same thing. WHY STAPPLES OFFER A SERVICE THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE?

The employees are clueless about their merchandise. I went there to get a ti 84 calculator for school and when I asked the employee to get one for me, they asked if I want a color one or black and white. I asked if there is a difference other than the screen color and I was informed that they are the same. Considering that the color one is 30 bucks more I got the black and white one. After owning the black and white one and comparing it to my friends color ones I have found that the color one has five times as much storage and has more default programs such as the periodic table and more advanced programming capabilities. If only they had been informed about what they where selling me I could have had an a in math class. Anyway the morale of the story is don’t trust the staples employees because they don’t know what their doing

The business model of Staples is incredibly ridiculous. They have bright labels with sales, and then they catch you with rebates that they know most people wont complete and send in. Its incredibly shady. My husband and I wont be coming back.

The people at the copy and print center are the best. I had called around to a few other places, and no one could promise to get my documents done on such a quick turnaround time, but they were able to get it for me. In the end I was able to get the documents to a client meeting for review on time.

I used their full service printing center. Was able to send email with screenshots from my phone and get it printed. Printer email interface was clunky but functional. First print shop where I was able to do it at all, so Im stoked.

This Staples has a great customer service, they have been all very helpfull and friendly. The manager Chris was so nice and donated banner to our local school as well as paper for crafts. Another time I came an associate name Liz was very helpful and friendly. If you need office supply or any print service. This is the place to go.

I have had pretty good experiences here. I have needed thinks printed in a surprising rush and they were almost always able to get it done within or under 24 hours. Also, if their computers malfunctioned, they gave me some printed things for free, because it was their mistake. I mean like a few piece of paper, but still, it was nice and unexpected. That is partly what has be going back for printed projects in small quantities. They do a good job and always try to fix it if it is not correct. I will say that their biggest issue is not noticing when someone is at the desk waiting for assistance for printing. I have had to wait a while before being noticed. It could be because Staples isnt doing so well, financially, and they dont have enough people on staff to cover the whole store properly, but overall, when someone comes to the desk, theyve been helpful.

This place is horrible people are no help. Went to print out 8 black and white page something that cost less than $3. I paid $10.08 for 8 pages.... THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF .....Go next door to best buy get whatever you need its cheaper and they have competent employees.

Excellent customer service. I recently had some labels printed & a wonderful guy with a very large red beard was above and beyond helpful. I had a mishap with my online order and he gladly caught the error, & corrected the problem. Saved me over $60! If youre ever in staples look for the guy with the big red beard. I think his name is Timothy! All of my future printing needs for my business will be done at this staples.

Known for the easy button. The chain came up with this forced self serve process to print documents from email. The issue the system cant handle forwarded email.After not getting a response as expected after forwarding the email with all the documents. I had to download to my mobile device the documents then attach them to an email. Then wait again. 30 mins for a process that I would normally complete with the sales clerk in 5 way to f@#$ things up staples. Time to buy a mobile printer but not from you that is for sure.

I came here to print documents for a new job. It was a headache getting it to work, the instructions on the printers themselves were wrong, it wouldnt print some of the documents for no apparent reason. Printing what I scan is two separate transactions and processes. Employees are too busy talking to each other to help overall inefficient experience.

I had an ordered a gift online and it turned out to be a disaster but with a greatful heart I can say that the awesome staff saved the day. Went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this store.

This locations print by email takes about ten mins to load a document, five more mins to print it. All the other location take less than 30 seconds. Asked staff for help and their only response was it takes a while and would not help.

Got a great deal on some desk organizers. This is my go to place.

Bought a scanner + printer today and Rashad really hooked me up. Set up almost the entire thing. Also bought liquid-armour and he placed it on my iPad for me! Awesome customer service

Had a product fail me within one month and when I called for assistance on how to warranty out their product the salesperson was condescending and downright rude. He refused to show any customer service and told me to figure it out online.

Staples constantly has pricing issues in store. Every item is mislabeled with the wrong price but somehow that is the customers fault. Horribly slow customer service, still takes 15 min to check out being the only person in line. Switching my business account to Amazon Prime.
