Great Experience. Fresh Donuts.

The donuts are FRESH, WARM, DRIPPING IN GLAZE. 6 donuts are about $8 and 12 donuts are 9.99 so better to get 12 donuts honestly. Plus its really hard to only eat a few at a time. Honestly donuts are not good for you but 1 glazed donut here is less calories than 1 glazed donut at dunkin. So you know.....

Waited 40 minutes in the drive through line. Got my donuts and they were no fresh!! I would of thought having to wait so long for donuts they would be fresh. I am so disappointed. I will not come here again

Today, donuts we got were dry and not soft. Krispy Kreme donuts are supposed to be always fresh but this was the first time we experienced very dried donuts.

This Krispy Kreme was very clean inside, which was nice. The reason for the the 3 stars is because it took a very long time to order and to receive my coffee. The employee apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. I didnt try any food, but their coffee was pretty good. I would definitely try this place again because of the convienent location, the cleanliness and the donuts looked amazing!

I just left here picking up some donut holes and the gentleman that helped me was wonderful! Asked how my morning was, he shared that he was blessed and you could tell there was a true genuine smile behind his mask! Great team member you have there Krispy Kreme!

Usually good service. This day, order taker had trouble taking my order: I had a question about posted special & he couldnt answer it, then I ordered 1 drink & 3 donuts, which took a few tries to get it right. When I got to p/u window, receipt & order were not right. Woman kept misrepeating order before getting it. She walked away, asked another worker to fix it. When it was handed to me, it was wrong again!! When asked if it was ok, I just said yes & left... so frustrating! It wasnt a hard order- 1 LG coffee, xcream, no sugar, 1 custard, 1 maple cream & 1 glazed vanilla cream!

Ive been to this location multiple times and can say the staff are always friendly and helpful. However, lately for the past few months Ive been really disappointed in the doughnuts. Even during peak hours and when the hot light is on, the doughnuts have not been fresh at all and seem to be dried out with very little to no glaze on them. I hope they fix this product quality issue because I really like their doughnuts when they are made fresh and with the right amount of glaze.

Stumbled onto this shop while driving and was excited to try once more their si ful creations. They had a great selection of large donuts and my favorites were the Minis: glazed, strawberry glazed with sprinkles, chocolate, and chocolate glazed with sprinkles -- perfect size to satisfy a craving. Great service too!

The one-star is for the mini Donuts horrible stale at least a day or two old bought these for my daughter and ended up checking them out before I gave them the box and Im happy I did see the pictures this is from July 4th 2021 I received them at 5 p.m. just under 3 hours ago not happy with this purchase

Wow!!! If you have not sat down and ate an original glazed doughnut straight from the oven you must. Not the same when you take them home and they start to cool down. They are hot fresh and the glaze is amazing!!! We also received great service from one of the staff.

Fabulously Friendly service, my brother & my sister had a warm and welcoming personalities. The Doughnuts were still warn. They literally melted in my mouth.It was well worth the trip for the new cream filled glazed.

They messed our ordered up... unfortunately we are already well down the road so it aint worth turning around. Anywho guess you have to check your filled donuts to make sure they gave you correct ones before leaving this location. On a positive note the drive thru was fast and easy!

Horrible customer service. They cannot take the order properly and fulfill it properly. Had to get back three times and still was wrong!

Drove to this location arrived at 8pm and wat told they were currently closed.. tried calling and they didnt answer the phone...sign said hot now and hours said till 10pm....not very happy....no customer service skills at all

I went to the store for request the 2 doughnuts free with the vaccine covi 19 card,  and Philip the supervisor from that location 3113 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609, was rude with actitud and he say: that the free doughnuts was the cold ones, dosent matters was the sign turn On for hut doughnuts available in the windowstore in that moment, he refuses to change it and give me hot doughnuts. I told and show him the email from Krispy kreme and dosent say that is for ONLY for cold doughnuts.  At the end, he dont change it for hot doughnuts and I left very upset. That not how you treat a customer and if was the free doughnuts for cold, the promo email from you guys should say that very clearly.

Excellent customer services. I went in this morning for a dozen donuts for my staff, the gentlemen was very friendly and knowledgeable with their products. Pleasant experience.

I love this place. I will never have a decent body because of the Hot now sign. I cant avoid turning into this heaven on Earth establishment. Theres so many bad decisions that can be made here. I just left here after inhaling 12 donuts and I dont regret my decision.

Coffee was great! A friendly atmosphere very clean very clean. Great service. Great donuts so many people going through that drive-thru I enjoy sitting outside in the patio late in the evening with my service dog very nice. I do not eat crispy Kreme as much. I enjoyed my first in person glazed 🍩 donut at Krispy Kreme. Much better great cofffffeee!

My step daughter believes that she had a bite of heaven. Shes never had warm Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. They were yummy 😋

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, Id like to preface with that. Also, I tried a new seasonal summer doughnut (strawberry lemonade) that was absolutely phenomenal.BUT. The store itself is highly dysfunctional. The womens restroom was locked (no out-of-order sign or anything) so I had to use the mens (which wasnt clean either), the floors were shockingly sticky and caked in dirt like they had a really bad mop job, and I asked for a seasonal drink theyre running (a Strawberry Chiller) the machine wasnt working...I asked for a coffee and they didnt have any made and the machine was turned off (I doubt it had been turned ON at all)...so then I asked for a soda and they only had three of five flavors available (I wanted Coke but had to get Pibb Xtra).

What more needs to be said about Krispy Kreme, the light comes on, angelic music starts in the background and you get donuts.... enough said !

Donuts, fabulous as usual. Coffee, so so. Service, hit or miss, depends on who are all working. Some staff members are adequately helpful and pleasant, others look like they would rather be pounding a nail in their eye sockets while some look like they are stoned.Overall, a decent place to grab a quick donut and coffee, just keep your expectations of the staff really low.

Lines were long. Shortage of doughnuts. Really? Too bad. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are still the best. Just need to tighten up the ship.

I dont usually write these but I am today. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I stopped in after our Anniversary dinner to get some donuts, we dont have a Krispy Kreme where we live. We were in line, asked for our hot donuts, the manager took them out, boxed them up and put them on the counter. There were 2 men in front of us that the staff stood and talked to for well over 10 minutes, then right before they left were handed there hot donuts, my husband then asked if we could get fresh ones because ours are no longer hot and they just said no, were super rude and gave us our money back. We were polite the entire time. Very disappointed in the management!

If you are a trucker do not go here to eat they discriminate fellow truckers which we are the people who bring their supplies to them but yet youre a trucker and Ill turn you away thats the Krispy Kreme way if youre a trucker dont bother reading there cuz they wont serve

FIRST TIME USING THE APP TO ORDER AND FAIL. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE STORE THE ORDER IS NOT READY SO SHE CHECKED THE COMPUTER AND STARTED TO MAKE IT, THEN AFTER SHE WENT AT THE BACK FOR FEW MINUTES APPARENTLY SHE WROTE A LETTER THAT SOME OF THE DONUTS ARE SOLD OUT AND SHE REPLACED IT WITH GLAZED WITHOUT TELLING ME! I WAS INFRONT OF HER AND SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME AND ASK ME TO WHAT DONUTS TO REPLACE. THE LETTER ALSO SAID SHE TRIED CALLING ME AND NO ANSWER, WHICH IS 100% LIE. I HAVE MY PHONE ON LOUD AND INFRONT OF ME. AND EVEN IF I MISSED THEIR CALL I WAS THERE AT THE STORE AND WAITED FOR HER TO DO MY ORDER AND SHE SAID NOTHING!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NOT COMING BACK.

Hot donut was great. Basic coffee drinks took 10 minutes to come out in essentially an empty overstaffed restaurant. They need operations/flow help & training ASAP.

The only place we know of that does them fresh all day in the bay area. Absolutely worth it to drive to this location just for that. Krispy Kreme will always have the best glazed doughnuts.

BEST COFFEE EVER. I have been to Krispy cremes in my life and Ive never had their coffee. It was SO GOOD. You get to see the doughnuts being made and in the morning and at night you get WARM FRESH DOUGHNUTS

This Krispy Kreme store is good and the staff is friendly but the one on Florida Avenue is where all the donuts are made and its absolutely the best you cant go wrong going to Krispy Kreme especially the one on Florida Avenue

Hot and fresh. Thats about all that you need to know.The world of donuts is trending toward gourmet flavors with tons of toppings, Krispy Kreme is known for its original glazed donut. And for good reason. Although they offer a variety of tasty flavors, theres just something about their original.One piece of advice...eat them fresh out of the box. Even if you get them to go, make sure to savor at least one on the way home.

Donuts were good but not warm. Store opens at 6am. I was first in line at 6:05 and it still took 25 minutes to order and get my donuts. Almost gave me the wrong order. Disappointed!

Picked up an online order and they missed one of the dozen glazed that were ordered. Had to go back in the pouring rain to get it. Was annoyed, but once you bite into a Krispy Kreme doughnut, nothing else matters

My family and I like an occassional sweet treat. Our first choice is that of Krispy Kreme. We look forward to the red light being on and keeping it simple we get a dozen of the infamous glazed donuts. Oh these donuts literally melt in your mouth. Its worth it, your turn to go see if the red light is on! Enjoy!

Doughnuts were good, but they do not make them fresh at this location. So the world famous Hot Doughnuts sign is just an illusion, warm at best. Still Krispy Kreme nonetheless!

Donuts were good but about half the normal size. Very disappointed as the price was not any smaller and I bought 2 dozen.Krispy Kreme used to be my favorites but many other choices as good or better including glazed at Quick Trip gas stations.

You can’t mess up Krispy Kreme donuts. I am always happy when I get donuts from here. One issue (not their fault) when it’s busy the drive thru line backs up on the main road but it’s not their fault the donuts are so good. The line moves fast and donuts are always fresh; even when I get them at night time. Employees are always nice as well; some have complained about rude employees; maybe if you have basic manners they’d appreciate it; they are people too.

More a complaint about the chain than this store in particular: There is only a 2oz difference between Small and Medium iced coffee cup sizing. You get a much better $/oz upgrade from stepping up any other size than you do going from Small to Med, so skip Medium when you order.Also the iced coffee tastes burnt. So theres that.

Consistently terribly slow service. No one working inside seems to have any sense of urgency. Have been forced multiple times to leave without being able to order due to the slow service.

I have been exclusively getting my donuts from Krispy Kreme for many years now 😋... They never disappoint, their 🍩 are always super fresh and they always come up with delicious new flavors! Salted Caramel filled, Oreo Cookies and Creme and 🎂Cake Batter to name a few! They have a donut for Easter, i’ll give you a hint: 🐣

Stopped by excited because the “hot now” sign was on, expecting a hot doughnut. It was the worst doughnut I’ve had. The dough tasted sour as if it had gone bad and been cooked, and the glaze had a stale taste to it. Of course it was not hot at all. Basically, please don’t turn on the “hot now” sign when the doughnuts are going to leave a bad taste.

Love Krispy Kreme! This location has great service and the cleanest restrooms. Took the family and had a great time. Little snafu. Was charged an extra drink. They fixed it and were so polite and apologetic. No regrets going to this location. Will be coming back again for sure!
