These guys were great!! I would recommend them to anyone!!! They were so awesome and patient with me while I had to deal with my insurance company who was awful! My car sat at the shop for over a month and the were very understanding about it. Special shout out to Eric who was my life line to my car! He kept in contact with me the entire time I was without my car. He returned every text message and phone call right away and kept me updated at all times! And he answered my questions about my insurance as it was my first time ever dealing with this and had no idea what I was doing. When I got my final cost I almost had a heart attack as my insurance only covered partial of a $2600 bill. He found a used but safe part to use instead of a brand new one and it brought my cost down $1000!! I walk out paying less than $500 in the end! My car is doing great and I am so grateful to them! As a single mom living 1000 miles away from family they jumped in to ensure my steering issue was fixed as quickly as possible to safely get me back on the road. But not only that - the level of service they offer is like nothing I have ever experienced from a automotive shop. I greatly appreciate this business and the extra touches they go out of the way to do to make it such a personalized experience for the customers. Our brakes started making terrible grinding noises just before our return drive from Florida to Michigan. We had no idea where we were so googled auto shops nearby and these guys came up with great reviews. We stopped in at 3:30 without calling ahead and they squeezed us in. They had our van inspected and rear brakes replaced by 5:30. The customer service was Fantastic. We were so grateful to get back on the road so quickly especially since we have 4 little kids! Highly recommend!

They do a full check of your vehicle and present the results without being pushy to do fixes with them unlike other places. Easy to make and confirm appointments. I trust that they take good care of my vehicle and take pride in the quality of their work. Waiting room is clean and always has something to drink or snack while waiting.

I have used Christian Brothers in the past so when I needed brake lines I chose them first so I wouldnt be taken advantage of as the issue was serious. Paid $60 for diagnosis and was told since my truck 11 years old, parts cannot be found. Received a quote of nearly $1300 for custom brakes plus another about $3k in other necessary work. Needless to say, I was able to find more than a dozen companies able to deliver factory lines for 75 to 100, with 5 in the area. Guess even honest companies will try and gouge you if they see an opportunity. Sorry, wont ever consider again. Maybe new management or something, but look elsewhere to avoid being robbed.

I had the greatest experience servicing my car here for the first time! The staff is heaven-sent. John & Greg are great!! No one looks forward to having their car serviced but at Christian Brothers Automotive they make the process so seamless. The service needed on my car was a little more complex and pricier than an oil change and I’m so glad that I put it in their hands!! The turn around time was so quick! When I picked up my car they sanitized it and handed me a keychain punch card for a free oil change after any 3 services! I was also pleasantly surprised to find an ice cold water bottle in my cup holder when I got in my car. I will definitely be a regular here now!

Greg and Ann Marie are so patient and kind with every customer in the lobby and on the phone. Loved the JOY FM playing in the lobby. Appreciate the bottled water for the road and bringing my car around when finished servicing. It’s like family at CBA!

AC Problems?? PLEASE READThe reason I am unsatisfied and wouldnt recommend this shop to others is because of the amount of time/money I spent there without any resolution.I stopped by in December with my AC not blowing cold. They recharged the ac, and put in dye so they can find the leak when I come back once I notice its not working again. Less than a month later, I return and they said they found the leak. Repaired it, and also said I needed a new radiotor because there was a leak as well. I agreed for them to fix it and after driving away that day... I assumed everything was fixed.Less than a month later, the same problem with the AC occurred. Not blowing cold air. I called very upset and disappointed because after spending well over $3,000 in the past few months there for repairs, my original problem that brought me there wasnt resolved. They looked at the car and said they found another leak that will cost over $1600 because of where the leak is located, but also admitted on the invoice that their might be a secondary leak that they cant find. Doesnt that sound like a joke to you? After spending all that money to get it taken care of originally, they say its going to cost more and they might not know if its even fixed after these repairs are done.This is absolutely ridiculous. I drive in my car frequently for work, and not having AC has been a terrible experience. But whats been a more terrible experience is going back and forth with this company, and spending thousands of dollars with no resolution. This past year has been rough for everyone, and honestly I am SHOCKED about the quality of service from this repair shop.

I visited this shop on 1/29/21 and the service was excellent. The two ladies at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. My service advisor, Greg, was also very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and they offer refreshments. I was able to use their WiFi to work while I waited for my car. Definitely returning for future service.

My car was knocking and stalling. On my way to work on day three of the experience with our car, I was able to pull into my job before it completely gave out. I called Christian Brothers and they could check it out for me. The car was towed there and by late afternoon I had a diagnosis. They proceeded with the work and came back with a few problems that were pricey, but manageable. The great thing about my experience is that I was not left out of the loop. When the diagnostic and the subsequent work didnt fix the problem, Greg called me himself to let me know that they had missed something and would need to hold the car and what the cost would be. Once I drove the car and still wasnt satisfied, Greg again offered to check, fix and pay for a rental. My husband and I didnt need the rental, but we appreciated the offer and the integrity it took for them to acknowledge that they had missed something. We have a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country that, after being repaired at Christian Brothers, purrs like a kitten and performed well on our Christmas trip that would otherwise have been a nightmare. I already know that car repairs can be costly. Im also familiar with the unscrupulous reputation of some car repair businesses. Christian Brothers on Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel, from front desk service to management, creates a standard for others to follow. I will use their automotive services to ride my vehicle until the wheels pop off!

Very honest and professional business. I went to them with an issue related to my a/c and they have done thorough inspection keeping the car whole day and upon not realizing any leak or issue they have refilled the freon and advised to keep checking the system and if it happens again they would know because of die test and wont charge me for diagnosis. I am very pleased with the way they have kept me informed and providing the honest service to the customers.

Brakes had a squeak, oil change, maintenance was needed in preparation for a long road trip. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service I received and witnessed today. They offered to shuttle me home, they were extremely busy, but kids were home and I brought my laptop for work. I was there from 830a-1p. An elderly gentleman came in for a tire patch. He had run over a nail @ Lowes. A few minutes after his car was taken, he noticed he left his wallet at home and apologized for the inconvenience. He was told not to worry, I trust you. We will get it fixed and just call us when you get home. I honestly couldnt believe what I was hearing, was I really at an auto repair shop? After running a diagnostic on my car, I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. Theres probably about 35k more miles left on your pads. What? You mean youre not about to find a way to charge me for something I believed needed repair? The entire staff was so amazing, they continued to ask if I needed anything, water, coffee, snacks... and they even had my radio station on (joyfm). I had my filters changed, transmission fluid changed, alignment, oil change and new wipers :) lol! Walked out with an extremely reasonable bill and when I got in the car a bottle of water and a noticeable improvement in my ride!! Thank you, Christian Brothers, you all have a new customer.

I have been going here since about 2 yrs... I moved to Tampa a little over 3 yrs ago.. Took a while to find this place.. But, in these 2 years, stayed with them for all my car problems. Their 4th visit for oil change is free. In general, a little expensive.. Hence the 4 Stars.!

Alignment not completed , said camber bolt and tie rod lock nut were rusty on passenger side. Took it home and lossened them up with simple hand tools.they would never make it up north as mechanics. They charged full price for an incomplete job. Never again plus they charge too much......

My AC wasnt running cold. I paid for a recharge of the Freon. They said it was full and ran a diagnostic. The diagnostic they said determined my AC compressor was shot and needed replaced total cost to repair would have been over $1500. I bought a $20 ac pressure switch on Amazon took off bumper and swapped it. Problem solved. I called them back and they said he will let his technician know that their equipment was wrong. Does this sound like the place you want to go. Not to me. I will take my brake and tires replacement else where.

Super friendly, great online quoting system that allows you to see and approve/deny any work. These folks go out of their way to work with you. Ive used them exclusively for the past 2 years for repairs and tuning check-ups.

We called first to explain our problem and figure fees out and they talked us through it first to try to save us the time and money. They already earned our business with that phone call. When my husband still couldnt figure it out, we decided to tow it there and the whole team went above and beyond for us. Our faith in humanity is restored. The folks at Christian Brothers took care of me not once but twice. First the A/C condenser and then a busted CV boot. The honesty and the willingness to work with their customers. My experience has made me a repeat customer.

Really exceptional experience with these guys - so much so that Ive officially made the switch from servicing my vehicles at the Jeep & Toyota dealerships to here.When I called here for the first time a few weeks ago about a nail in our Jeeps tire, they were able to get me in the same day and out within about a half an hour. But even before I came in, the girl was super nice on the phone and happy to give me a very reasonable quote. The Jeep dealership was going to charge a significant amount more and couldnt even squeeze me in the rest of the week. So I decided to give CBA a try. But to my complete (and pleasant) surprise, they not only fixed it and did a full diagnostic check on my car but they also didnt charge me a dime! Eric said since it luckily wasnt deep enough to be in a compromising position, he and his team at CBA were happy to remove it for free. There was one thing that the diagnostic check caught that he made me aware and explained but didnt say it was an urgent fix at all. And he waited to tell me about it after I was out the door, so not the typical, hey, you have this issue which we can fix for xxx amount more while we have it in here, which I appreciated.Leaving with such a good experience last time, I vowed to bring my other car (Toyota Corolla) back for an oil change which they just completed for me today. Rather than the typical 3-month/~3000mi change, the one CBA does doesnt need to be changed until about 7,500mi which I thought was nice. And again, upon completion, Eric reminded me of an issue I was aware of from previous servicings elsewhere regarding the timing cover. He gave me a price quote for it to take home but also gave me advice on how to know when it might need to actually be done. He suggested checking the oil level on a monthly basis as an indicator of if it had progressively gotten worse. Until then, he said it should be fine.Overall, just very impressed with the level of friendly service and willingness to explain everything in depth in a way that I can understand and I appreciate that because its something well beyond what Ive experienced from any other auto shop Ive been to in the past. And most of all, you can tell theyre honest and transparent.. not the easiest quality to find in a shop. Thanks CBA team, you guys are awesome!!

We love the Christian Brothers Auto shop in Wesley Chapel!! We just moved here and found ourselves with a car emergency. After reading Google reviews, we called these guys and Eric answered (at 730am which was awesome)and he was so helpful, honest, and professional, and offered to look at the car immediately. He had the problem diagnosed within a few hours, called with a thorough estimate, and then repaired my car the same day!! We definitely feel lucky to have found our new mechanic so quickly. The staff provided me free ride home after I dropped my car there for inspections and a ride to the shop after they fixed my car. I wanted to change oil and inspect brakes, and I received quotes online and checked the items although the brake changes was no in the list. However, I still checked a few items on the list and they made changes for me. Overall review is good, but I didn’t receive any updates about what service has been made when I went back to the shop. I hope the front desk can tell me a little bit more about what services had been done.

Amazing service! They were super nice and professional and quick. I thought my transmission was going out and it ended up being less than $200. The car drives like new. Very honest people. And...they delivered my car to my home since I wasnt able to make it to them. This shop goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing. I brought my 1963 Eldorado Cadillac in for a diagnosis of an internment starting problem. I explained to them that once in a while the car will just not start. They kept the car for two days and the problem would not happen while in the shop which is no surprise. They told me to call then next time it will not start and they would send somebody out.....and THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A PENNY FOR ANYTHING. They also picked me up at my house when I called and everybody was so professional. Cleanest waiting room I have ever scene. This shop is a WINNER!

I have taken my car to CBA for about 2 years now. They always do an excellent job on my vehicle. Every time I go, they explain things thoroughly to me & help me to understand which repairs need to be completed, as well as which are priority. I don’t know a lot about cars or their parts, so I greatly appreciate this! They are fair & honest. Staff is very warm & welcoming. This is the only place I take my car & I have absolutely no complaints.I also greatly appreciate their free shuttle, it’s incredibly accommodating for my work schedule. I brought my wifes 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in to have an HID bulb replaced. The job was accomplished in FIVE MINUTES by a friendly and professional young man. At the end of the job, the owner of the business greeted me personally and presented me with the bill. Let me just say, the bill was a VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE. Compared to what the local dealership would have charged, this was almost like, well, getting the job for free...I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles to this establishment for any work that can be done by a non-dealer.I will recommend Christian Brothers to anyone I talk to.

One of the worst experiences Ive had with Christian Brothers Automotive new tampa today. This place mislead and ripped you off. I had my car towed there to get engine and battery sign on. I did mention twice to front desk employee (Annemarie)I would like to have both checked.They charged me $802 and I thought engine diagnostic inspection is included. I trusted them and paid. I checked the receipt few minutes later at home and saw first, it says “Declined on Engine Diagnostic Inspection” which I never have second, my name spelling was totally off. I have corrected twice my name including a writing.I called and told them I never have declined this engine checked service rather requested twice to have done. Employee never showed any regret for her mistake. Talked to the owner, mr. Marty and felt I really wasted my time. My car engine sign came back again within half an hour after the service. I just paid $802 and according to the owner if I go back to them I have to pay in addition $109.99 even it was their negligence.They tell their customer they are always honest and sincere but I found just opposite.Please don’t mislead people!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

These guys are so legit. I recently moved in the area, and needed a mechanic to provide service to a used car i bought. They also provided me a courtesy inspection, and told me what repairs they recommend in the future. Never tried to push me to do anything unnecessary. Ive dealt with a bunch of shady mechanics where i used to live, and these guys dont give that vibe.

Best service and honest estimates. Owner is on premises nearly every day unless he is giving rides to customers. Eric is the manager who is very knowledgeable and always open to talking to you.

I just took my car there for a simple oil charge because I was tired of other places trying to up sell me on other services or overcharging me in the first place. Boy, am I sorry I didn’t take my car here SOONER! They were so honest, pleasant, communicative, and all around awesome. They gave me rides to and from work when I dropped my car off, too! Great place! Got my car right in at 8 and it was done before 1pm. They drove me to work and picked me back up. Great prices and didnt try to make me pay for a bunch of other things. They gave me a list of some other stuff that would be helpful to fix in the future but werent pushy about it at all. Staff was super nice and friendly too. Overall great place and hands down the best customer service. I will definitely be going back there for anything with my car.
