Someone threw a rock in my car window. I was devastated. I found this place on google. Called. And the owner cam straight to drive my car to the shop because i was scared to drive it. I took my 2021 Silverado up here for a window replacement and they scratched my paint real deep taking the rubber off with a screw driver!They didn’t want to take responsibility and left me with repairing the damages they caused out of pocket! Don’t go here.The shop is unprofessional and trash all over the place inside and the owner doesn’t take responsibility of his employees mistakes! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

When I heard about this place, someone told me that its $99.00 for a replacement windshield, but as I was going over the estimate they told me $150.00 to weld the passenger side of the cab, & $150.00 to replace my windshield. $300.00 might sound like a LOT, but in the end & the long run,------its well worth it!!!!!

I was dreading getting my windshield replaced on my Titan. The last quote I got was a place down the street from where I live. Something told me to check craigslist, and I found their add. I reached out, and found that my windshield would be a little more than the $99. I expected this because of it being for a Titan, and the previous quote I got. They gave me a quote over the phone that I could not believe, they beat my local company by more than 50%. I was able to get it in the next business day, and only took an hour. I could not have been more happier with the results and this company. Will refer them to anyone that needs glass work done.

I run a business with a straight truck and the windshield was smashed in a storm. New World Auto Glass was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. They had all the equipment, and dealt with the insurance (after I made my claim and let my insurance know the company I was using). They finished the work in the time they stated. It was a quick and simple process, it was nice to have my time valued for a change.

This glass repair company is the worst. They say you get what you pay for. Ive gone back on three occasions since initial repair was made. There were missing parts, scratches on the my car. I spoke with the owner on all my occasions he does not guaranteed the work, no refunds are allow even with the receipt in my hand. They just want to get you in and they they treat you like a number and you happiness or satisfying dies not matter. I recommend paying more with guarantee satisfaction, not wasting time you dont have. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place was absolutely awesome. I was quoted a huge range of prices from several glass shops to replace a quarter glass window and this shop not only quoted me the best price they followed up with the advice to search local used parts places for the glass itself and they would install it. At the end of the day, I saved a ton of money and my car was serviced in 30 minutes! They run an awesome business and although I hope to not have any need for their services, if I do, Ill be coming back to this shop. Also, the guy working the front desk is handsome as hell!

If I could I would give them zero stars i would. They were easy to work with to schedule the mobile windsheild replacement and said I did not need to be present for the work to be done. After I inspected my vehicle the seal was not done properly. I can hear the air coming through as I drive. It also looks like they used a crowbar to pry off the moldings which are loosely hanging on. They damaged the top of my vehicle. I came to them first to show them and they denied everything. They said maybe someone tried to break in. Arent you going to paint it anyway? Dont you have full coverage? I told them that I would be taking this up with my insurance and asked for an invoice. As he handed me it he said We are all trying to make money right? Stay away from this place if you know what is good for you.

Great Job Start to finish! Spoke with Matthew and he did Exactly what he said he would do, came in a little early, appt was at noon and I was pulling my car in right at noon, he said he would have me out by 1pm and so I went across the street, had some lunch and came back and was driving home by 12:55PM. Guys works very fast. They said that its will take about 45 minutes and changed back window glass for Toyota Siena in 30 minutes. It needed to take of spoiler and couple more parts, but they were very fast.Recommend...

Staff were friendly but shop was run down & dirty inside. They were cheap but the work showed for that. They put my inside panel back over my windshield wiper water hose & it ended up having to be cut to fix it. Windshield is good quality & does not leak but I dont think Id go back all the way to Tampa for a cheaper price.

Tony fixed my cracked windshield recently. He was quick but didnt seem to be rushing. He was organized and clean and got the job done superbly. It helped that he was very friendly and personable too. Definitely recommend New World Auto Glass.

I had a problem with my river view mirror falling off for years. I had tried those auto parts kits about 8 times and then also had my windshield replaced someplace else due to cracks and it still fell off. Then I came here. They got me in right away, took about 10 minutes, and I finally have a rear view mirror that is staying up. They did an amazing job and were great on customer service.

They cancelled my appointment without telling me. I waited at home all day waiting for them to show up. They were supposed to come between 9-12 but realized it was the wrong city (Progressive gave them the wrong zip code) and said theyd have to come out later this afternoon. At 5:30 I finally called them to see what was going on and he said they couldnt come to my house, I was too far away. That would have been fine if you had told me that at 9:00 when the issue was first found out. Now I waited around all day and its too late to get anyone out here for a couple more days. I dont understand how someone can think it is acceptable to be a no call/no show.

Had my Silverado passenger window smashed by a neighborhood thug. Got quotes as high as $260/$350! (Safelite) to replace it. New World gave me a very quick quote of $179+tx, and I was glad to have the window replaced there. It was easy getting in to be seen, and the job took only 20-30 minutes. Very pleasant people. Vandalism is painful, but this merchant took some of the sting out of it. I recommend them.
