Didn’t want furniture anymore so upon pick up they left the sofa sectional outside and left my sons mattress outside as well. Know they’re going to try to cover this up but it’s ok the pictures have been submitted to higher ups. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Really hard trying to give them property back then try to act like you stole it, oh yeah if you get any type of electronic device phone ,tablet , computer they install the soft called pc rental agent it can take pictures of you log key strokes it has gps tracking also and it doesnt have to be connected to the internet it can piggy back off satellite it cant be removed unless you take the whole motherboard out it can only be disabled. Renter beware and you dont have to take my word for it.but what they fail to know is this software is actually not legal.

Rented a laptop and tablet. Worked fine.y children damaged the laptop and the tablet stopped charging. I paid the imsurance so they took it to fix. Charged me every week still even tho I didnt have the product. Got my laptop back 2 weeks later and tabelet 3 months later. If Im still paying for it I should have gotten it back in a timely manner. Then I lost my job and was late with some payments. After paying the payments and late fees I find they have exstended my contract 4 months for late payments. So I have to pay late fees and 16 extra weeks? I gave it back. Never again.

Me and my girlfriend went in to get a bedroom set from this location today and within 2 hours of receiving our furniture roaches started appearing in our bedroom. We were not made aware that the furniture was used, ( I guess I should have known) the dresser came damaged with burn marks, the night stand had remence of borac acid inside of it. My girlfriend called the location letting them know we have killed several roaches at that point and the only answer Daniel the manager could give us was that they could pick up the furniture tomorrow. She accepted that answer until we continued to see them and then I saw an adult roach crawling and running to hide in my apartment. I immediately called Daniel and let him know I wanted this infested furniture out of my house. He tells me the drivers leave at 6pm. It was 6:45p at that point and that they were about to close at 7. I told that as a customer, and being about to pay his company almost $2,000 that wasnt acceptable. I know as a former customer service agent they have to have emergency situations to correct problems like this. After putting me on hold he then told me that the problem came from a previous pickup they did, the person before had furniture that was infested and it transferred to our stuff. I let Daniel know that was absolutely not an excuse as to why I had roaches in my apartment. So SOMEONE knew of this infestation and delivered this furniture anyway with critters crawling all over it, simply bc they didnt care. I ensured the dresser and night stand was picked up tonight because I wasnt taking no for an answer. And surely within 10min someone came to get it. Tomorrow I will be going first thing in the morning to the location to settle the rest of the differences I have with them. I really just want my money back and be done and close this contract because Im so disgusted. To have to pay $2,000 for furniture plus the headache of invited critters is more than I bargained for. This experience was a nightmare!!!!

The worst worst most unorganized place theyre quick to blow my phone up even come to my house to put a note on my door when THEY mistakingly thought a payment was late LOL but when furniture that Ive been waiting a month for is in sits there for a whole week! And who knows how much longer if I wouldnt have called wondering where my couch was!! always get my payment due date and amount WRONG I swear the date and amount changes according to what month it is lol thank GOD i keep track God forbid if I didnt!! Nice guys in store but they need to get there stuff together! Theres no reason or time for no organization!! Dont even try to apologize or make up for it by sending people out IMMEDIATELY to bring my stuff if I call and its been there be prepared for them to put you and your stuff you gotta do on the back burner! Like I said nice guys terrible business.

I rented from the location on Bearss Ave in New Tampa and this is my exerienceThis company rent/lease used furniture! I went to rent a bedroom set in addition to a sectional. The sectional was brand new and Im pretty happy w/ that, however, the bedroom set I was given was USED, DAMAGED & SMELLED LIKE WEED! I dont know but for some reason I thought all the merchandise came from the back and was brand new, NOT!!! Everything comes from the floor of the show room, even if it was returned in POOR CONDITION! Why would any company sell a USED bedroom set?? Theres so many health disadvantages associated w/ this practice! I called the same day of delivery and had them pick it up the next day. Also I was charged$11.95 for some stupid Medical Plan that I didnt ask for and I wasnt advised I was being charged for! NEVER AGAIN!!!
