Needed some repairs done to my bike so I did a quick google search and stumbled upon Blacklist. The great reviews are what brought me in. John was AWESOME. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and was extremely knowledgeable , accommodating, personable, and thorough. He knocked out the repairs I needed along with some good conversation. Needless to say, I will be back as well as refer all my bike buddies this way. Long story short, quality repairs and even better staff. Thanks John!

Awesome shop! Hard to find bike shops that sell and work on high end MTB bikes and components.Matt is an extremely knowledgeable, competent and experienced mechanic. Easily the best bike shop Ive ever been to. Been an avid rider for over a decade and normally do all my own mechanic work and I absolutely hate having other people service my gear. I had an issue I thought to be near impossible and Matt helped me, and even offered to perfect the issue after the fact, something unheard of!!! Definitely will only use this shop for all my bicycle needs.

Walked in. Three men were conversing at counter. One behind who obviously worked there, the other two appeared to be patrons. The obvious employee didnt so much as glance at me or give any acknowledgement such as, Be right with you or let me know if you need help. As I walked in though one guy turned to leave the store and said a nonchalant, Hello, to me and exited the shop. I waited looking in the display case at my prospective purchases a few moments thinking, This is their customer service? Decided to leave at which point I realised the guy who had left the store actually works there as he was taking in a big set of toilet paper rolls. Instead of making himself available to make the sale, hed decided briniging in the tp was way more important at the moment. I wish it could have been another 5 star review but... if my money is not good enough to be treated with a basic level of interest then Ill spend it elsewhere.

Matt, John and the team were as pleasant as could be and they helped me out right away. My bike was worn out from too many miles and they brought it back to OEM shape promptly and for a fair price. It rides like the day I bought it. They’re also the only shop in own that rebuilds suspensions. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Took our bikes there because it needed to be repaired. I was amazed by the excellent service I received. Love how fast the service was and how great my bike works now. The people are super friendly, especially the owner Steve, he is awesome!! Steve went over and beyond to make sure our bikes were fixed. I liked the feel and atmosphere of the shop. Very friendly and great service, and good location. Matt got my bike repaired quick and works great , didn’t have to wait long at all. All my repairs and my new bike purchase will definitely be here, highly recommended!!

I stripped one of my water bottle cage bolts and took my bike into Blacklist. Matt was able to cut the bolt and take off the fork to remove the broken pieces of bolt from the frame in about an hour. It was great to get this fixed on the spot so I didnt have to leave the bike for a few days.Blacklist is also a great place to pick up some SCg Shoes. Awesome mountain bike shoe that can take a beating!Thanks Matt and Blacklist!

Wow what a great new shop. The owner is good people, and is very knowledgeable on all types of bikes. Also the owner of SCG shoes which are made for riders, or just wear them casually. Win win all around.

We needed an all around great bike shop in the area.When I found out Blacklist also carried SCG shoes “the best shoes for riding” , I couldn’t believe it.
