The staff are fantastic and personable. Nothing is perfect but i will legit go out of my way to go there. Good for gaming PC stuff. Also there is a good pizza place next door, very good pizza.

Will apply pressure to your motherboard with his fingers in the right areas to break it and charge you for a new one along with additional parts.

Im a new pc builder and panicked when I realized my motherboard box was missing an important screw. I started googling local pc shops like a madman. Thankfully this was the first place I called. Over the phone, Lon put me at ease and told me bring the motherboard right in. When I arrived he looked at my motherboard for 2 seconds and knew exactly which screw I needed and even helped me put it in. To say the least, Lon was my hero that day.

Lon was so friendly, great, down to earth, and really cared about my issue.I have an ASUS laptop which was not making a connection in the charging port area. Most laptops would be an easier fix but my specific model is a little more unique. I did some research and learned that my charging port would need to be soldered on. After calling two other repair companies in the area (one of which said the computer would most likely be deemed unusable and need a new motherboard), I called Lon and could tell that he knew his stuff, as he immediately mentioned it would need soldering.He was great throughout the process, and kept me in the know about how my repair was going. My charging port is all fixed and working great now. Highly recommend Lon and All About Computers!

Bought a gaming computer from them a year ago so I could properly run virtual machines and continue my education with computer programming. Not only has this pc been the best I have ever had but I can also run Civ on my second monitor when slogging through another tutorial. Thanks Lon!

These guys are awesome! Ive been struggling to fix my PC on my own for months so I brought it here and I was able to pick it up the next day with no problems and what feels like a whole new computer! They are very fairly priced and know exactly what they are doing.

What an amazing experience I had! My Asus laptop is 6 years old (built in 2014) and I bought it at my local Best Buy store along with two Geek Squad plan protections (software and hardware) on June of 2014. Just two days ago, my laptop’s hard disk crashed closed to 7:30 PM; and, right away, I took it to Geek Squad and they told me that I had an old plan protection of which would not cover data recovery and I would have to pay –at least– an amount of $400.00 for data recovery without even mentioning the price of a new hard disk as well as having to leave my laptop with them for a minimum of three days if it would only be a hard disk issue because it could also have been a motherboard issue, Geek Squad had mentioned that to me. I was devastated. I left Geek Squad with no hope while holding on to my malfunctioned laptop on my arms close to 9 PM on Monday night right before they were closing their store.On the very following day, I called Asus technical support and they provided me with “All About Computers Etc” address and phone number as one of their authorized repair/service location. Before going to “All About Computers Etc”, I called them and I had the pleasure to speak with Lon, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just genuinely showing his interest in helping me with my laptop problems. Needless to say, I got in my car and went straight to “All About Computers Etc” and boy, am I glad that I had picked their store among all the other service locations that Asus had provide me. Lon right away turned my laptop upside down; unscrewed the bottom of my laptop in order to remove its hard disk; plug the hard disk to a diagnostic equipment; and confirmed that, indeed, I had a bad hard disk, which Lon discussed his next action plans with me; pricing of everything; and estimated time of completion— all with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail which I did not get from Geek Squad. Minding you that I have been paying for Geek Squad’s protection plan an annual renewal for the past 6 years. My laptop had to stay overnight at “All About Computers Etc” for cloning data; everything got retrieved; I did not lose any of my data; I paid for a brand-new hard disk (1 terabyte); and picked up my laptop today right after lunch time. My out-of-door price was $125.00, which included labor plus the cost of the new hard disk. Right after leaving “All About Computers Etc” today, I could not help but to drive right back to Geek Squad in order to show them how ridiculous they were with me on Monday night; all the same, Geek Squad was defensive by saying that my current protection plan does not include data transfer as their current plan now does.Like I told Lon today, he has got a new customer for good! I sincerely hope that my above experience depicts the obvious: if you have a computer issue, it is well worth to take your computer to “All About Computers Etc” and let them give you a sincere diagnostic without gimmicks. “All About Computer Etc” rocks!

Great ethical company! I totally trust these guys to work on my computer and elecktronics. I drive 45 minutes just to get there because I trust them and no one else. Its priceless!

Not surprised to see all the great reviews when I went to leave this one. It feels so good to have a place to go that you trust and has the presence to realize that your livelihood is hindered when your computer is down. Im sure they could not do this every time, but they usually take a look at the problem the instant I walk in the door. Last time I walked out within 5 mintues with my computer working perfectly. Much better than that sinking feeling you get when dropping it off to well give you a call when we get to it and find out what is wrong at other repair shops.

I traded in a laptop that my college student wore out at the dorm. I got her a more sturdy laptop and upgraded software. I originally purchased a MacBook Pro from these gentlemen that turned out to have video card issues HOWEVER! The great staff (specifically Lon) at All About Computers made sure I was taken care of. Many times you go into these second hand shops, and it can be a nightmare trying to resolve an issue like purchasing a defected product..but they were so sweet and did not take advantage of the situation. Instead, when all failed they replaced my MacBook with a different one that is working great! Couldn’t be happier with the service.

It took them ONLY 17 days to replace my laptop screen with a used damaged one and glue the lid up so they cant open it again unless they break it .since that time i still have the same screen lagging problem , other repair stores told me that my laptop problem isnt the screen , its something with the motherboard so i didnt have to replace the screen at ALL
