Service King was beyond amazing. When you bring your vehicle in they truly take care of you and show you that you matter. This is a place of professional, kind, and wonderful people who I would love to take out for a beer. They deserve it. While my vehicle was there, I knew it was in good hands. After my car was serviced they realized they had made a mistake. They admitted it and did whatever they could to remedy the situation. Thank you Service King for being awesome!

Service Kings customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond any shop I have ever been too. I got a flat tire on my way home from work. I pulled into their parking lot due to realizing my tire was flat and not drivable as I ran over a screw a mile back. They were closed. An employee was leaving and I asked if someone could help me. She kindly said let me check to see if any of my guys are still here. The manager and assistant manager were just getting ready to leave. They helped me with my tire so that I could get home to fix it permanently . They were so gracious and had a great and positive attitude the whole time. They could have been annoyed to have to stay late but they did not. That is what I can amazing customer service. Highly recommend this business.

This is my second time using Service King Collision on Bush Blvd for collision service. The paint job is excellent, they do stand behind their work, and offer a lifetime warranty on the work to the original owner. They will provide a rental car at their cost if they need to keep the car for a while to redo the repairs even after the insurance has settled and the car was turned over to the customer previously.However one thing has become very evident to me now that I have been there on two separate occasions. Service King at least at this particular location does not have anyone doing quality control before the car is turned over to the customer. One of the managers admitted to me that this is true due to the volume of work they perform. This time on my vehicle a reflector with a crack in it was not replaced even though I pointed it out the person doing the intake, the bumper was not properly secured in the center, and the car model badge was installed with the letters scrambled.The previous time I had the car in the shop the body panel gaps were completely ignored, the headlight assembly that was replaced no one bothered to aim it correctly and was blinding oncoming drivers, twice they used plastic fasteners with broken tabs, and left tool marks on the screw heads, and there was paint over spray on rubber gaskets. To this day the front bumper cover keeps popping of the keeper on the side where the repair was done. The factory side does not pop off.Standing behind their work is great but if you have to keep coming back for the same thing over and over it becomes a burden for the customer from missed work hours, and the aggravation of having to remove all personal belongings and move them to the rental car.

These people will take care of you, and fix your car. Love their service.

I was very pleased with the service, they made the whole process 10 times easier for me, I dropped off my car for repairs and they even took care of bringing my rental car to me, so I didnt even have to move. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me, and I really appreciate it!

Had an accident on a Saturday night, did a lot of damage to the front and whole drivers side of my car, Service King is a preferred repair shop of my car insurance so I called them Monday and they said bring it right in. They did a photo assessment of my car when I got there, only had to wait about 15 minutes and the rental car company came an picked me up, the next day the service manager called me with an estimate and a time line of 2 weeks for repair. They updated me daily on progress of the repairs and they actually had my car finished 6 days early , they did an outstanding job, my car looked brand new. They had my car also cleaned inside and out. Will definitely use them again if needed.

This was my second repair by the folks at Service King. They were fully setup for almost contactless service. The only time I was less than 6 feet from the friendly, professional, masked associate was when she handed me the receipt to be signed. Sorry Im terrible with names. Once again the work on my vehicle was impeccable. The paint match was perfect. The seams lined up. Alex, the project manager stayed in touch with me and the insurance company on any issues. The company also uses text messages to keep customers informed of the progress with a link to an online look at where your car is at in the process. Hopefully, I dont ever need these services again 😁 but if I do they will be my choice.

Had some work done on my Jaguar X type after someone hit my car parked. Although this was unfortunate, Service King treated me with such great care and professionalism. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process. When the car was done I was a bit nervous but, they left my car looking brand new inside and out. The damage that had been done prior wasn’t even slightly noticeable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and well-rounded body shop. I was recently in need of their services & in addition to excellent customer service by Sergio, the bodywork performed is indeed perfect.Although it did take longer than originally projected I was kept informed at every step of the process.The front office was clean, bright, inviting to clients with a childrens waiting area, a coffee counter.There was an email with link connection set up for me to follow the progress.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone asking for a referral.

I got into an accident (someone rear-ended my vehicle pretty hard) and my rear bumper was demolished. The insurance company referred me to Service King for my body repairs. Since they were contracted with the insurance company, I expected to get adequate service at best. However, they were absolutely wonderful in quality repairs and service. Carl was the gentleman who took care of my needs. He wrote down the concerns I had and even followed up with me later on. In addition, he even gave me his personal cell number in case I had any further concerns or questions. The manager, Bobby Hall, also reached out to me and made sure I was have a pleasant experience. In the end, the quality of repairs were awesome. I LOVE my car again. They even gave it a little wash so that it was all shiny and pretty.I cant express how wonderful the service was from this body shop in addition to having my car look beautiful. If youre thinking about taking your vehicle anywhere, whether its due to an accident or you just want to freshen up your car - then take it here! You wont regret it.

I usually don’t post a review but this time it was really bad! Horrible experience. Wish I could give negative stars. I had to take my car back more than 3-4 times to get it fixed. It took over 6 months to get it fixed. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone who has Tesla. They not only take long time to fix but they are not trusted. They gave us car back without fixing it. They gave us many excuses and still are doing it. We are still waiting to hear back from Manager John regarding the situation. In short Tesla owners don’t use this shop for your repair.

Money is not the only thing on their mind!!! Had a flat tire while driving on Busch Blvd. Pulled in to their parking lot to change the tire. Low and behold am missing the lug nut wrench. Asked for help, and one of the managers, John, asked a tech to help me get the spare on. Upon finishing up, offered to pay for the services, and John declined. Not only that, the tech who helped me would not take a tip. Something tells me this is a great place to get some honest and ethical work done on your car. In a time where it seems like every company is putting profits over the people it serves, Service King is a welcomed exception. They had the decency to cover my remaining days I had on my rental while I was out of town for work when my insurance company (USAA) refused. This place has a great culture and provides excellent service!

Terrible experience with this company, a complete failure in communication. I was referred to Service King by my auto manufacturer (Tesla). I called and set up an appointment for a free estimate and I was referred to the Armenia location by the representative. I went there and Chad gave me an estimate. Later when I went to schedule my appointment they told me I couldn’t bring my car there and I would need to take it to the Busch location. Sergio (Armenia) told me he would forward my appointment, but I later learned that never happened. When I learned that my appointment time couldn’t be honored. I requested to speak with a manager and I was told the GM John was busy and would follow up, but never did. I went in person and spoke with John after I explained what happened, he simply indicated, “sorry, have a good day” and made no attempt to rectify this situation. Terrible display of customer service.

Excellent work communication job was completed in an extremely lengthy time over a month which would have been nice to have known ahead of time there was an issue I still dont know what it was however they did do a great job repairing the vehicle but I had upgraded the rental so it cost me several $100 extra I would go back though

I got my car repaired at this shop because someone rear ended me and this was the shop the insurance company had me use. I can honestly say that I did not have the best experience. For one thing, they had my car for almost two weeks past the due date, which was almost a month and kept extending the completion date of the repairs. After it was all said and done, one of the rear lights they installed was defective, so I had to go back to their shop. However, the General Manager John was very apologetic and gave me a restaurant gift card for my troubles. It was a nice gesture in an attempt to make things right.

Everything was great with my experience. Mike is the man and was awesome to deal with.

Inconsistent customer service--seems no one knows what is going on with our car. Received a text that it would be ready on the 25th of March a little over a week ago. Then received a call saying it would be ready this past weekend.(we were out of town and couldnt come on Saturday) Called this morning to verify it was be ready as I was returning the rental car. Told it wouldnt be set until this afternoon. Given the past experience, I called again to double check--Theyve been telling me about the wrong car this whole time. Currently on Hold for the last 20 minutes while they try to figure out whats going on with our vehicle.

My brand new car was rear ended and I choose Service King for my repairs. I was initially concerned over some miscommunication about my appointment. But Jossie took over when she sensed my frustration and got me taken care of quickly. Their Uber was in use so an employee took me home since my rental was not available. Jossie kept me up to date on my repairs and my car looks brand new again. They even cleaned my car. Very happy with the outcome.

Brought my car for repairs, it was released 1.5 months ago. Today my new tire blew out because it was so worn down and the other one was close. Service King didn’t fix the alignment so now I need three new tires and an alignment. Very aggravating.
