The parts department called me as soon as I ordered the parts. He wanted me to know the part would be delayed. Well it didnt take as long as they thought and I received it early.Really nice that would take the time to make a call and talk person to person in a professional and friendly manner.The question is, would I used them again? I can get all the parts I need for my 2004 Outback at a better price than many online retailers, but with the advantage of dealing with great person-to-person customer service. If you order online and pickup at Reeves, you can also get additional discounts. It is always worth talking to Tony (Subaru) to make sure you get the right part for your car. I could not be more pleased.

I am a long time customer (15 yrs.) with Reeves, and found the online ordering pretty good, the follow through is bad. I placed the parts order online and rather paying $10.00 shipping to my house 5 miles away I opted to pickup. I never received a call or email and I had to complete the follow through. I hope Ms. Reeves sees this.

After talking to one of the very knowledgeable salespeople, he obtained the correct color for my Subaru, which was not evident from the website.Part arrived in a week as he had said.
