The local choice for mattress shopping is Bed Pros! I had an excellent experience at the store and complimented their cleanliness compared to some other stores in the area. They had such a great selection of mattresses, it was difficult to choose just one! It was a pressure-free buying experience. Todd was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bought a bed and mattress this past Sunday. The buying experience was excellent, and the price was fair. The problems came with delivery. When I bought the set I was told about their in-house versus outsourced delivery, which ensured a smooth process. The truck showed up and after they removed the old bed and mattress the driver told me he had no tools to put the new bed together. He told me he had mentioned that to the manager at the warehouse and was sent out anyway. I called the store and told Todd, the manager. He asked to speak to the driver, and after discussion told the driver to go to Walmart and buy the tools and bring him the bill. I’m thinking that big truck to Walmart and at least an hour delay. I took the hardware and went into my garage to find tools. As he was putting the bed together, turns out he was missing one of the bolts, lock washer and nut to hold the side rail to the headboard. I spent about 20 minutes in the garage and couldn’t find a bolt that fit. The driver went to the truck and found a bolt, but no washer and nut. I took his bolt and after about 10 more minutes found a washer and nut. Lots of aggravation and time wasted. Not a good experience.

The sales manager Todd was a good listener and didn’t waste my time showing me mattresses that wouldn’t meet my needs. He arranged next day delivery which most of the other mattress stores could not do. Manager Todd Fox is super knowledgeable and professional regarding his stores offerings and bedding options.Unlike a number of other stores that I shopped, he did not insist that I purchase a new box spring for one of my new mattresses. Other stores that I comparison shopped do not honor the bed warranty, if one should arise, if you dont purchase the foundation with the mattress.I purchased 4 mattresses and 3 box springs. Very competitive pricing on Stearns and Foster and great delivery service.Delivery and setup was on time, free removal of old and next day delivery covering three orders over a 4 week period. Other stores that I shopped also charge for delivery and removal.If I do have a problem I feel confident it will be resolved in a timely manor.

Bed Pros was awesome. They had the mattress I needed and the price was 1/4 less than Mattress Firm. Delivery was next day and free. They set it up and everything was without hassle. Try that with Mattress firm and you will find yourself haggling over every dollar and trying not to pay a $40 delivery fee. I will be buying another mattress next month and will return to Bed Pros. They are much smaller, but the customer service and end result that matters most isnt lost because of it!

The store manager Todd made what could be a stressful decision making process super easy and even enjoyable. The man I spoke to in the store was very nice. I was very skeptical due to past bad experience but I decided on a mattress. When it arrived which was suppose to be between 1-5 they arrived around 5:45, and I spoke to someone earlier in the day and he said they would be here by 4:30. Anyway! Neither of the men wore a mask!! I believe it is the law right now due to COVID!! They were very nice and they even put a frame together for me. As far as the mattress goes it is a lot harder than the one in the store. But it is a very nice Seally.

Bed Pros in Carrollwood, have assisted me in a warranty claim worth several thousands of dollars. The manufacturer rarely has a warranty issue. Nevertheless, Bed Pros provided me the necessary paperwork, and instructions to file the claim and I complied with their request and that of the manufacturer. Bed Pros followed through with the manufacturer and successfully processed the claim. My advice, invest in quality products, follow the manufacturer terms of use, and choose a reputable store. Great experience buying a mattress!!Today I went to buy my mattresses in this store,I was very well attended, Mr. Todd is very attentive and speaks two languages, besides English he speaks Spanish and understands many words in Portuguese, this store has many payment options besides great prices, since I went to other stores that sell mattresses before buying in this store!

Wonderful. This was the 5th place we checked out. The sales rep (Todd) was perfect - we got to take our time trying all the beds and talking amongst ourselves but he was always attentive - ready and able to answer our questions. Todd patiently let me run around the store, and told funny stories while I tried out each bed, and he listened when I related about back pain issues from my current bed with a dip in it and of hip replacements. After trying all of them, which were too soft for me, I said well I really need a new extra firm bed, guess Ill just have to buy a board and duct tape some blankets to it and go from there lol Todd laughed and pointed to an extra firm Queen bed, that looked so Beautiful, and said Try that one out. Best Bed Ever, this Beauty supported my lower back awesomely!!
