Never returned my phone calls to have my windshields replaced on my 18 wheeler. Will never reccomend them to anyone

This company was fantastic! The moment my insurance approved the windshield claim they were on the phone scheduling an appointment to come out to my house. The technicians were on time and provided quality work while being very time efficient. Our SunPass was perfectly transitioned to our new windshield, but unfortunately our oddly shaped and precariously placed community entry sticker was missed in the transfer.I texted the rep the next day expecting it to have already been junked. My account manager was able to track down our old windshield, retrieve the sticker from the crew, and have it in the mail first class on the way to me that very day! Due to the electronics in the glass ours required a windshield calibration team to come out the next day which was completely coordinated by Patriot. They were also on time and extremely efficient. No sooner did they leave than the sticker arrived in the mail with a confirmation text making sure everything went off without a hitch! The woman I was dealing with was named Cindy and she was outrageously professional, courteous, and understanding. I’ll never go through another company for windshield replacement again! Save yourself the head ache, this team is 100% legit!

Scheduling a replacement was a breeze.They did a great job with my car’s windshield replacement! They took the time to make sure I completely understood the process and knew all of my options. The replacement was completely covered with my insurance and I didn’t have to pay anything!!I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a glass company for their car!

Phil was very professional with getting my 2014 Lexus IS350 all situated with a new windshield! There installers also were just as professional, called 20-30min prior to appointment and even order new weather strips ahead of time to make sure everything is as perfect as it can be. The installers were in and out in less than 20 minutes!!! I highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass for your auto glass needs!!!

Had my windshield replaced on my 2010 BMW M3. Was skeptical about having anyone but BMW do it but Installer was on time and professional. Came out amazing and told me i have a warranty. I just received my savings card they sent me in the mail. Very pleased with their customer service.

My experience with this company has been horrible, Working with the manager phillip was very unprofessional and frustrating. I wish I could give this company negative stars because even one stars is to good.I would never consider working with or for this company in the future. There lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Even in the comments.

Wyatt (who, owns the business and is posing as a customer on the reviews) approached me at a gas station to get my business. They said they would be there on Monday. No show. I got a hold of a guy who said he would be out the next morning. No show. I called again and hours later a lady called me back and rescheduled for Thursday. No show. I called and called and called and no one has gotten back with me. They approached me for my business and I had to chase them down. My glass is still not fixed. Horrible experience.

I had my windshield replaced in December 2017 after being approached in the Sams parking lot. I scheduled my appointment and a guy came and replaced the windshield. My epass sticker and satellite radio case, which were both attached to the windshield, were put on so loose that they both peeled off/fell off that afternoon. I asked the tech about the method that was used to attach these, seemed poorly done, and was told that they do it all the time and have never had issues. The rubber seal around my windshield is coming off, it flaps in the wind when my wipers are on. I havent been able to get a hold of anyone to come fix it. I just found out they charged my insurance company almost $700 for this poor work. I dont recommend using this company. I will have to call another company to fix their poor work. UPDATE: I just read your response and I am surprised you wrote that since you didnt contact me at all but are making it seem like you did. Also, the rubber seal is coming off, why would a new windshield and not a rubber seal be your solution...so you can bill my insurance again? YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME! If you really want to resolve this, give me your name and phone number and do not post fake responses to a real review.

I received a call from someone named phill late last week about my cracked windshield by patriot auto glass I let them know I wasn’t interested then this phill guy shows up to my house after I made it very clear I did not want to do business with him especially after showing up to my residence . honestly am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of phill showing up to my house trying to sell the glass right after I had spoken to him hours previously

Ive used Patriot Auto glass on two separate occasions. The first was when someone broke into my car and smashed the side window. They came to my office and had it fixed and cleaned up in no time. They even vacuumed the broken glass.The second time was for a crack in my windshield. Again came to my office to do the repair. Everyone is awesome to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. :)

I was approached by a sales representative when I was at a car wash about a chip on my windshield. She was very professional & scheduled an appointment for a replacement. I was impressed with the service and really like that they have a lifetime warranty too!

Hopefully they treat other people better than they treat me. They called me at 9pm on a Friday night and wasted a half hour of my time and then called me again at 9:30pm on the following Sunday night which I didnt answer. I ended up letting my insurance company handle it and they chose another vender. This guy is now texting me calling me an idiot, a scumbag, and hopefully you dont get some random smashed windshield by accident LMFAO. BUYER BEWARE!!

Their warranty is a lie. They replaced my glass and LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LATER, it cracked. They refused to replace the sub standard glass they put in.

My husband got his windshield done in 2018 and now his sealed messed up and leaking water inside his truck and now has messed up his fuse box in his vehicle this is totally unacceptable and I need to contact someone cause it’s some explaining that needs to be done and obviously some more work plus the fuse box and any other problems that has been caused by the fuse box

Patriot Auto Glass is a new company, as with any new company they have a lot of issues they need to work out, like communication between the installers and the customers. Youre told that the installer will contact you 30 to 60 minutes before installation, however that was not the case. I was rescheduled three times. The first time the installer brought the wrong glass after being over an hour late, the second time the installer was a no call no show, and the third time the installer was running over 2hrs late soI went ahead and canceled their services.

Had no idea it was free and this quick to replace my windshield! Thanks patriot auto glass!
