We had one of our vehicles towed there for repairs from an accident my wife had and they kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs. When they finished and called me they had done such a great job that it looked like it did coming off the show floor. The only thing that I have negative to say was they couldn’t find the same wheel that was damaged and they gave me the cost of it so I could find it but I paid my full deductible and was getting ready to leave and noticed the wheel and then I went back in and they said they had a comment when I paid to lower the price for my payment by the cost of the wheel. I felt that if I had not noticed and went back to tell them that I may not have received the refund otherwise I would really recommend them for repairs and will definitely return if I ever have another accident.

5 weeks for minor repairs. Body panel and hood alignment was off. Grease handprint on upholstery with some type of chemical residue on the dash. Updates on Tuesday and Thurs was always contradictory. Had much better service at caliber.

Do NOT use Brandon Collision unless you don’t want to ever be updated about your vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday for a simple paint job for a scratch. It was estimated to be a 2.5-3 day project. Today is Thursday and I have not been contacted one time and cannot get George or the manager to call me back. This is definitely not the way a paying customer should ever be treated!Update: George finally called me back and said he’d found my keys on his desk and my truck looked good and was ready to go. I got there and it looked like a child had painted it with a paint brush. Needless to say, they are redoing it and I am hopeful of them actually getting right on their second try. Never again with this place!!Update 2: I went to pick it up again and it still wasn’t correct. It was markedly better than the first time, but still had air bubbles in the clear coat on the fender edge. Fingers crossed they finally get it correct this time!!Update 3: I picked up my truck and it finally looked like a professional job. It took a full 7 days to get it back, but it’s now fixed and you can’t tell it was ever scratched.

Please allow me to lay it on the line. This place, Brandon Collision, has my trust and indearing recomendation beyond comprehension. Let me explain. I am a local real estate broker, not a plant or someone paid to write a positive review. I came to Brandon Collision because my insurance adjuster was stationed there.Two days before, I had taken my new car to Mavis Tire in Riverview for a flat tire. Five hours later when I returned to pick up my new car, I discovered damage that occured while in thier possession (read my review on thier website for the blitering details). Because of the delicate finish of my car, my intent was to find the finest company in the body repair business to do the job. I had no thought of letting Brandon Collision work on my car. I had never heard of them.Likewise, when I met with the adjuster, I made it clear that only the best in the business would be considered to do the tricky 4 step paint job and I already had 2 quotes. He asked to at least let someone from Brandon Collision take a look . . . I agreed more or less to pacify the adjuster.Within minutes Carlos appeared, then came the operations manager, followed by one of their technicians who joined in the debate.The end result; contrary to the other 2 quotes, the recommendation was to take a less invasive path. So, after listening to their approach, I agreed with the stipulation that if thier plan would not work, wed move on.Making that call was the best decision that could have ever been made. Carlos promised to follow the process all the way through and he did. Three days later 3 days later, I was blown away by their work and a job so near perfect, I defy anyone to tell the car was ever damaged. Whats more, it was all done without body fill or repainiting. A million thanks go out to Carlos and his staff for an incredible job. Rest assured my recommendations will be countless.

I was shocked at all the unprofessional things I’ve experienced with my car being serviced here. They had my car for over a month, delayed the date 5 times from the original date I was supposed to get my car back without ever updating us, WE had to call on our own to figure that out. On the 4th time I was supposed to get my car back, I had 2-3 different people tell me it was ready over the phone, including text messages, only for us to get there and they say it was not ready. On that time, we asked if everything with the car was fine & their answer was “I don’t know” we proceeded to tell them we do not want the car back if it’s not fully fixed. They had the audacity to TRY and hand me my car back KNOWING it wasn’t fully ready. Their “customer service representative” Jenna called me crazy, and their “manager” himself supposedly was going to call me himself when everything was ready, he never did. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Worst car repair shop IN TAMPA BAY!!

It is a call to anyone who may be interested since the situation is delicate and even more suspicious when reading comments outside of my bad experience with Carlos, Carlos is an enveloping and manipulative person when dealing with referred clients, look for estimates outside of this center since note the conspiracy between workers and the $ money legally awarded for the damages that he indicates! Even private numbers call as it happened to me and the pressure is stubborn, obviously something is wrong and the insurance companies are oblivious to the whole plot since it is internal headed by Carlos who is the one who calls and says the characteristics of the damage! A second certified estimate from another shop came out with a difference of nearly $ 5,000

Good customer service 💯

They are the most expensive route you can go, and the work is fair at best. We paid $1500.00 to have our bed re-wired only to have our turning signals flash at a rapid pace. The convenience doesnt outweigh the cost when working on my fleet, I will taking my business elsewhere. After dealing with some many costly repairs I even switched to Chevrolet after 15+ years of buying Ford trucks.

Brandon Collision is the best company I have ever had the experience to work with. My Mercedes Benz is my baby and was concerned if they would do a good job. Well, they were above and beyond all of my expectations. This company should give customer service classes to other body shops. They gave me text supports on the progress and I felt so special. The first time I went to Brandon Collision the people was really friendly and helpful.... Then after I dropped my car off.... I never heard from Carlos.... I had to call him to check on the status of my vehicle.... He would never answer the phone or even return my calls.... Then finally when I was told my vehicle would be ready I had to wait for it when I got there.... Carlos finally brought me my keys and said of I have any other problems just let him know.... I picked it up late at tonight so I couldnt see what the repairs look like.... The next day when I look at it I see grease on my seats and my door frame from where they replace the door..... Then I go to roll down the window and my window is not working..... I tried calling him twice with two messages and he never returned my call..... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE....

I inherited my truck from my father 2 years ago. It is a beautiful black 2012 Ford F150. It was involved in a fender bender in Feb. I was so worried about the new black pearl paint being too obvious and not matching the rest of the truck. These guys at Brandon Collision knocked it out of the park ! I am admittedly hard to please. 3 weeks and 3 days to do the body work on my car, Miss lead and miss informed on information from Carlos. Also they “forgot” to fix the hood of my car until I pointed it out. It was line item #2 on the work order. Left some kind of oil or something on the side of the car and somehow ran 1/4 tank of fuel out of my car (no extra mileage was put on the car) they demanded the full deductible before they were even done with the correct repairs and did not communicate with there rental agency Enterprise costing me extra charges. Very sad time as they would have gotten an amazing review had they just done there job correctly.

Car was dropped off due to being rear-ended 4/30/18 got my car back 6/11/18. Coming home 6/15/18 (4)days after picking up my car a big piece of the bottom fell off my car; (due to the accident) went scraping off and dragged under my car throwing it behind me causing the driver behind me to swirl. A whole month and that was not properly secured or replaced. Representatives their handling your vehicle are never available to speak with, must alway call and leave a voice message. Left voice messages, got called back 2 days later, did that (3x) within the month. They should try being without a car for a month and see how one would react. People their are nice, but not very fast or so that was my experience. Not very happy. Wont recommend you guys sorry.

The rear hatch on my SUV was jammed shut on one of the tie down latches and Brandon Collision fixed it with no problem and at a reasonable rate.

I got into a car Accident and was recommended to this place. Everything was good at beginning, they was answering my questions. After i dropped my car off, never heard from Carlos Again. I called and left multiples voicemail and never got a call back. I would have to call the Call geico to find out when my car would be ready and to find out information on my car since Carlos or Anyone in that place would let me know what was happening with the car. . It took longer than expected.. The car rental Had to be extended about 3 times. I was told that since they left doors open in my car the battery had died and they replaced it. Two weeks for me having my car, the “Brand New” Battery completely died. My rear view camera was half the size of my original camera and i was told they will have to see if they can fix it. worst experience ever. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!SN:Thank you to the assistant manager for listening to me when i told him about the backup camera. He walked with me outside to make sure he knew what i was talking about..

No communication from Carlos as to when my car will be completed! The timeline promises made were not kept, costing me extra days of car rental out of my pocket as well as missed plans. Had to emergency send someone else to pick up my daughter from school while Carlos was on a 2 hour lunch after not calling me all morning! I will not come here again if this is the level of customer care I can expect!! I have yet to see the repair so I cant comment on that yet.

I had my new F250 pickup a spray-in bed liner. The mechanic removed all of the hardware in the bed, sprayed the bed, then reinstalled all of the hardware. It is absolutely perfect! I could not be more pleased!

Brandon Collision did some work repairing my Boss 302 Mustang. They communicated with me on my cars progress throughout the entire repair process. Moreover, Brandon Collision is the most modern up-to-date auto repair facility I have ever seen. Everyone that I came in contact with were always helpful and friendly. I recently had to take our 2017 Mitsubishi outlander sport SE 4 repairs. My jester referred me to Brandon collision. She stated that they have an excellent record in workmanship and customer service. I have to say I was not disappointed ! from the initial phone call to drop it off my vehicle and then picking it up it was excellent customer service throughout the process! The front office staff along with my personal adjuster George who took care of the repairs as walk through the repairs on my vehicle. Carlos the advisor does not answer the phone or return calls. Only updates I received was when I drove there and waited in the lobby. I set an appt. with Carlos 2 weeks out so they could get the car straight to a frame rack. I dropped the car off and went out of town for a week. A few days after I got back I left a message for Carlos. After no return call I dropped in and found they just got it on the rack. A few weeks later after a couple more unanswered messages to Carlos and a couple trips down there for updates. I received a text confirming I picked up my car. But at that point nobody told me it was done. The receptionist is very nice. The facility looks state of the art. But customer service sucks. And Carlos, my advisor has no knowledge of cars or customer service skills. He doesnt know the difference between ladder bars or sub frame connectors.

I was impressed with the quick repair and the quality of the repair. They also detail your vehicle inside and out when repair is completed. I am a claims adjuster and I will recommend people to this shop if they are looking for shops in mind.

I have edited my previous review, as I feel that Brandon Collision has done everything within their power to correct the issues that we previously had with them.

My New truck was only 2 weeks old and it was in a major crash. Insurance company adjuster stated would only repair not total the truck. Needed new frame, new front end, and new rear. I was very concerned due to only 2 weeks old would not drive like new or look like new. Shawn the manager and Carlos worked with the team that basically took apart the whole truck and put it back together on a nw frame. When it was done it looked brand new and actually drove BETTER than new. I cannot say enough on how GREAT they treated me and Great they did on fixing my truck. Will NEVER take my truck anywhere else if I ever need body repairs again. Thanks for the great job and care you provided me in my bad time in life between the accident and surgeries I needed. Took a big load off my mind.

My truck was in for 8 months on a job estimated to take 3 weeks, I got It back and a week later the paint and seam sealer were completely peeling off the roof. It went back in the shop and took another month to get It back. I have rust on the inside of my door where the paint went thin and I’ve found multiple places where they used duct tape to cover holes where they lost the plastic plugs. Body lines are crooked as hell and they left out a bunch of bolts in the dash and stuff. You’d think such a nice facility would do better work but they don’t. Also I won’t even bring It back for warranty work because I can’t be without a vehicle for as long as they would keep It

Before I posted this review I went through and looked at all the other reviews.. I could not believe all the five star reviews! The team there is not helpful whatsoever. No one returns phone calls and there are no updates regarding any services being done to your vehicle. We have had our truck in the shop for over a month. Most weeks I call at least 3 to 4 times and nobody ever returns our phone calls, finally my boyfriend went in & all he got was it should be done sometime next week and it is still not done that was two weeks ago!Nothing is done in a timely manner and nobody ever returns phone calls !

I would avoid this place at all cost. I was in an accident 2 months into having my new 2015 fusion. It took them 3 months to get my car to be ok. The worst part about this place was how I was treated and how I was lied to on multiple occasions. I was told that my car was going to be ready three different times in August and they never delivered on those promises. I was told that my car was going to be ready on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of a week in September. Again they did not live up to their word and my car was not ready. They said the car was ready for pick up on that Saturday. Upon my arrival I looked at my car. The car was in unacceptable shape. They had bubbles in the paint and dirt under the paint. The inside of the trunk was soaking wet. The inside liner of the trunk did not fit correctly and the hinges were only partially painted. This was after they had admitted to scratching my side panel while they were trying to put on the bumper. Again I was told all the issues would be completed within the week. After a week I was told they cracked my third tail light putting in the back glass. After another week I was finally able to pick up my car. I still have issues with the inside liner of the trunk. I also have issues with the way trunk closes. However according to them I have to close the trunk a special way. It was not this way before the accident I was in. Granted I only had my new 2015 fusion for two months and they had it for 3 months. Their front staff matches their awesome work as well. It is of course a issue for a owner of a car to call and actually talk to someone that knows something about their car. I called several times with no call backs. At one point I was put on hold for 20 minutes without being transferred.The work, their word, and customer service is suspect at best. I would run as far away from this place and go ANYWHERE else.

I got into a fender bender and Progressive repaired my car. When I picked it up, the wiper blades were not working. They told me it was an untimely factory issue and to take it to the dealership because it had nothing to do with the accident even though it was fine even after the accident. If the dealership could prove it was because of the accident or the work done then they would pay for any repairs. I made an appt.with the service center and explained what happened. Robert sent me over to collision to see Jorge. After waiting for an hour and a half, a gentlemen did ask me if I needed help. Im not sure if he was Jorge or not but he did help me. I had felt like I was getting the run around from everyone and was at the end of my rope. After discussing with another gentleman the issue. He went out and looked at it. 20 minutes later it was fixed!!!! He was a lifesaver! I have to be in Orlando most of this week and Im relieved that my car is safe enough to drive if it rains. He told me the body shop that did the repairs did not put things back together correctly and that was the issue. It is people like him and the other gentleman who took the time to.look at my car (who I believe was going to lunch even) that I will continue to go to Brandon Ford. Not only when I buy a car now but also if I have an accident! Brandon Ford Collision Center is where my vehicle will go from now on. I cant say enough how thankful I am to those 2 gentleman. I wish I knew their names so they could be recognized by the leadership team.Thank you so much Brandon Ford!

Engine starts making some noise and told me to have Brandon Ford look at it I end up getting charge for service $100.?Really while my car was fixed by them!Their reason warranty its just a day before warranty expires.Now I tried to call them they dont return your call.

My 2018 Camry was rear end at no fault, which created a huge dent on the rear end of the bumper and trunk. They had my car for 2 months now told me that my car was done about three different times now. No one cares to call you back and let you know how your vehicle is doing you have to call them and leave messages.But they dont care they still will not call you back you have to keep calling tomorrow I am going up there to pick my car up it better be right. They had it long enough and I am going to try to get some money taking off too this place is a nice building on the outside and inside but when you get to the customer service they suck!!!! Poor communication. Repair took much longer than stated. Vehicle had issues after repair and manager failed to follow up after receptionist left written note regarding dissatisfaction. Work was high quality, attention to detail was lacking. (Added 8/2/2018) New front bumper is now 1 inch away from front fender. Not quite sure where to go to get repaired at this point. UPDATE 8/15/2018 Kudos to Collision Manager Shawn Reutimann and Carlos All issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. Sometimes communication problems are just that. As an out of towner, it was a little nerve wracking having to leave your car behind and trusting that the collision center would do a good job. Brandon Collision was the best decision I couldve made to handle just that. They were quick in getting to work to see what the damage was, ordering the parts and getting it repaired. Jorge did a phenomenal job in communicating with me every few days to keep me updated on what had been done and to advise of any delays that popped up. They worked diligently to get my car looking like new again. I would definitely recommend Brandon Collision to anyone!

I will nevet bring my truck here again unprofessional Rachel never returns your call. It had been at least 3 weeks , still DONT have my truck. Please use ANOTHER Collison place plenty in the area!

Not impressed. I needed an estimate for my vehicle; on a Friday told me they will have it ready for Monday. On Monday I did not receive any telephone call and on Tuesday, they tell me to go at 2:30pm. I showed up thinking that we would be discussing the estimate and instead, Tommy Gomez tells me to sign and that I needed to pay $500 bucks deductible. I asked for the estimate and they not even know how much worth of damage I had. Very unprofessional, do not meet the deadlines and entrust worthy in my experience.

What an awful experience. I originally took my truck to Brandon Collision to try and get the body work done out of pocket, the gentleman told me I was looking at around $7000 and probably a little more with a 9 day repair. After realizing I didnt want to pay that much out of pocket I decided to go through Geico.I dropped my truck off on a Monday hoping to have it back in a few weeks. The only updates I ever received were when I had to call and ask for one. My truck wasnt even touched for the first week and a half that it sat there. I was trying to figure out my rental car situation and every day that Brandon Collision told me it would be ready was totally inaccurate. after a month of them having it I was told September 11th. I called on September 11th and then they said hopefully end of the week. End of the week turned into Monday, and Monday turned into Tuesday. I was 5 weeks without my truck for a repair I was told would be 9 days. I had to show up in person just to get an honest update on the status of my truck. Not only was the repair over double the duration, the repair only came out to $3500 dollars. I understand they have negotiated rates with Geico but the dishonest estimator quoted me double what the cost to Geico was.I have a few more scratches on my truck that I was looking to try and get fixed. I was hoping for a great experience and would bring it back to Brandon Collision at a later date, but after this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.
