Doug was very helpful, him and his crew were friendly and quick to give me a free diagnosis on my cars A/C. The following week I called up and asked if they had time to put in a new compressor. I arrived at 2pm and was out of there by 4pm with my car now blowing ice cold air again. Fair and competitive prices too ig your looking for a trustworthy shop this is it. Thank again you guys!

Doug is amazing! Really knows what he’s doing. I called all around and this is definitely the best value you can get for AC repair! He repaired my AC on my Honda CRV in one day, and showed us how cool the air was on another vehicle he had just repaired. Would highly recommend.

My elderly mother used this shop and he did not finish the work which he charged her for and was very rude to her . Also someone broke the latch to her glove compartment as it wasnt broken before she took it . In his response to her review all he has to say is her van was full of cleaning supplies and yes it was because she supplements her income cleaning houses for money she works her but off to earn and paid you for a job not completed. Shame on You

I used this mech twice this last time he broke my latch on my glove box door then denied he did it .he had to have broke it it was fine when I went there and dropped it off. Then I asked him why my check engine light was still on he said it was fine just the emissions

I called Doug and explained the situation with my daughters car, and he told me that he doesnt charge to check and diagnose it, do I did, and both Doug and his mechanic diagnosed the car and told me my options. They did the work, because they are honest and provided great quality work. I truly recommend this shop for all AC repair and light mechanic. Good to see that theres still good people out there. Affordable service

My AC went out in my car. There was absolutely no air coming out. I brought my car to Doug. He hit the area my blower was in and the AC came on. He told me that I would need a new blower motor but Id be okay for now. And then he charged me nothing!!!Doug is very honest. He could have easily taken advantage of my naivete and made some money. I would have been none the wiser. The way he handled it was much better. When it is time to replace my blower motor, I know exactly where to go. He has definitely gained a long term customer.

He showed me exactly what was wrong and wasted no time fixing it. Also was honest on exactly what is needed to be replaced. No costly extras that you dont need. Was a great experience. I called and told them my ac had stopped blowing cold and that I had enough free-on. He told me to come on by. Started doing some stuff, figured out the issue (burnt wire) and it was basically free because it was so quick but we agreed on a 30$ donation. I called another place and they instantly said it’s the compressor and wanted to charge me 700$. Doug is Amazing!!!

I had an issue with the power steering rack in my 2015 Honda Civic. After being quoted an absurd amount of money at the dealership for this service I decided to call Doug. He took initiative from the first time I called to make sure he had the part I needed and saw me the following Monday. Within a few hours he had my car as good as new for a fraction of the cost. I will recommend him to everyone!

A/C stop blowing cold on my way from work, took to affordable repairs next day and he diagnosed found problem and fixed within hour and half blowing colder than ever. I really appreciated his honesty and will be contacting him whenever I need any work done.

Took in for Ac repair. Would not recommend. They had to run errands like other reviews said. The mechanic was cool but I feel I knew a little more. All they did was take apart simple part from my gmc jimmy and put them back. The only thing they did was put a piece of black piping into what they thought was the ac drain. Even then they did not guarantee that it would work to help fix my problem. My problem seemed to be a clogged ac drain and was wetting my passenger side. Money just gone to waste. Take your car to a shop that knows how to handle things the right way. Not quick fixes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Diagnosed and fixed my electrical A/C problem. Had me back on the road in like 3 hours, and like the name of his business, was very affordable. Highly recommend.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I have to choose 1. This place should not be in business. I took my car to them in July because my ac was blowing hot air. They were busy and advised it would take about 2/12 hours to get to my car and get to the root cause of issue. I had already told them that there was a shortage somewhere to the ac because thats what they told me at another place I went to before I came to them but they didnt do AC work there. So they (Affordable AC) offered a quick fix to get AC blowing cold which they advised I would be out in 30 min so I said ok. They did not say this would damage my car or what this fix was. Well they ran a hotwire/speaker wire whatever it was from the electrical unit to the AC. Now my car is in the shop because it caught a fire underneath where the compressor was due to too much power being sent that way. Now my car is in the shop and so far at $1100 in parts and still dont know how much labor is yet. So I call the owner up to try to resolve issue. Being that at some point I understand I would have probably needed to replace some parts I offered owner to cover 50 % of the damages but he declined he offered to give me $75 dollars back that I spent that day back. Total waste of money the AC blew cold air for less than a month and went out again. I would shut off car and take key out and AC was still running. So now my next step is a complaint with BBB and after that is small claims court and he can pay for everything. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, MONEY, AND TIME!!!!

Do not go to affordable. Its only one person that does the fixing and he is horrible he lied to me and took my money. When I took my car to other mechanics they told me my compressor is bad so I called affordable to just get one more opinion he told me no they are just trying to get me for my money so I took my car to him to fix my a/c he told me it would be $250 to put some stop & leak to stop it from leaking he knew that it wouldnt last but he still cheated me out my money and failed to tell me that so after he fixed my air worked it for 10mins only. so I called him he said bring it back he fixed it again after I left the same thing happen again. So I called him he said bring it tomorrow so for a week straight I had to keep going back to him to fix it instead for him to tell me my compressor is bad like everyone else he still wanted to cheat me out of my money. After that week My car air never worked and when I brought my car back for the 8th time he finally tells me my compressor is bad after he took $250 from me.Please save your money and take it else where this place is not where you want to spend your money.

Terrible no service !! I had a unique problem with my ac they claimed they were geniuses ,however they could not figure it out and when I came back 3 different times, they refused to see me every time with excuses of being too busy or they didnt eat lunch yet etc. I asked if I could come back after he had lunch and they still said no. Who does that?
