RUN! While the drink mixes are good the owner, Ryan, is untrustworthy! He sold me a REFURBISHED Bunn Ultra 2 Slushy Machine for $1900.00. When it arrived it was filthy, leaking syrup, full of corrosion, broken leveling legs and the ground plug had been removed making it unusable! He said they would take it back but refused to refund my money. He said he would put the balance to a new machine. I already waited a month for this one to arrive and wanted nothing more to do with him or his badly run business. I started a dispute with my credit card company and when he got the letter he re-charged my card for the $1900.00!! The credit card company is now looking into to him for fraud. Stay far, far away from this company!Adding and edit to respond to Ryan: Ryan in no way shape or form was this a refurbished machine and you know it! The charge back was started after the machine was picked up, you issued the pick, for return and delivered to you yesterday 10/6/2021 and was signed for by Jose. You also lied about machines being months and months out, I ordered a REFRUBISHED machine from you based on you telling me I could not get a new machine due to Covid shortages but I was able to order online and had a brand new machine within a week! The charge back was started, by me, 3 days after the machine was delivered and the day after it was picked up for return to you. I did this because I asked you to call me, as usual you texted to give you an hour, but you never did call and I cannot get you to answer when I call you. This is not a false review, this is a warning to other business owners who may have the misfortune to come across you in there search for equipment. I stand by my review and have the documentation to back it up, the pictures speak for themselves.

Had appt for Today and have tried to call over 10 times with zero response to confirm. They took my deposit and ghosted me. Complaint filed with the BBB and credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Had to walk out on the first day of work. Owner completely ignored me leaving me at a desk with no instruction or resources. Tried to ask if maybe I came in at a bad time, he told me without looking up from his cellphone that “mornings are crazy, do some busy work.” What busy work do you have on your very first morning of work? After hours of scrambling to keep myself busy, the owner packed his backpack and left the building without a word. Doing more research on his company I found nothing but 1 star reviews on Glassdoor from previous employees reaming the owner for not paying them, lying, overworking them, and giving them no direction. He insisted I start on this specific Tuesday which I thought was the beginning of their pay period , NOPE! It starts on Monday and they hold your first TWO weeks so I wouldn’t be payed until after the new year (if ever ! ). This man is very suspect, and although I was impressed by his product, was VERY underwhelmed with him as a professional.

Great company to do last minute rentals with! Our event in Sarasota went amazing thanks to Coolbreeze, and their rep was super accommodating with all the last minute changes we had made in the last two days. Amazing and delicious too!

Bloomingdale Youth Sports Assoc. contracted with Cool Breeze to provide slush machines for the concession stand at the park. At the end of the spring 2017 baseball/softball season, Cool Breeze picked up their machines to service them during our summer break. The Concession Director began trying to make contact with Ryan, who is the Owner at the end of August 201 to get the machines installed and ready to go for our Fall 2017 season. As of today the machines are still not installed after several phone calls to the sales rep and the Cool Breeze offices. We were told numerous times they would be delivered on a set day and when they weren’t and when WE followed up, we were told a different day. It has come to the point we have asked them to come pick up their unopened supplies and credit us back and we get a response that says OK. No apology or trying to make it right with the customer.I previously posted this review and we were finally contacted by the Owner and asked to remove the post and he would refund our deposit and we would go our separate ways. It has now been 5 months since we spoke with him and we haven’t receive the refund and the unopened supplies were never picked up and credited as requested. Of course multiple attempts via email, text and phone calls have been made on our part without a return response.We wanted the machines installed….this is not the resolution we wanted but are left no choice but to find another vendor to work with. Very disappointed in their customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Had to find another vendor - FAST! Chris at Cool Breeze Beverages sent me a confirmation that my order would ship on Tuesday. I needed it for a customer the following weekend. He emailed me at 9:30 on Thursday to say that it was out of stock and would not ship until Monday. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. Ryan has always been friendly and professional, but Chris doesnt seem to care that his customers have businesses to run and customers that count on them.

WARNGING! Do NOT use this company for any of your retail needs... You WILL regret it. We contracted with Cool Breeze to repair our soda fountain and supply bibs. They sent out a repair man who succeeded in soaking the inside of our store with carbonated water and not much else. He didnt have any of the parts he needed and stated hed have to come back. He never came back. We followed up with a phone call and they sent a second repair guy who also didnt have the parts he needed to finish the repairs. Weeks went by with no reply to our calls. As a result, we contacted the owner and simply asked for our money back so we could find somebody else. He refused and now we have to pursue a legal course of action. Save yourself the trouble and DONT use these guys for anything! It aint worth it!

Great company for rentals. We had an event out in Sarasota, and the rep at thier Tampa office was able to meet our needs, and really accomodate us with everything we needed. Def recommend!

Total theif Ive been told by at least six different people that theyll try and push their old out of date syrups and coffee products will walk around and look as if theyre doing something... turn a screwdriver and gather their things and charge you an arm leg and an ear for something they didnt even fix and when it continues not to function theyll come back and charge again its an endless cycle please avoid at all costs

My name is felicity bates I worked with this company for about a month, my pay never came on time, I was promised training and hours and never received them, he sends out broken machines just get the customers money... this company is a scam! Verbally abuses his employees... it is sad... do not hire this company or apply for a job there... I still haven’t received my final pay and just learned that for some reason it’s now being paid as “minimum wage” the office person stating in her words “it was in small fine print on the application”
