I purchased a 1998 Ford Expedition, it is in great shape and very happy with it so far. Sales Rep Britney was very helpful and let me test drive any car I wanted, they were very negotiable. I had a battery problem, called them they made arrangements for new battery and had it installed. I would recommend them for used car purchase.
Brought a 2010 Electra car was terrible went out in less than one month transmission want out within the grace period in they sent me to another place give me the run around tried to make it seem like they cared but not really they just did that to keep me out of their faces until the 30 days want by I worked hard for my $ have to save up for new transmission cost 4 grand I DONT Recommend

Very honest place to purchase cars. Came right out and told me that the truck I liked had some issues that’s why it’s so cheap so I ended up purchasing a F-150 Truck 4 years ago with 260k miles for $4900. High mileage but a realistic price. Since I owned this truck the only things I replaced were the brakes and the A/C compressor. The owner Ryan said that if I change the oil on schedule it should be a good truck for me and he was right. I have since only bought cars for my wife and myself from this great dealer and with 4 kids, all about to be driving soon, they are about to receive 4 more loyal customers. I brought 1 vehicle from Bay Auto. Moving fast and not properly inspecting the car I brought the vehicle hooked on price and mileage. But later taking the car home removing the floor Detail mats there was a giant hole in my floor of my passenger seat they used mat to cover. Apon taking it to get full inspection. I also brought a vehicle with no heater coil. They get over on you if you know nothing about cars. They will sell you a bad car that has A/c and good mileage. They have on site mechanics that doctor the car or trucks up for sell. Once you have signed the paperwork its your problem. I worked hard to buy a vehicle. And the one I got was a lemon. But if you know about cars and trucks then youre good. Cause they Love getting over on good people that dont know much about cars or trucks!!!

Bought a 03 Accord knowing it had a couple small issues turn out there was a lot more wrong than what they said the engine blew in 3 days of buying the car from th they dont want to help make it right if there was 0 stars they would win that rating hands down owner doesnt care about anything but money

Dont waste your time and money. I took a friend there to look at some cars and the ladies that work in the office was not very helpful. The mileage on all the cars was extremely high. It didnt seem like they wanted to help. All they do is give u the key and tell u to go look at the cars. And if you have questions you have to walk all the way back to the office. Total waste

They sold me a car with a rusted subframe, battery problems, bad brakes, etc... acting as if everything was fine for $5,000. When I went to pick up the license plate, I mentioned how a mechanic told me what the problems were and they were acting as if it were all a lie and nothing was wrong with it. One man asked Okay... what do you want us to do about it? very rudely.Save your money, dont bother coming here.Wont help you whatsoever once you buy their cars. My car was a death trap on wheels.

Save yourself the time and money!! Where do I begin?! Please do not buy into them. They act like they’re taking care of you but they’re not!!!Bought my car here a few months ago. I knew it needed some work, but it was one problem after another!!! I bought my car for $1800 knowing it needed struts and a few other things which were minor... but nope!First off, before buying the car we noticed a coolant leak so the guy said he will replace the reservoir before selling it. He also fixed a few minor things as well. Mind you this vehicle only had 106,000 miles on it so it was still in good running condition it was just sitting for a while. I bought a battery, replaced a few filters, got a tune up and BARELY drove it because I was waiting to get my struts purchased... I did short drives locally in it, nothing too crazy. I decided to drive for 45 mins and run some errands and my car overheated!!!I’m on the side of the highway and got it towed to mechanic... the mechanic replaces my coolant reservoir which was “supposedly” replaced by the guy... they (the guys at this car lot) literally slapped a seal on it and didn’t even replace it!!!! Just patched it up.. after replacing it at the mechanic I had to drive it back home... on my way home it got worse... so NOW, my car is at a gas station- not running, engine fried with liquid in it, completely trash... all because of the ONE part that they said they fixed!And don’t get me started on the insurance that was recommended through them.. couldn’t even find my policy number or name when I needed a tow... save your money and pass on this place. Should’ve known better!!!
Is there a rating less than one star? Purchased my car in July 2019. The car broke down not even 5 days after purchase, resulting in two trips to a mechanic and $2,500 in added repairs. Now, the problem is still not resolved and the owner is pretending like I knew what I was getting myself into even though they constantly told me the car was good. Scammers. 100%. Dont waste your time with these scum. Ryan and Rasheeda are the head-scammers in charge. Beware

STAY AWAY!My son saved $2,500 over 6 months from work to buy his first car. Bought car at this LEMON LOT and overheated on our drive home. We took it back and they had their onsite mechanic take a look at it. After a push-n-pull show under the hood by the mechanic drove off and car overheated AGAIN. I would later find out mechanic was just a prep guy and not a mechanic at all. Returned with the vehicle and this time they sent to repair shop. Driving home from repair shop it overheated YET AGAIN. I called Ryan (owner) to ask for options or to apply payment toward a different car in the lot. Long story short, he explained to me you got what you paid for, a $2K car! all while cursing at me at the same time. We lost my sons savings and the car. STAY AWAY!!

I actually purchased a 1998 Lexus ES300 from Tru Auto and that was the best thing that I could have done! The car ran terrific no check engine light, the only part that I have had to replace every since 2011 is an O2 Sensor which was cheap. Great place to buy a used vehicle from. Great prices, and also great service! I also received a clean title no liens or anything! 100% POSITIVE THAT THE CARS ARE GREAT CARS. Phone goes unanswered after multiple calls, and voice mailbox is full. Go to the lot, no one is there. I guess they dont feel like selling any cars. Decided to go looking for car I wanted somewhere else. Unfortunate.Edit: just read the reviews, which shocking leaked went unanswered. Guess I saved myself a lot of money and heartache. Feel bad for those who received bad cars.
People hear are nice to you and they cant help you with what you want they are honest and would recommend someone that can.

Take care, and take the car you want to a real mechanic to check, there mechanics are not good, said they put a new battery in our Honda Fit, and fixed the hub, had to buy new battery that night at dealership, and they left a cotter pin off upper ball joint and put a wrong bolt in, lucky they didnt work on much more, the paint job is pretty bad, it will do for now, will have to redo in the next year, but lucky car runs good , Honda dealership said we got lucky , worth more than we paid for it 🤗 just take to real mechanic before buying👍🏼

The employees were friendly but the vehicles were not in the best condition. I originally went here because of ads online. The pictures posted online were clean and didnt look bad. Once I got there the exterior of the cars I looked were damaged and the interior was even worse and the 5 vehicles I looked at smelled like moldy/smoke. I started one vehicle and it sounded like bearings and the engine were on their last leg. If you go here be sure to look over every inch of the car and start the engine and take it for a drive.
***** Warning ****** I repeat warning do not buy a use car from here only had my truck for 2 months and it blow up. The first 7 days of me having it I heard something was wrong and it started to over heating I took it to the owner Ryan where he told me to take it up the street from the lot where I had to wait 1 day to get it back a few weeks later I was driving it and it stop in the middle of the street when I tried to turn it on it caught fire where I had to remove 4 children only being my 3 month old baby and after the truck blow up .. I tried to reach out to Ryan and no one would answer for me now im forced to ride the public bus because Im carless after paying 4999 of my hard working money its ridiculous standing in the hot sun with a baby and 3 kids....Im sure they had a lot of good sales but mine... I wouldnt dare recommend anybody to go here ..

A/c broke less than a week after purchasing car. Went back they fixed it and it wasnt working by the next morning. Now the car is parked because it isnt working at all. It has all sorts of issues. Worst car buying experience by far.
Kind of run down, cars are too close together cant get a good gauge on condition of cars. They smell very strong of chemicals, in older vehicles that seems like theyre hiding something.

So I asked for my deposit I put down on a card and the owner refused to give me my money so when I asked for a business card he then refunded me my money and told me to never come back on the property. (Ryan is the owner.) He got mad because I wouldnt purchase the car for $6000 when they said it was only $4900 plus taxes.

I wish I could have read these reviews earlier.. This place is not the place you want to buy any car from. I went to check out a car at this place at 12pm (when they open on sundays) and waited an hour.. me and 3 other people were waiting for someone to show up but no body did. So I left to get some food and came back.. still, by two O clock no one was here. I left 2 messages on the number written on their buildings window and still, no reply. I then decided to call back the next day before heading up there again and they told me the lady who answered was short with me and told me they already sold the car, and hung up -_-
