We drove 2 hours out to check out this location. I had low expectations reading some of the reviews but it was quite the opposite. Kevin helped us find the perfect boots for my husband. I am honestly glad I didn’t order online because the boot we were looking at did not end up working out. Only con if any is that it seemed that all stock in the store was on the shelf so the ones you try on are the ones you end up buying. They also don’t put the boots in a box, they just throw them in a bag. Great store tho, would definitely visit again.

Everytime I come to this Tampa Boot Barn location the employees are NOT very friendly or helpful. The Orlando boot barn is great, but this place needs to have their employees work on customer service skills. I do not recommend this store.

Store smells like leather as soon as u enter! Employees very helpful. Vast selection of mens/womens boots. Really nice jewelry...not alot. Got my man some cologne there...COWBOY! Good boots not that great of service.

Very nice store with a lot of very nice items. Im going to a western party this coming weekend and I was window shopping and looking for something to go with these boots that I purchased. They had a lot of beautiful things but at the time I didnt buy anything just looking until I got paid. Even though they were a little more expensive than I expected because I just need something to wear for one evening and didnt want to over spend. Even though I did see quite a few things to go with my boots. I might go back for one or two things.

Love this store but I’m not the biggest fan of the employees….

My husband and I went into the store to buy two pairs of boots I had been looking at online for quite some time. We get in the store and I go straight to my size to see if they were possibly in store. But my husband went straight to the worker named Valerie to go ahead and order them. Valarie then proceeds to tell my husband that it’d be better if we just ordered them online ourselves. Even though we had all the information for them in hand. So he tells me this and we leave. I have now ordered them online and it has delayed a couple days and still has not taken the money out of my account. 5 days later now. Also I called the store to track my package and they can not do this because I did not order them IN THE STORE! And now I have to contact boot barn directly. All could have been avoided if Valerie had not been lazy and ordered them for us in person when we came in initially. Therefore the service at this store is not good at all. Hopefully they can motivate Valarie to do her job.

What a great place to find jeans that really fit people who ride horses. And the boots oh my God what a selection. And the associates are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Walking into this store is not a welcoming experience! I then went over to the boots department and walked around looking around with no one to help out. I had to go up to the front counter twice to ask for assistance. I almost walked out of the store at this point when Cheyenne came over to help. She was friendly, informative and helpful! I was disappointed they don’t sell Miss Me jeans, but happy they had the boots I was looking for.

Drove from another county to see all boots and other things . Could not have had a better experience. Ronnie helped me for the 2 hours we were.there. He was helpful courteous and above all friendly. Made the the trip well worth it bought the boots and HAT ! Would go back anytime .

I recently ordered some boots from Boot Barn as a gift. Within the first few days of shipment, I was concerned that the boots were lost. I contacted Boot Barn. The staff was professional, personable and very understanding about my concern. They began an investigation right away. It was discovered that the boots were damaged by the carrier so Boot Barn wasted no time sending me out a new pair. I received the boots on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely shop at Boot Barn again...just based upon the great customer service!

Would never spend a dime here. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. First, they discounted me back in October for sending me a used pair of boots. 3 months later, they were falling apart. When I sent them back, they decided to out of nowhere remove the discount they had given me before and re-charged my card for the full price without telling me. 10+ phone calls, 20+ emails, and who knows how many hours spent dealing with their solution is that I can send the boots back to get my money back. Complete disaster and would pay twice the amount of money to order straight from the manufacturer to avoid this company.

Right away as soon as we walked in they blasted us with not having a mask on. No one was in the store. Unfortunately, I will never shop there again. Who is enforcing the mask mandate? Law enforcement ? NO. The Governor? NO.Wrong customer base to be enforcing “masks”

Always great service

Its an hour travel for us but worth it, especially for boots and service. They always match prices, and if they dont have your size they will order it to be delivered to your home. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, helped with what we needed and never felt pushed. Ended up needing to order for special size (width). Will return again!

Masks required. Doesnt matter if you are wearing it correctly as long as they can try to enforce control by making you have it on. I just went to Russells and gave them my money. It feels more like Im living in a free country while shopping there.

Have just about everything you need here. Work boots, dress boots, and casual boots. Selection nm of women and mens as well. One thing to note, what they have is what is out on the shelf. They do offer a military discount. The location is easy to find and is visible from the road.

Leather goodness, and real American made work boots that last. Expensive quality boots that last for years and years. Thorogood is my favorite, and they have all of them.

The store and customer service at Boot barn was great. I Bought a pair of Cody James composite toe boots and right after the warranty period ended the inside liner started to come apart. After considerable time going back and forth with customer service, they did send me a new pair. The new pair however, had issues with the stitching and were unacceptable for heavy duty work use. I again had to contact customer service and explained that I would just keep the original pair and return the new ones that were sent. I am less than thrilled with the Cody James boot and unhappy with this buying experience. I will not be buying from Boot Barn anytime soon.

Its not the best store for my needs however other people may enjoy it. If you are looking for Western style boots, like cowboy boots then its a decent store. The work boot selection is rather thin. There are items such as insoles, cleaning supplies, Western wear, jeans, outerwear, leather accessories in the store as well. Decent rewards program and additional perks for using their line of credit.

I could spend hours in this place, the staff is friendly but they dont harass you once they greet you. Great selection and you can also order online and pick up in the store.

Boot Barn is a great company the store that I go to is very well man. The people are very courteous very kind theyre very helpful and in my several times there Ive never had any kind of an issue with them. I dislike writing a negative review for businesses.Huge selection of boots and western clothing, would of been five stars if the customer service was there Lisa was extremely rude as soon as we entered the store, the only reason i didn’t walk out is because i really needed work boots if not i would of took my money else where.I understand COVID 19 has affected people but that doesn’t give the right to be rude and make customers feel bad they have to walk in the store.Hopefully they treat every one right when they walk in next time.

I bought a pair of boots, and they had a defect in the steel toe. I tried to take them back to get a refund and I was told that I could not get my money back only store credit because I wore them. Well I was very unsatisfied with the service of a laddie named lisa.she was very rude. If I new that I could not return a item that I purchased I would not bought anything from the boot barn. I mean I paid cash,had the recipe, and i wanted my money not store credit. Sorry boot barn you have lost a customer. And lisa the rude lady who works nights I dont no why your working in customer service.

Love Boot Barn. SOOOOOO glad they built one in Brandon so I dont have to drive to Orlando. I would love to see more options in boots for big men (Size 15/16). Im from Texas, Cavenders and Sheplers usually have a bit more to choose from in large sizes. This Boot Barn has only three pairs to choose from in 15 and nothing in a 16 at all.
