I brought 2 trucks and in ATV to get work done. I gave them an $11,000 deposit. 17 months have gone by and nothing has been done. Nothing. My truck drove for a few miles and I had to tow it the rest of the way. Theres missing parts. The rims, brakes and rotors are rusted. Theres scratches, its filthy dirty and smells like mold and mildew. The engine now has bad gas oil and all other fluids after sitting for so long. They stole my ATV and tried to sell me a trailer of another customer. They probably stole that too. There was no title because they did not own it. I could go on and on. These guys need to have their license revoked if they even have one. Do not give there guys a dime. They will take your money and lie as long as you let them. I left photos of before and after.

I took my Jeep there thinking that they were professional. Due to me being new to the Jeep world. This company took advantage of a “Disable Veteran”. I came with the money up front; to pay. The company refused my payment. He told me my Jeep would be running good. Is why he said it was taking so long. “That was a lie.” The owner did not communicate with me. I called many times, my calls was not answered. The owner told me that my truck would be ready when it wasn’t. Costing me hotel fees knowing that this was my company Jeep. The company was very unprofessional. As well very biased. With no regards of running a shady business. This company is very rude to a different demographic of people. I would not recommend anyone of African descent to take your vehicle to Off Road LLC. I had a horrible experience when I was looking for the best work to be done. I was sadly mistaken. I paid for my Jeep to be towed there many times only to be screwed and told “ol well” in so many words. The owner says things to cover himself. Not realizing he just caught himself in a lie. They put two more bad engines in my vehicle. And the company that they get their parts from is in the same dealings with them on getting over on people. I paid for a service that I did not receive. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. This is not even half of my experience.

Horrible communication! Charged me for work that didnt fix the issue I brought it in for. Do not waste your time or money here.

I’ve had all of my trucks at their shop and they did great work on all of them, called them about two weeks ago to see about getting my Silverado 3500 front end replaced and they did a great job it went from driving on spaghetti to a new truck overnight. Very thankful.

Jesse has the kind of integrity that makes me remember I shouldn’t always rush to judgement on a business and owner. We had a misunderstanding on an online ad and Jesse called me up personally to honor the ad I saw. And when I went in, he went above and beyond what I expected that day and took me by complete surprise.I only purchased a part at this business, but after my interaction with Jesse and seeing the type of business owner he is, I’ll be looking for an excuse to bring my Wrangler in to have it worked on.

I would stay away from this shop if at all possible. I took my jeep in to have the heater core replaced 5 weeks ago and now $1500 lighter and probably 5-6 return trip and the problem still is not fixed. I was more than patient with them as they tried to fix the issue sometimes leaving it there for a day or more just to be told that its fixed and good to go but 10 mins after driving it off the lot I could tell it was not. Communication from the shop is absolutely terrible. Not once in the 5 weeks that my jeep had been in and out of the shop did they once actually call me with an update on what is going on. I had to track them down every time only to be constantly put on hold for over 10 mins each time only to hang up and had to call back. When and if I did talk to someone they told me they would find out what’s going on and call me back but never once did I get a return call. So now I’m a lot lighter in the pocket book and still have to go to another shop and have the problem look at. I will not or could not recommend this shop to anyone…

Theyre awesome! Reemed my knuckles for 1 ton steering linkage. I previously went to a smaller hack shop in town, I know they wheeled my Jeep and gave me a flat tire back... So this place gets my business from now on.

The guy at the front desk was nice but the whole experience was horrible. I was excited to get my jeep lifted and put 35 tires on it. And it became such a headache. The whole story is too long to explain. Spark notes; 1) my jeep was there for 2 weeks instead of 4 hours, like initially told when I made the big cash deposit. 2) wrong parts came in. 3) 3 different completion dates, had to go back because it wasnt ready. 4) the day I finally picked it up I still had to wait an hour and half because they forgot to move the rear tire carrier. 5) even thought I paid to have it aligned and balanced it was not done, because when I was riding to work that day it was pulling hard to the right and shaking like crazy. I had to take it to another shop to get it fixed. 6) they mounted the tires all wrong with the threads mismatched. They turned a fun exciting experience into a horrible headache.

Great experience with the guys at this shop. Highly recommended!

I have brought my Tundra in twice now to install front lift shims. They also replaced my upper control arms and brake system. Extremely happy both times with the service, professionalism and pricing! I see them work on other nice cars and trucks and so I believe they know what they’re doing.

Got my 04 Rubicon at Extreme. I paid for it but it was worth it. Brought it back in a month or so after buying it and discovered an expensive issue which they handled free of charge. Very pleased with service and with my Jeep. Will use these guys again.

I brought my lexus gx460 in to the shop right in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. Not only is the vehicle a little atypical since it has the KDSS suspension system, but the problem was too. Spoke with owner Jesse whose mechanic had some experience with the problem (bent alignment cam tabs) and they took on the project right away.Well it turned out to be more complicated than either of us expected between rusted bolts and some difficult parts to find. In the end, their team persisted. It took 6 weeks and some welding, plus some parts that I had to order. It was frustrating for me and them, but the work was good and the price was very fair.Glad to have Jesse and his team tackle such a unique problem!

This place WONT last long now that it was bought out. Different ownership and huge loss for Xtreme. Poor follow through with what they “say” they are going to do. A bunch of kids running it. I purchased several things and had several projects that I trusted them with and let’s just say when they tell you two weeks they actually meant two months until your vehicle is ready, sadly. I would be mindful that they don’t have integrity... they say they’re going to something... but they don’t deliver. One Mechanic, Lots of pot smoking going on, Shotty work. If you have lots of money they will put you at the top of the totem pole but for us average Joe’s, Different story.

Was promised 2 shop day turn around on Jeep rear diff. 26 hours after receiving Jeep they said the parts were unavailable and My bill increased, but would be ready next day. Wrong part delivered and it would be Monday, that was Friday. Now it’s Monday and part has yet to arrive. Owner was not coed in on why I needed to speak with management when he was the one handling correspondence from day 1. Also claiming to only be making $50 or 5% of my bill. Will update on outcome.

Great work. I had an issue with my Jeep we just could not figure out. They were determined to get it right. These guys went above and beyond to do so. Will recommend them and definitely use them for future projects and issues.

I would not trust these folks to put a lift kit on my golf cart let alone vehicle. Brought in my vehicle and was told by the manager and owner that it did not look right and that there is something wrong. After a month or 2 of bringing it in they said they did everything according to specs.I took it to a real shop and had the problem corrected, the problem that they installed incorrectly. Do your self a favor any go purchase anywhere but here. There are plenty of 4x4 shops out there that do great work and Xtreme Jeep just is not one of them.To your response: Definitely have the right shop vehicle was under Fiancée name which I will not disclose. I dealt with Jesse who could not get an answer for days and had me bring the vehicle in 4 times. Will the owner looked at it and said something was wrong and at the end of the day nothing was done because you all believed it to be correct.It took a true 4x4 shop to correct it. and on another note I took for 3 other opinions at other shops locally and all of them said it was installed incorrectly.Problem is fixed now and there is no need to call you. I wasted enough of my time with your shop.

TL:DR Great job on my 07 Sahara. The entire shop was professional, polite, and gave me a sense of urgency when working on my Jeep. I had a cracked exhaust header, with a broken stud which is a colossal pain to fix. They got a new set of stainless exhaust headers and a couple other fixes while she was in. (Suspension and the like that goes bad when you put 34 tires on a daily driver.) My jeep handles like new, has a bit more pickup and go, and they fixed an issue with the new parts immediately. (Some aftermarket stuff is not always plug and play, gotta tweak things here and there) I was very satisfied with the customer experience and very happy to get her back in better than when I bought her condition. Will definitely be coming back for more aftermarket installs, general maintenance, and detailing in the future.If youre looking for a better than chain/franchise shop work, bring your truck jeep or offroad baby here.Thanks guys, and great work.

After putting a new set of tires on my truck I brought it to a neighboring front end alignment shop to have it aligned. They found a crack in one of the frame members and referred me to Extreme Jeep. I was quoted over $500 for the repair and when I came to pick up my truck they had actually done more work ( they found additional stress cracks) and documented the work with photographs showing me and actually invoiced me less money than what they had estimated. The photographs of the work they did has given me peace of mind knowing that my truck is repaired to better than factory standards and the time they took to talk with me and show me with photographs show that they have pride in their work and a genuine concern for the customers feelings. I would highly recommend you come to extreme Jeep in Tampa.

I’m giving these guys a 4 star because they lack on the communication but I have to say Jesse and his crew of guys really know what they are doing. I had multiple things done to my 2015 Laramie Limited and Jesse and his crew satisfied. They installed a BDS lift, nice AT 35’s, painted my genders to match the truck did a full chrome delete with mirrors and trim at the end of the day the truck looked better than when it came off the delivery truck. Definitely a great team of guys. We did have a hiccup but again Jesse (the owner) did what he needed to make sure I was taken care of. That is HUGE!!! Ask for PJ who answers the phones he will take care of you. Mention this review I’m sure they’d love to know how you found out about them.

This place is a absolute RIPOFF I ordered a new bds lift kit from these guys and they basically sold me a box of random parts and only a few off them actually fit on my truck it took months to try get the right ones I called probably 500 times all they do is put you on hold for 20 minutes and forget about you they just hope youll get tired of waiting and hang up Jessie is the guy I was dealing with most of the time he sounds good on the phone but you cant trust him any further than you can spit he lied I dont know how many times somehow every time he ✌️ordered ✌️ the parts they somehow magically vanish and never arrive he claims to have ordered it 3 times but the same story over again but they dont seem to have any trouble getting other people stuff in. I asked for proof that he ordered it like a tracking number listing the parts or a receipt but ignored the question twice. So they got them from another shop near by and promised me these are the right ones this time we use these all the time and have no trouble but I looked at the parts and wasnt so sure so I called the manufacturer got a part number and measurements for the parts that are supposed to go on the truck and what do you know the parts they had givin me where the wrong parts again the brackets were 2 inches shorter than what is supposed to be and dont fit at all just another lie to get me out of there hair. In the end Im $2000 short and I still have a truck thats been all tore apart for 3 months and I still dont have the right parts to put it back together and they wont do anything to make it right I wouldnt ever buy from this place again.

Took my Jeep here last year and they was supposed to replace the engine and after it was there for 4 months my jeep still has issues stuff that wasn’t wrong with it before. They never test drive it or anything. Still haven’t gotten my paperwork from them and it’s been another 3 months since my jeep camenoyr of their shop. Definitely don’t recommend them to anyone.

My Jeep was there 2 days no one ever called me they couldn’t figure out the issue I had to call and kept getting told someone would call me back and never got a phone call then they said they diagnosed the issue I go pick it up because they can’t fix it for 3 days so we buy the part $150 and do it and it didn’t fix the issue so now I’m out $150 because of them I will be calling tomorrow to make them aware of this not happy at all with customer service or them just saying something was wrong because they had no idea what was wrong since it was more then putting a lift kit on

This was probably the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had thanks to everyone at Xtreme. I got the price over the phone (which a lot of dealers wont give you in order to have you come in) and I gave that price to my bank. My bank said the price was fine at first, but then after waiting for a few hours for a reply she said that the price was too high and that id have to put more down which I already told them I didnt have. What did the guys at Xtreme do? They dropped the price of the car by over $600 so I could buy the car! They treated me like family and I would totally recommend everyone to go to this dealer. :)

Finally after having my stock Wrangler for 8 years I started with mods (2 lift and beefy 33 tires). Xtreme Jeep was my first stop and did fantastic work! My only concern was that I was not informed of the impact to my mileage and the strain the automatic trans would have at highway speed. I bought an AEV module and updated the Jeeps computer to account for 33 tires and got control AND gas mileage back. Anyway, still happy with Xtreme Jeep and will continue to use them for more mods...though Ive learned to ask more questions about mod impacts.

Took my YJ in for some trouble shooting (not running right) and the guys treated me very fairly. A Stand-up business that seems to care about their customers and wants them to leave satisfied.

This is the best place to buy a jeep in Tampa, CJ and Will know Jeeps inside, outside and under the hood and are going to make sure your in a reliable vehicle. Highly recommend calling and seeing what they can do for you.

Took my wrangler tj there for a clutch and manual trans, they gave me a quote of over 3 grand. I called other repair shops in the area and not one was over 2 grand! They were a thousand dollars more than everyone else, unfortunately they already had it apart so I was kind of stuck with them doing it. It took them over 2 weeks to do when originally I was told 3 to 4 days, I was put on hold for 10 minutes almost every time I called and when I called back they didnt even know they had someone on hold. Upon further investigation I realized they used my old trans and just fixed the broken parts, the silver spray paint on my old trans was a nice touch but it didnt fool me... I would never recommended this place to anybody unless you want to get lied to and overcharged. Dont let the guy behind the counters smile fool you, hes smiling because hes thinking about how much money hes about to take you for.I also had to replace the starter (the day I got it back) and it was packed full of sand! I then noticed the front axle and most of the stuff had sand on it. I have NEVER taken my jeep thru sand, apparently they did... I then noticed my transfer case vent hose was completely gone!I really hope anybody considering this place goes somewhere else.

Bought a 97 TJ from XJ. Love it! Told Wil and Jesse what our family would use it for and it is very capable as purchased. They made every effort to make us happy and we are as the tj has made several trips into the woods and back (RRPOA) without much effort. Unfortunately, we now have the Jeep bug and will when funds permit be seeing Wil and his crew for minor upgrades which will probably never end. Thanks for a great experience and a bad ass Jeep at a very fair price.

Don’t buy here. Bought a 2013 wrangler with a 5in left on 37’s. I guess they “forgot” that the stock tire rods,cv joints, and drive shafts aren’t meant for a suspension lift greater than 2.5 in. Then when you take it back to them they don’t completely fix it after charging you an ridiculous amount. Not to mention after getting my tire rods replaced from them I left the shop with a new wiring problem which also cost too much money.

HORRIBLE! I have a 2006 Jeep Commander and started having front end issues. I went to Xtreme Jeep because they did a good job when I previously needed new wheels and tires. Thats not the case anymore. They diagnosed my issue as bad bushings on the front wheels and replaced them for $1,000. This did NOT fix the issue and when I returned they said the front tires were rubbing on the inside of the wheel well. After charging me $600 for a leveling kit to raise my jeep, guess what...nothing was fixed. I finally went to Ferman Jeep, got it properly diagnosed and FIXED. My u-joint (permanently attached to the driveshaft) was going bad and caused damage to the front differential. I called Xtreme Jeep and was put on hold in order to talk with the new owner (he never picked up), but Jesse (who I had been dealing with on the repairs) finally answered and said he would look for a replacement differential for me and get back to me with a quote. Well, its been a month now, I wasted $1,600 at Xtreme Jeep and Im still waiting on Jesses phone call. Ferman Jeep did an awesome job for me, let me inspect the damaged parts, gave me a 2 year warranty plus a free 2017 Wrangler 4 door to drive while my Commander was in the shop. Ill never recommend Xtreme Jeep to anyone again! Sad!!!

UPDATE: so today while driving the Jeep that is kept under cover and has only 3k miles on it since I purchased it from Xtreme THE REPLACED CLUTCH MENTIONED BELOW FELL OUT.I contacted them to see what they were willing to do and was told that it was two years ago and a 24yo Jeep and they wouldn’t stand behind the clutch they installed and only had 3k of in town beach driving on it.STAY AWAY FROM Xtreme.I purchased a 1994 Jeep Wranger from Xtreme a few weeks ago. Admittedly, I did not take it to my mechanic before purchasing so this is actually on me, but I think it is worth noting that the Jeep had significant problems that needed attention not the least of which was the need to replace the leaf spring, the tie rod, both pitman ends, the frame bushings, the steering shock, and the rear transmission seal. Additionally, the radiator hoses (upper and lower), valve cover gasket, and thermostat had to be replaced. All to the tune of about $2500. I had a false sense of security when CJ told me that they had gone over the entire Jeep and replaced the clutch but that everything else looked good.Im not dissatisfied with the Jeep or my experience, but I should have taken the Jeep to my mechanic before finalizing the deal. I write the review as a cautionary tale.

Told me I could come over for an install on Saturday at 11 and no one was there even though there are posted Saturday hours..... it’s and hour later and still nothing me is here or answering the line.... I drove 1.5 hours to get there and no one showed
