Do your self a favor and go to a different parts store. This is the worst place. the people working there have no idea what they are doing. The manager Herman is a poor leader and passes the buck by saying he is not responsible for any of his employees actions. Save your time and money and go to another parts store. These people will give you nothing but aggravation.

Not a good experience at all. On a busy day you better pack a lunch and a drink. The line gets really long and it moves very slow. On a positive note napa did have what I was looking for .

I understand that there are times when businesses can get overwhelmed w/ customers & never ending phone calls, but to be standing in line & have the employee look directly in your eyes & then completely ignore you. Its rude & uncalled for. I wanted headlamp bulbs no part# catalog to verify compatibility, so needed to use the trusty smart device to obtain part # instead of waiting in line twice. Then another 20 min goes by ,no exaggeration! Employee takes 2 phone calls & then checks cell phone before calling next customer. If I didnt have all my rewards saved, I would have gone else where. 3 stars because @ least the parts are working correctly unlike the employees! Thanks have a BLESSED day!

Order 1 radiator hose online plus antifreeze etc for delivery on June 30th. Called July 2nd asking for order status told order was processed wrong and could not change it just to come over to pick up order it is ready I am a disabled military veteran that cannot walk so I made arrangements for someone to pick the parts up. paid them to go there to pick the order up it was not ready told order would be ready after 4pm waited till July 3rd called guess what order not ready worst service ever people nice but could care less that they are wasting your time and money so I just cancelled my order I will take my business elsewhere

Do not ever deliver here!! Appointment was for 8am its now 2pm and Im still waiting. Nobody knows whats going on. Second time Ive delivered here and it has happened both times. I will not be back. Horrible place. Very slow and unorganized. The manager wont even come talk to me and tell me whats going on.

I came into the location after ordering $600 worth of car parts I was not greeted by anyone and I walked up to the register where 2 employees plus the manger were standing, I sat there and waited while they continued to have their conversation and I was not even acknowledged until about 5 minutes after just standing their poor customer service and they didn’t have all my parts this is my first time buying from Napa and will probably be my last

Wouldnt go back. I went to look for a spare part at the place. This was recommended to me by another automobile parts shop. The guy at the counter simply told me to get the part from a dealer. It would have been better if he just said that they dont have it. A bad experience. Disappointed.

I hope my visit is out of character. There I was, the only customer in the store. 4 employees, two of which I brushed shoulders with and 1 who passed me in the same isle managed to not say a word until I was walking to the door. The comment was simply are you having trouble finding something you are looking for? My visit was all of 5 minutes so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.

The worst, rudest people weve ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost. Especially the horrible woman that works the mixed paint department. Rude, completely unprofessional. Gave us the wrong color paint TWICE, wouldnt tell us the system changed and our color wasnt available until AFTER we painted the car door panel. Nice! ☹ 3 days of work and we have to start over. And NO REFUND!Then even lied about the clear coat, gave us the one that doesnt match what we got from them previously and then she said its the same only the label changed and its the only one they carry. Not true!! They actually carry 3 of them. Go across the street to NICE people that will HELP YOU!! Trust me.

I like the store because they give customers a discount if you have a AAA card. The person that rang up my merchandise seemed unfamiliar with this policy & wasnt paying attention. I dont know if he was new or what the issue was but I gave him my AAA card I asked him did I receive my discount he said yes I should have checked my receipt because I didnt receive my discount & one of my items (a flash light) did not work.

Napa know how has failed I purchase many parts at the store in the area and other stores as well their prices arent exactly least expensive and they are somewhat at a premium.do come with a sense of pride and the people that give them to you have a sense of knowledge. This recent experience was one of the worst ever anyone could experience is left me without a vehicle and times that I need it most.. I use my vehicle for personal as well as business and its the only way that I can make money these days.whats worse the person that made the mistakes and gave me the parts that were warranty n out okay what is an assistant manager twice at the main distribution center on on Nebraska. I was changing the starter on my Toyota Sequoia which is under warranty..... after exchanging the first one I should have known that this was going to be a problem then its something was wrong with their starters.the starter is on top of the engine you have to take the manifold off you have to take the gaskets off which Ive never offered to even subsidize the price on any of those materialsthis place has begun three times because of the starters that they gave me you did not work the second and the third starter the worst mistake that the assistant manager made gave me a starter for an Arctic engine. Ok okay just being the biggestmistake the assistant manager in his Napa know-how and his assurance that that was the right part did a horrible damaging to my engine.. they left me with no means of transportation no means an idea of how to fix it.however acknowledging the mistake and telling me what it would do and this is what I get.... I wasnt sure to call back from some manager and I never I do believe this can be worked OUT. Is epi stand behind their parts.I honestly feel like its going to be a big argument a big fuss in a big fight Ive not going back in there but Napa should contact me as the manager was supposed to and Napa should make this right because with all of their commercials and everything they stand with their Napa know how they ruin my engine..

Huge store on Floida Ave. Had my air filter at a great price, much less than Carmax where I had service done and easy for me to install. Also got brake fluid and a 6 volt flashlight battery. All 10% off being a AAA member.

I walked in at 2:30pm Saturday to buy 1 spark-plug. I had the part # I needed and was 3rd in line. I stood in line for nearly 10 minutes as the 2 cashiers spent all that time talking to customers. Myself and the others in line gazed at the other employees stocking the shelves and twiddling their thumbs. Finally, when it was my turn, I waited another 5 minutes for them to fetch my spark plug out of their warehouse. If you only need something simple like a spark-plug, or really anything that you can buy elsewhere, DO IT. Only come to NAPA if its youre only option, you have all day, or you are simply clueless like the majority of customers that walk in are

Cost more on some parts but they get dealership parts too other stores dont and staff knows cars too bad machine shop with Chip closed that guy was great machinist/mechanic real hard worker did a few parts i would have never been able too do like cylinder rehoning clutch rebuild to breaking bolt free my air tools wouldnt idk why they closed machine dept but that was a plus

Wait time is horrible. No cashier. All at the back counter you have to wait for those ahead of you to order and if you have items of the shelf it took 30 minutes with 4 people ahead of me. The lady at the counter let the manager know she only had two 5 dollar bills and need change. Managements answer was make it work with what she had. With a bunch of people in the store. Napa has parts tools that you cant find elsewhere, but the service at location and it happens to be a corporate location is horrible. I only come here as last resort.

Its always crowded, the staff are nice but not very smart, and they have a good selection if parts because this is the distro center. 3 stars because it can take forever to get in and out with how busy they are and how little their employees know what to do. Went to Napa on Florida the main Distribution Center been going there for decades just wanted to go in there and buy some royal purple and go to the cash register and be able to leave but they took out the cash register for people that just want to walk in and buy something you now have to wait in line for people that wanting Parts just to buy something and get out of there Ive always been a big fan of Napa in their car but they need to put that cash register about near some people that are just buying something out of the store can get in and get out a nice lady helped me get my oil paid for and get out of there other people and a half of always been very nice I miss Jim

They have the parts. Hope you dont mind waiting for them. In the last three visits, I spent an hour in line the 1st time and 20 min at the counter and there were only 3 people in front of me. It took 35 minutes in line the 2nd visit and 25 min at the counter and there was only 1 person in front of me. The third visit, I called on the phone and was put directly on hold and then left there for 1 hour and 37 minutes listening to Napa Know how before I borrowed my sons phone and called customer service who walked over to the parts side and checked on my parts arrival for me. All the while I was still on hold. I held for 1 hour and 52 min before hanging up on them. They never answered.

Was told to go there to pick up a part from another store. The other store said the part would be on the counter. When I got there not only wasnt the part on the counter I had to wait 45 min. to pick it up. When I arrived spoke to the counter woman she advised it needed to be picked to be brought down should only be 2 min. I said no problem and stepped aside. 5 min later same counter person asked if I needed help. After I said that I was waiting for my part she asked who helped me ?? Told her you did and her reply was I Did ! Waited another 5 mins she asked again. While standing there another costomer waljed up to counter woman that served me wanted to exchange parts that was wrong. After getting the wrong part again the fellow asked her if she had been drinking this morning ? She teplied nothing then he asked if she smoked anything she responde no. I dont beleive she was stoned jist incompetent. She had no business serving customers. My opinion she should have pulling orders instead. If didnt need this part so desperately I would have walked out. I waited almost an hour for a part that was supposed to be ready.Lesson leaned never use this location ever again !! Very poor service !!

Undependable liars. Its on the way. Should take 20 minutes. 40 minutes later same spiel, on the way now. After 1 hour and 40 minutes the delivery man finally arrives. I missed work and I missed a doctors appt for which I fasted 14 hours. Now I have to pay for the visit that I missed, reset the appt and fast again.KISS MY A**!
