My wife and I purchased 2 elements. We absolutely love them. We can remove the quick release front wheels and they fit it the back seat of our truck. Very handy. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our interaction with them.

I was visiting Tampa with my brother and were looking to rent e-bikes. We spoke with the owner Steve and his wife and were SUPER impressed with the personal service and their customer approach. Aside from being very friendly, they were straight forward on the rental terms and also experts on the Pedego bikes themselves, which are first rate. They even delivered the bikes to our door and picked them up at the end of the day! Already making plans to rent again when my family and I return to in a couple months. Highly recommend Pedego if your looking to grab an bike to rent or buy in TPA!

Store owners were very knowledgeable and friendly! We were able to test drive a couple of bikes we were interested in and they were very helpful in helping us decide which bikes were a best fit for us. We also love that this store is locally owned and operated.

The owner of this local bike shop took my electric bike in to repair the rear tire. Mind you I live in south tampa fl and I called numerous bike shops to have this tire repaired. My bike is made by “juiced bikes” not a brand sold at this shop. Other places I called refused to work on it stating that it would take 3 guys to repair the bike. Well this shop owner took it into his own hands and repaired the tire within an hour of me calling ! Truly superb service and a great person at that! Thank you

I have never written a review before. I drove four hrs to take my bike back to where I bought it after talking to the store only to be told that I had to order the parts direct from veloc the bike manufacturer. I told him I didn’t know what to order. They told my to take the bike away they had no room or time. I ask way did I drive all this way I would never buy anything from them again!!

I purchased a Pedego Boomerang bike here this morning. I could not be happier! Jennifer (owner) suggested this bike because I wear leg braces and the step over is only 8 inches. It couldnt be easier getting on or off. Shr explained all about the bike including the 5 year best in the industry warranty. It was a great buying experience without the high pressure sales tactics. If your looking for an e-bike, get a Pedego, and make this your first and only stop!

We bought an Intercepter Platinum and a Boomerang from Pedigo Hyde Park today. Steve and Jennifer were incrediby knowledgeable and helpful as we had very little knowledge about electric bikes. We considered buying internet bikes but quickly realized serviceability was key to making this purchase. My husband and I rented bikes here one time and immediately purchased bikes for both of us. You can get your exercise pedaling with just a little assist, make it easier or just go full throttle at 20 mph. The location is perfect, only 1-2 minute ride from Bayshore, take them to the Rvierwalk, Sparkman’s Warf, Armature Works etc. Every time we have friends in town we bring them here to rent a bike. 100% recommend!

Steve, Jennifer, and Josh were all so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I bought a blue Element...just what I wanted. Steve helped me accessorize it with exactly what was right for me. I never felt pressured and was not oversold. I love my new bike...perfect for me at 63 years old! I am looking forward to taking it out on my first excursion in the next two weeks(recovering from surgery...no biking allowed until mid January). Steve even walked me to my CRV and put the bike in my vehicle for me, as I could not lift any more than 10 lbs at that time...which was only less than 2 weeks after my surgery. What an absolute delight! We had such a blast picking out bikes and getting to know these special owners!!! We ended up purchasing 2 Boomerangs and are having them delivered to our home in Ohio. The store was in an amazingly fun/safe area and the customer service was beyond exceptional!

Great place to rent E-bikes since it is located blocks from Bayshore Drive and minutes from the downtown Riverwalk. We purchased 2 E-bikes from this store because of the 5 year warranty that Pedego offers. While there may be places we could buy other E-bikes at a lesser cost, Pedegos in my opinion are the best in the industry for the price point. It is also gives me piece of mind that I can take the bike at the location for service. The bikes at this store are assembled and ready to go as opposed to E-bikes purchased online that require some assembly. The store also invited me to test ride any bikes we were interested in which is an obvious plus.There are also several accessories that are available that I purchased which were happily installed without labor charge. Needless to say, Im impressed with their customer service. I found the owner, Steve, to be very helpful as we transitioned from traditional bikes to our Pedegos. He not only helped us with our bike selection but also bike rack options best suited for fat tire bikes. Since we purchased our Pedegos, we are really enjoying our bike rides on our favorite trails. Riding 20-30 miles at a time does not leave us exhausted as we would feel with our traditional bikes. For this reason, we find that we are riding our bikes more often. So if you are considering an E-bike, Pedego Tampa would be a great place to start.

I tried to buy a charger,but the guy that was working there at the time TOLD me that they dont sell chargers which made me feel like their a whites ONLY store bc I felt like the guy didnt like my color of skin ,my friend brought a charger from this SAME store And hes not of my color 🤕🥶

This place rules, can’t beat a day takin random turns, and listening to music on an ebike. The owners are wonderful to talk to and set you up with everything you need to have an awesome day.

Rented out a couple of bikes from Steve over the weekend and had an absolute blast. I believe Steve is the owner and he was a real pleasure to talk to and was extremely accommodating. I rented a couple E-bikes from them and had a blast. The bikes are nice and easy to control and were perfect for cruising down Bayshore. Overall great experience and the workers were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend checking them out!
