Obtained all fixtures for the renovation of 3 bathrooms from Fergusons and got fantastic service from Lea Stripling, from the initial appointment in their showroom to the various orders I submitted over the next 2 months. Ive purchased from them in the past and for sure will again in the future.

They brought me an adjustable wrench to help me fix my bike, even though I had no other business being there. They seemed to be working efficiently with all the other customers as I worked on my bike too. Very friendly people.

I finally had to write a review for this place because the customer service is HORRIBLE. No follow-up. No replies to emails. Shocked when you show up for an appointment because their system for scheduling appointments is screwy. And Ive heard them talking about their customers behind their backs while Im in there. Ive tried twice to do a remodel with them, but finally switched to a different store in Tampa with way better customer service.

Wow! This showroom is gorgeous!! I am doing a kitchen and 2 bath remodel. I had looked at a couple other showrooms that were just ok. I’m so glad I stopped in to look here! They have everything! And the lighting?? Just beautiful!Sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The only draw back I could see was parking! I’ll be back to purchase!

Everyone was welcoming from the front service to the showroom consultant Lea. She helped my wife and I quickly and easily see all that we hoped for in the limited window of time that we had. Our two young children were with us and also felt welcome.

Disappointed.We placed an order, and the consultant didn’t tell us about an adapter we needed, so we had to drive backup the showroom to pick it up. Then we were told we’d have delivery on another item by 05/16/18. It didn’t show up until 05/22/18 & was scratched. Another trip back to the showroom on 05/23/18 to return it & have a replacement ordered. We were again guaranteed we’d have delivery by 05/29/18. Again, it didn’t show up. We called & were told we could get it by 06/04/18. When we asked if it be overnighted, the rep said “it couldn’t be done.” So we asked for a supervisor who could approve it, and the supervisor told us there was no available stock from the manufacturer. So basically, on three separate occasions we were given erroneous information about delivery. Not my idea of great customer service.

Was listed as a showroom for Franke sinks, but didnt carry the granite style for us to look at. Robin at reception was friendly & helpful. Kelly, a sales rep, was snooty & condescending. Not worth the trip.
