Poor quality, will not use or recommend this service.At time of replacement glass was told glass have life time warranty.Glass fail 19 days after was installed, on phone they rejecting warranty replacement.It fail by poor quality, it has no sign of something hit glass

My daughter had an appointment set with Luis for a new windshield. I set the appointment with him to be done at her work in Riverview buuuuuttttt at last minute the next day when appointment was scheduled my daughters boss called and told her that she will be working the Westchase location. So I called him to let him know. He was awesome. He said no problem I will get to her today and here I was thinking he was going to reschedule. Glass Masters are the only guys you need to call to replace your windshield! Safelite tried to pull a fast one and replace my windshield with a knock off glass and then had the nerve to try to charge me for OEM glass for my Mercedes Benz. Glass masters stepped in and got me a new windshield directly from Mercedes-Benz and had one of their top installers come by the house and had me back on the road good as new in an hour. A++++

My side window was broken last night, called Luis this morning, he installed my new window today, he was prompt, very professional, installed the window fast and at a very reasonable price, telling all my friends and family if they need this service to call Luis, extremely pleased.
