Very low stock. Half my house wines are unavailable. Sent me moldy wine bottles as well as bottles with dried out corks. Missed shipment dates, charged for products I never got, received items I never asked for. The list goes on, the only thing you can depend on is that no one will care or take responsibility for their mistakes at RNDC.

Delivering there is awesome always in and out in about an hour they work you in if you get there early may take a little longer but you get on you way to next load

All the posts detailing how bad this company is are true. Customer service is awful, warehouse makes mistakes often, Ive gotten wine bottles that are completely covered in dust and were stored standing up ( meaning the corks went dry.) When orders arent fulfilled you dont get a phone call or email.. you find out the day of when you realize your order never came in and its on you to call and see what happened. Ive been charged for orders Ive never made, given orders I never asked for. There is a clear lack of respect for your business and lack of accountability of republic nationals shortcomings. I would look elsewhere for things you need as core items on your menu.

I am a buyer for an organic grocery store. Republic has always been the most reliable vendor i have had. Any issue that has ever been came about has been taken care of quickly. We always run monthly promos with them and we always get the best service. Thank you Brent F and the rest of the Republic National team.

Unhappy with customer service and management

Wost distribution center.Every single time I come to this location to pick up an order no one can find it and i am left sitting and waiting for literally over an hour each time. The employees tell me we lost your order. Dont know where it is. Dont know when it will be ready and when i ask to speak to a manager pr someone in charge, the front desk woman tells me that there are no managers or anyone in charge on campus.Very unprofessional place of business.

Just terrible customer service. Over promised under delivered!!!! Over 3 years kept messing up on wrong beer, say truck will deliver Wednesday then it comes Thursday when we arent open. Last sales was super nice at first then when same mistakes happened never rectified only made excuses and had an attitude. They have owed me 39.99 since April. Ian Self said a check would be sent weeks ago. I just got off phone with accounting and paper work was not turned in. What a joke! Maybe 7-10 days Ill receive my money????....whats another 10 days to wait when it been since April they have owed me!!!!!Ive asked to speak to a manager, written email for manager to contact me, and nothing! Just get the run around!

Rndc is the best distributor in the state of Florida! They were like family to me, I was part of there team for my years. Always liked how they went to bussiness, watching them rebuild brands was amazing!

Just experienced a truck driver make a right turn from a left lane so he could bypass traffic in a school zone in Riverview Florida in front of the Winthrop Publix. He should be reprimanded.
