Service is very customer friendly, but the actual service is no better than anywhere else. We cant duplicate your problem, youll have to come in when youre actively having it. Dont mind that it happens on a Monday morning when youre on your way to work, youll have to just make get it here then, because one you go to work and shut your car, youre right bag to zero again. Pictures of the error are not suffice from your cars display either. Even multiple ones. They need to see it for themselves. On the occasion they can solve it, the part will always need to be ordered. But make sure it is, because they told me it was the last time, and it wasnt in the notes.

Got in the car to leave for work and had low tire warning right front. Upon inspection found a nail in it! Checked air and added 15 lbs air. On the way to work about 19 miles I got the low air warning again. Since your dealership is on the way to work I pulled into the “express Service” lane and waited the 20 minutes until your service center opened.I pulled in the lane and was greeted by service writer, he never introduced himself. Asked what I needed????I told him I had a nail in my right front tire and needed it repaired. Asked me if I had an “appointment “?? I said no, this just happened. He gruffly said, “in the future you will need an appointment or you will not be served.”I stated that is a good way to lose customers, to which he replied, “ no we want, we service 150 cars a day.” ?He then proceeded to tell me I would have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for a tire repair. The tone used told me that I didn’t matter. I said no thanks…. He raised the door and walked away!I purchased my car from Courtesy and mine and my wife’s Toyota have been serviced there for the last four years. I can promise you after today, not another cent will be spent there!Piss poor excuse for a “service writer” and for not helping out a loyal customer out in need!

We were interested in a used car, so we wrote them. We remained in contact nearly every day to setup a day to test drive it. We came in to take it for a drive (a week later) only to find out the car we wanted was sold 2 days BEFORE we even wrote about the car in the first place. They then tried to sell us a car twice the price.Bait and switch. Will not be going back.

My son purchased a car from here, which he loves and is in great condition, although typical slightly true but mainly false salesman with the typical sell, sell, sell mentalities and tacky pitches. They also had to fix a broken light which they didnt seem too pleased about. CarMax was a much better experience in my opinion for the same exact car my other son bought a few weeks back.

You WILL NOT actually get the advertised price of a vehicle. This place practices bait and switch. The advertised price at any vehicle will be at least $2K less than what you will actually have to pay. The advertised price is a deceitful good faced absolute lie just to get you in the door with absolutely no chance of actually purchasing the advertised vehicle for the advertised price.

This one is 2021 Seltos, really like the car, having g a few issues understanding and operating the out going phone calls, GPS, has a large video screen, a big change from the sportage, I am to receive more instruction.The sales person did a good job in selling Seltos, because it has all of safety features one is looking for in this price range. I have the sx model all the bells and whistles, except heated steering wheel and auto lift gate in rear, dont know why not included.It has the1.6 turbo, 7speed transmission,the one thing i.like is the lane keeping assistAwdrive 25 plus MPG

As usual this place just doesnt know how to give quality service. They lost the piece to my glove box so now it just slams open and i dont have time to wait for it to be fixed. Already gave them a second shot and they still will NEVER be SUN TOYOTA. Hope things change. Will be in to fix my glove box though because that thing hurts me when i open it.

Very aggressive sales & over priced. I think Toyota needs to review their pricing. When I didnt want to pay the ridiculous pricing, the sales person assisting me just basically walked away & moved on to another customer that had just stepped onto the lot. No thank you, goodbye, nothing. I feel the sales person didnt even try to offer a better deal & I know they can because my Father was in the automobile biz. I grew up knowing a lot more about the industry than the average person.

Ridiculously long wait time for simple services my normal mechanic charges less for and does in less than half the time. I only gave them a chance because I needed to come in for a gas reading on the rebate. Will never use this place again. Not even coming back for future warranty readings or to trade in the car. Worth the drive to Hillsborough for much quicker service.

The car salesmen were informative and super helpful when I purchased a new car. This was a painful process for me but they helped me out in ways I didnt think possible. The part that made it 4 stars is the finance team. Basically the poor girl didnt get a sale so her manager made her reprint the papers and then tried to resell me what she already tried to sell me. Any extra insurance a dealership tries to add on to your payment ... Is a scam. Do research. Just in case I plan on having a lawyer check my contract.

Everything was great except I had to wait for the courtesy van driver. I got there early around 7:30 so I could get the van first thing and still get to work on time. No regular driver was there at 8:30 and the guy who volunteered took an older couple to a bagel shop down the road in the opposite direction I needed to go to go to work. Shouldnt work be a priority?

Great service department! They took care of the oil change, no surprise, but they went beyond my expectations when they diagnosed an EGR issue and replaced it for free under a Toyota warranty deal which was set to expire in just 4 days. Thats nothing special, except they could have easily ignored the issue or waited and charged me the full $500, or any number of things. Instead they did the honorable thing, and kept me updated throughout the entire time. All told, they were done in about an hour and saved me hundreds of dollars.

New dealership that is very nice. They serviced our kia soul in about an hour. Very friendly. The only reason I rated down a star was because their system does not automatically track prepaid maintenance, so be sure to let then know you have a contract beforehand.

Its like any other dealership service department. I had an 8 am appointment for recall and other small issues. My car was completed by noon same day. Which I thought was great. But it was odd and confusing entering the service area. There are 4 tall desk when you enter but those people dont assist you. They just let you know someone will assist you while not looking you in the eye. Then in the far left corner in a small desk, that is the one and only person for service.

I just recently purchased vehicle 5 days ago and had issues with navigation, wireless charger and the lack of customer service from the intake lady was troubling. The tech and drive manager did try to solve my issue but I was turned of by her lack of effort in addressing my issues. I will not work with her again.

I was buying Jeep parts, that was knocked into a wreck that I had stopped for, the Geico vehicle had rear ended another Progressive vehicle. With a blacked out vehicle with no Emergency Flashers or Parking lights. Very low visibility. So I had stopped and was going to turn on my Emergency Flashers. While a Geico vehicle changed lanes ,why trying to get back over. He knocked me into the wreck after striking my Cargo Carrier and then crashed into me, to bring his vehicle to a stop pushing mine up in the air. Induced new injuries and I had some Spinal issues and now I have a lot more. Neither Insurance companies has paid for my repairs. I have spent approximately $ 2800. Cause of Progressive shoddy inspection and Geico doesnt mind try to rob individuals by not paying for the damages caused by their Clients.

You wont believe how cool this place is.The whole customer experience starts right at the door when the automatic doors open and you drive into this brand new state of the art facility.They will take care of you and your car in no time. This new facility covers about 116,000 sq ft. The service department is divided in 3 main sections: the one on the left takes care of the pre-owned vehicles. Here the service technicians will certify and pre-condition every vehicle. The section in the middle stores almost every part needed and the last section is for customer vehicles service. All equipment that you see here is brand new.After checking in your vehicle you can relax in the cafeteria and order food and drinks. Or if you are not hungry take a seat on their comfortable chairs and read your favorite book or watch TV in a space designed just for that.Dont forget that you can also watch how the service technicians take care of your vehicle through the panoramic window.I hope you like the photos.

I love my Kia, and I loved my salesman. I would definitely buy another Kia when its time. The reason for my three stars is that the service department is one of the slowest places Ive ever been. Each time Ive made an appointment I have had to wait anywhere from 1 hour and 45 minutes to 3 hours, and that is for a simple oil change with a car wash. Id much rather leave my oil changes for some other local place that can do it in 15 minutes.

I got the prepay auto maintenance with my new Kia. I like my car but the maintenance at the Brandon dealership is horrible in every way I can mean it. My oil change that I already paid for takes forever. They estimated it would take an hour and a half. In almost four hours later they had a list of overpriced services they recomended. I very much regret any and all contact that I have to endure to get the service that I paid in advance for. DO NOT GIVE these peole any of your time let along your money.

I went to Courtesy Toyota because it was convenient and I still had one more service on my Toyota guard, a tire rotation. I had gone to Courtesy at 35000 miles without needing an oil change however they performed it anyway. So going back at 40000 miles I specifically asked for the tire rotation only. However they gave me an oil change and didnt do the rotation. Got the bill by text message (not a person) disputed it, and they did pay for my oil change and performed the tire rotation. However I always feel like they are upselling to make a buck, not to service the customer. I dont plan on going back, I much prefer Wesley Chapel Toyota and will make the extended trip to go there next time.

Well I think my timing its just always bad. Today I scheduled a oil change online and when I arrived they informed me that their internet is down. They started to be dismissive about the appointment and I asked how does that affect the mechanic changing oil. Their concern was how to run a payment card. I thought that was a weird considering we were taking Visa before the internet was even born. I must say the new facility looks nice the nicest person was the janitorial service she was very helpful and polite
