My husband and I walked into Mattress Firm about a month ago unsure of what to expect, but knew we wanted a mattress pretty quickly since we had guests coming into town. As my husband I walked into Mattress Firm, we said to each other we are only going to look, not buy. Famous last words, right! Three hours later, we walked out buying a new bed after sleeping on the same bed (Stearns & Foster) for over 19 years. We ended up buy another Stearns & Foster. Hey, if it lasted that long why not stick with the same brand.Beds have really changed since we purchased our last one. We got a whole new lesson. Our sales guy, David Hernandez, was very knowledgeable about ALL the different beds and really liked the fact that there was little foot traffic in the store so we could ask him a ton of questions. He was very personable, saved us money were he could, and gave us his own opinion. He told us how it was going to play out from purchase to delivery and it happened just like he said it would.We had the new bed delivered to us a week later (even though we could have had it delivered on in two days.) David told us that we would get a call the night before the day of delivery to give us a two hour window of when would be delivered. We did get the call the night before.The following day we were expected to get the bed between 12:30 and 2:30. We also got a email where we could track our truck and see where it was at. We got the bed delivered past our due time, but we understand life happens and adjust with a good attitude. (hopefully) We did!When the delivery guys (Alex and Leo) delivered they were very nice and knowledgeable about the install and set and gave us tips on how to make our product last a long time. We did purchase a 5 sided mattress protector which is why I think our last bed lasted so long. No more flipping, just rotating every 6 months.Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase thus far and we hope that we wont need to buy a new bed for a least another decade or two, Lord willing.

Robert is an amazing salesman. He was honest, thorough and well informed. I was purchasing my first new mattress in about 9 years but had a lot of questions. Though it was almost closing time and there was no guarantee that I would purchase that evening, Robert still made sure that I had everything I needed to make an informed purchase. Zero sales pressure and Robert even explained delivery and financing options! Bed was delivered as promised and very quickly and the delivery drivers kept us informed with exact (or close to it) delivery times!

I reached out online to connect to someone in the store regarding a mattress we purchased during the pandemic when stores were closed. I spent countless days reading reviews and finally chose a mattress that was beyond budget friendly. The first few nights were great, and then we started rolling into the middle and waking up every morning in pain. I would never have purchased a bed online without laying on it first, but since this was my only choice at the time, we ended up with a bed that was far too soft for us. So before the 120 nights were up, I reached out and connected with Robert at the Citrus Park store and immediately felt like he was going to help me find the right mattress for my family. I appreciated how the store was color-coded and arranged, so that we had a place to start. Our salesman, Nick, was everything you would want in a salesman. He educated us on the different types of mattresses as we narrowed down our list which allowed us to understand the choices for us. We Were on our way to Mattress Pros as we always have in the past. It was 740pm and they close at 8, their light was on saying open but their doors where locked!!! Awesome experience! After shopping around all of the competition, we chose my new mattress set from MATTRESS FIRM CITRUS PARK. We chose it because of the salesman John Palermo! He was far more knowledgeable than any other salesman at any other mattress store. He answered ALL of our questions very patiently, and gave us the BEST DEAL of any of the stores. Our delivery was exactly as promised, and the delivery guys were great. Never bought a mattress myself, and Robert Jackson made it easy! Its pretty organized with Tempurpedic mattresses being on one side of the store, then the Posturpedic on the other side. The brands that are there are Sealy, Serta, and Beauty Rest. My first choice, was a firmer mattress because I thought okay, I dont want to sink, and wrong. lol One nights sleep was enough for me to know, this is not my mattress.I came back in the next day after the mattress was delivered and Robert listened and helped me patiently going to the posturpedic mattresses and directing me to what I needed. I even did research on the mattress I was more going for and he did research right along with me. It was a decision made based on what I needed, not what would be the best dollar there. And I loved that! He was so down to earth too! Knows his stuff. Bonus, he showed me this Tencil cooling bundle where sheets and pillows run cool in temperature so I was like hell yeah on that one! Kristin Hamby was the absolute best person to help me get my first mattress. She was determined to find me the best deal, made sure I was 100% sure about my decision and helped the process go as smooth as it possibly could. Honestly wouldnt want anyone else to sell me a mattress.

Stopped in 15 minutes before closing time, thinking they were open later. Offered to come back but John & Jorge told us not to rush. Both are extremely knowledgeable, helped us compare a variety of mattresses and stayed late to complete the sale. Never felt rushed and very happy with the service. Felt they went above and beyond what we would have expected, especially after they were technically closed.

To be honest, it was my first time purchasing a mattress. Needless to say I was a tad nervous. That was until I walked into the store and was met with the smiling face of the store manager Nick.
