Seriously stand up guys! Their business model removed everything that people dont like about car dealers. Helped me get into an Audi A4, and took great care of me after the deal. Most dealers will not do that

Worked with the Bros on purchasing a BMW. Not only do they have the cars priced right but they all seemed in great condition unlike many other comparable cars at other locations in the Tampa Bay Area.It was a no pressure environment while we were there checking them out. They ran through the features and options of the four different 5-Series they had. Even gave us space to test drive the one we had our sights set on without the typical sales guy in the back making the car feel stuffy scenario.The cars are 100% as is but you wont find a better price anywhere else.... trust me, I tried... searched all over the US for a comp and couldnt find one within 3-4 grand of what we just purchased. That being said, the car did need front brakes and new tires which ran us about 2k. Still keeps a wide margin below the competition and now has new parts that I have records of but you have to be up for doing that legwork on your own.As noted from another comment there were title complications that delayed the transfer. It was honestly a little bit concerning since you should never hand over the money without the title in hand but I did have the bill of sale. All of that is sorted now and title is in hand as well.They do say no fees but if I recall correctly there was a $199 processing fee. I baulked momentarily but honestly $199 is way less than the typical $799-$899 from a dealer which is the only other place you will find luxury cars like these in the condition they are in.All around despite some imperfections it was a positive buying experience and would gladly return if the need arises and have referred coworkers and friends to them.

I purchased a Cadillac ATS a few months ago and couldnt be happier with the entire process. I waited some time to write this review as I wanted to see how the car would perform as a daily driver and its been absolutely perfect since I took it home.The owners here are extremely friendly, down to earth, and transparent during the entire process. I was informed about the car and how they acquire them, I got a full detailed car fax report and it was explained me to face to face. They didnt try to hide or sugar coat anything and explained EVERYTHING in full detail so you know exactly what you are purchasing.They allow you to fully inspect the car and also take it for a lengthy test drive without them in the backseat chatting your ear off like many other dealerships do hoping you overlook things in the car itself. Their recommendations for financing were also spot on and had absolutely no problems during this process as well. Communication was always on point and they truly make the customer feel at ease because they understand that this process isnt easy or very fun for everyone.I was in the market specifically for a Cadillac ATS and they honestly had the nicest one I could find anywhere remotely close to that price range they offered. Ive recommended them to everyone I know and I really wish more car sales places operated like they did, I shopped around A LOT and Im glad I found them.If you are in the market for a nice used luxury car then this is your place to go, no one else even comes close to what they offer both in inventory and customer service.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T from this dealer a week ago from Saturday. I was very happy with my experience. They let me take the vehicle out for a test drive by myself (No Salesman Pressure). They were very upfront with the condition of the car, not that it was bad but they provided me with a car-fax before I drove the 150 miles to get to their dealership. I live in Vero Beach and it was worth my drive to not have any hidden dealer fees and an have an upfront price and that is rare for any places that I have found. They sent me an upfront quote before I was able to make the drive and that is really hard to come by as well. This dealer is owned and family operated by two really nice guys that are brothers. I live 2 hours from Tampa, we talked a lot on the phone about the car, the price and details of the deal, when I arrived everything was confirmed, I was pleasantly surprised, no extra charges or surprises. He has an absolutely objective view of cars and objective recommendations. Full and detailed information about the car, quickly issued a deal, within the next week immediately sent the license plate. In the past I had a bad experience with a dealer near palm beach, I felt deceived all the time, but Ross regained faith in a good dealer. When I arrived at his office, I saw a happy woman who had just bought a car and told me that she had changed several dealers and was happy to work with Ross. I will recommend to my friends and in the future I will contact him.

I bought a 2009 BMW 328I with 100k miles from Elite Motors and experienced nothing but the best customer service a dealership could offer. This dealership is seriously the best customer service I have ever had. I live on the east coast so I called a lot before getting the car since I had to drive 2.5 hours one way to see the car. The dealership is run by two younger brothers and I thought they were older than they were because of how professional they were on the phone. Both of them are professional yet really nice!They keep all of their cars garaged and out of the sun. The price listed was the final price. They didn’t throw in any hidden dealer fees or other tricks that other dealers do. This is an honest car dealership which is a rarity I found while trying to find my latest vehicle. I highly recommend them!

We stopped in to look at a few cars as they were leaving, they helped us out without any issues. Great guys and very honest! Their stock is full of newer, popular cars with relatively low mileage. We didnt end up buying but we will be coming back in the future.

I cant say enough of how great my car buying experience was here! I purchased a 2015 Lexus ES350 a the best price hands down! It had an accident on the Car Fax that they disclosed up front...they let me get it inspected before hand at Lexus and it checked out perfect! Elite Motors are outstanding, their name says it all! I had been looking for a BMW 1 335i for a few weeks and had just about given up hope after being given the round a round by several other dealers, with their misleading pictures and advertising; when thank fully I came across Elite Motors, I called and confirmed the car was still available and Rus was happy for me to come by for an immediate viewing.Upon arrival at the dealership, all the cars were in pristine condition just as the online pictures and notations in their advertisements of the cars. As were their offices and the very professional sales service, both Rus and Abraham provided. Great place. Have been shopping around Tampa and Orlando but couldnt find a decent clean and quality car for a while until I found that place! Cheaper than any other place Ive been to and all cars are super clean and detailed inside and outside. Nice selection of cars! BMWs audis Mercedes they have everything. I had a great experiance with those guys buying my car from that place and would strongly recommend to anyone whos looking for a used clean and reliable vehicles.

Very friedly ..make sure to chek for machnical problems. Like all. Buy as it is.. Whithin 3 months had to perform repairs- break booster , shaft terminal, egr valve and bypass coolant valve.. Seems like it had a minor accident

This place is so great, actually its not even the place. Its Rus and his brother. Theyre probably one of the most honest and sweetest people youll ever meet. Me and my husband instantly clicked with them, we talked about cars of course, but also more our lifes, our struggles, and our kids. They keep it completely professional but will listen and understand what youre going through, I bought a awesome Madza Cx7 for 6,000 which was thousands below market value, sadly after driving it, the engine blew which was NOT the dealers fault at all! He was so apogleic and so kind to us, he helped us every step of the way. We had a warranty thank god and he even got the warranty company to pay for everything. HE PAID FOR THE LABOR OUT OF POCKET, its the little things these guys do that will make me always go back from now on. He knew we needed a car and we had kids, he did everything in his power to rush the process, from calling us with updates everyday to simple text messages. In the end i have my beautiful SUV with a good engine! Only thing was, the mechanic who did the job forgot some things, Rus and his brother fixed it themselves and were so worried about every thing else on the car, he looked over thr car 4 times and made us call him when we got home safely. I got home today, (1 week after I got my car back) he sent us a check for our troubles, these guys are just flat out amazing and Im so happy to have gone with them.
