I had ordered 4 new rims and 4 new tires to GTW back in late winter/early spring after about a month of communicating with “Junior” he finally had gotten the wheels, except I still waited on the day of pick up because they actually weren’t ready? Anyway after a couple hours in the parking lot I got the wheels and Junior even recommended a garage up the street to have them put on. A little while after I got the wheels put on (about 6 weeks) the rear passenger side tire started leaking air. I noticed that it was a very small leak so I refilled the tire and didn’t think about it for several weeks. Then I started noticing the leak becoming bigger. I am having to refill the tire every 2 days. I have been texting Junior about replacing the tire and he left me unanswered for weeks on end. I kept reaching out and seeing if he could send the tire to my new location(I relocated for work and Junior seemed confident “his guy” could send the tire to me from somewhere else) however it is difficult to get straight answers from Junior and he replies once in a blue moon. Well I asked him today if he was still working on it and he told me I should just buy another because he wasn’t planning on following up any further about replacing my tire. Look the long and short of it is…..I got the wheels at a decent-ish price. And less than 6 months and only 2K miles later I am having to buy a replacement. These are nice enough people trying to make a dollar in this world, but they are by no means fine upstanding businessmen selling quality goods and services. Wish I would have gone somewhere else from the start. 🤙🏽

Tried to sign up with this vendor and was asked to hand over the security interest of my company to them. The manager explained that they need that paper signed just in case a credit card or check is declined. A credit card authorization form is enough for that and I am not willing to hand over the whole security interest of my company to this business. The owner was rude when I asked her if she has read the context of the letter she wanted me to sign. Asked me I owned a Corporation which I do and apparently she got no clue that LLC and Corp are very different business structures. Very uninformed and uneducated business owner with a nasty attitude. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Lady in the receptionist nice but I had to wait to pick up my order even though I made a phone call in advance so I can pick up by the time I get there which is about 20 to 30 minutes

Our shop always gets the tires there for our customers they always happy for the quality they getting. And always answer our questions. Keep up the good work

As a business owner when ever i needed advice or any concern the owner is always available and always have the best words of wisdom always deliver and try to support business since i started never had a no so GTW is a great company to get merchandise thank you for supporting us Keep it up and God bless

Beware, I had an account for my business with this company, they will wholesale to whoever using your account. I kept receiving emails for transactions for tires I never ordered. I called and spoke with an employee and told them I was not placing these orders and to only allow orders being shipped to our address no exceptions, next day received an email for another fraud order, called and said only orders by my name and set up a password that had to be given with every order. Within days had multiple emails for more fraud orders. Called back and complained once again so they gave me the addresses of the fraud orders and told me to investigate who they are allowing to purchase tires on my account and promised they wouldn’t allow it again, not even 2 days later I receive an email for another fraud order so I called back and told them to close my account Since they refuse to quit selling to the public on my account. The lady I spoke with said she disabled the account but we will see. I will be doing a follow up review if any more purchases are allowed on the “closed account”

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE****^I’ve been ordering tires since a long time ago, and the first time when my customer came back to me for a bad tire and she had a warranty, I’ve called them for the warranty for first time in my life, the lady I spoke with told me to fill up a form which I am ok with that, but this will take forever and they have to pick it and check what’s wrong with it and it will take days or weeks just for the investigation and I will have to buy from my money a tire and then they will see if they will refund my costumer or not! The lady make it very very complicated, when you work with big companies you won’t have this problem and they will send you the tire right a way but this people are unprofessional also they make your life very complicated , I stopped dealing with them but I have to share my story for you guys to know!

One of the worst customer service experience I have been involved with. I usually order online and they deliver to my shop with no problem. But on 9/16/2016 which was a Saturday. I was in need of a tire fast so I decided to drive up to GTW in person. Once I get there the young lady in the front desk wasnt able to pull up my account because she was misspelling my shops name. After 5 min of talking to her a person from the back office, im assuming a manager came out yelling saying I dont know you. Im looking at him like he was a crazy person. On top of all that they started to racially profile me in Spanish, not knowing that im from a Dominican descent and speak Spanish fluently. Base on my dark skin they thought I was from an African descent. So not only did I get bad service but I also was racially profiled which is very sad especially for a company that works with the public. Please treat everyone equal because at the end we are all humans!

Worst customer service company ever we buy lots of tires sold us a defective one and told us we cant exchange it because it was mounted unless theres a new way of determining if a tire is good with out putting it on you are screwed with this company. The complaint department is being transfered than put on hold for about 10 minutes to eventaully being told that the mail box is full. And the only way to get them to exhange and come get a tire is to buy more tires. But on the bright side it only took them a month to tell us this. Aviod this company

This place dont sell to the public if you looking to purchase tires go to a Tire store or repair shop, this place is only for B2B sales, unless they know you personally you will be question to confirm you are a authorize user of the account , is best if you order before going to pick up. All product we sell is warranty and cover by the Manufacture, We don’t have any equipment to install tires.
