I was referred to Impex by my insurance company to replace my back bumper after getting rear ended. The whole experience was great. The team was helpful, courteous and quick. When I dropped my car off, they called Enterprise to come pick me up to get my rental and when I went to pick my car back up, I was able to leave my rental car with them. This type of service and partnership made the whole process easy.

I was in between this business and another one, (they both had a 4.9 star rating, but Julio had many more WONDERFUL reviews,) and after prayig and talking to my sis ... this was the one I chose. And man, it was blessing after blessing after that.Julio, the owner, is one of the kindest hearted people Ive ever met in all 30 years Ive lived on this earth. I was beyond pleasantly surprised at their professionalism, hospitality, great work, and the family oriented atmosphere theyve establish AND they are a direct pick up and drop off location for the rental car!Even after picking up my vehicle, I noticed a minor issue. When I called, they immediately said no problem, come back in. Talk about red carpet treatment! My Chevrolet Equinox is good as new. With this level of service excellence Im shocked I hadnt heard of this location before, but going forward I will gladly refer them to anyone with a vehicle service need.

I highly recommend this shop, they did absolutely wonderful work on my Mazda. It was my first accident, so I was not familiar with all the steps involved after an accident. Julio and his team were extremely friendly and filled in all blanks I had regarding the work being done on my vehicle and the timeline. I had $6k worth of damage to my front-end and my car looks just as it did when I bought it. You’ll be hard pressed to find a shop that matches the quality of work and customer service as Julio and his team.

My experience at Impex GAE was exceptional. Another driver rear-ended my 2012 BMW X5 and it suffered a smashed tailgate and bumper. I immediately worked with my insurance provider (Progressive) who arranged an appointment with Impex in 3 day’s time as well as a rental car. The drop-off at Impex was quick and smooth and the staff was very friendly and professional. They estimated 7 working days although I assumed it would take much longer due to parts availability for a 2012 BMW. Impex works directly with Enterprise Rental so Impex had Enterprise pick me up within 5 minutes after dropping off my car.Much to my surprise, Impex met their estimate of 7 business days. The repair and paint match are perfect and they even cleaned my car inside and out. Impex also handled the car rental drop-off and all of the insurance paperwork. The pick-up process took just 10 minutes.The entire process was exceptional and top notch and I could tell that the entire staff was honest and just “good people”. Thank you Impex – you’re an incredible family-run business!

Impex is a family owned business and they have the best customer service ever and they do the best work on your vehicle. I don’t trust anyone else with my Mercedes. Kindest family ever, really good people. We made friends with Pepe (Julio Sr), he’s a great man. He was doing magic tricks for my daughter and I. We enjoyed his company and he invited us back for Argentinian pastries on Saturday’s. Love him! Love the espresso and how the car came out!!! This was my 2nd time using them.

Fast. Thorough. Friendly! 1 of 2 places my insurance company suggested I use, chose them because they were closer. Appointment scheduling was quick and easy, drop off was a breeze and then they even arranged to get me a ride home. Truck was finished 2 days early and they brought my truck to me! Got to chat with some really cool dudes on the drive and my truck looks better than new....and they detailed it!! This is now my go to body shop, they take pride in their work and care about the customer.

I had to have a repair fixed that was already done at another shop. The guys here are awesome! They fixed what the other shop forget to install and made everything right with the repair. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt comfortable with them. Id never done this before so didnt know what to expect. Progressive Insurance didnt do their part by getting the referral over to them but Impex handled it smoothly without me having to do another thing.Two nights later, Julio called me to let me know the estimate and when my car would be ready. After my experience with Progressive and the rental company, he was such a nice surprise. Very pleasant, calm- he explained everything to me very clearly, and somehow I knew I was in good hands. After a week Julio called me to tell me my car was ready.....2 days before the date he originally told me. When I got there, he walked me out, opened my door, my car was not only fixed but they washed and detailed it. She looked beautiful again. Although I hope to not need body work again, if I do, I will definitely return back to Impex. Fantastic customer service, which is hard to come by these days, and great work. They did an excellent job on my 2018 Tesla Model 3. We had some significant front end damage, and they took care of everything, including taking the car to Tesla for windshield replacement and calibration. The car looks and drives like new. Be prepared to wait for parts from Tesla. We decided to have Impex order the parts, then drop the car off when they received the parts. I highly recommend these guys.

They got our car done super fast and they are really nice people. Julio even gave us a ride, in his personal car, to Enterprise because they never came to pick us up. Just good people, will Def be going back when we need more body work done.

Everyone here was extraordinarily friendly and conscientious when I went to drop off and pick up my car and it was back to perfect condition when I went to pick it up. They made us delicious coffee and had all kinds of treats while we waited for the rental car to come get us, I was expecting to have to figure out how to get the rental, but they had it all taken care of. If I had to get hit by another car, Im glad that I got to have Impex make it a bit easier and less stressful for us.

Getting body work done on your car is never a good thing but when the right people do the right work it is fine in the end. Julio and his crew took care of my truck like it was their own and the result is probably better than new. Im as picky as they come and Julio made sure that everything was perfect. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Very impressed with Julio and his team here at Impex. This was my second experience here at the body shop. I came back after the great service and quality work the first time. Phenomenal Experience! Julio and his team were great from start to finish fixing my 2017 Audi A7. Julio kindly reached out to me after I selected them to do the work. He insisted on driving me to the tow lot to make sure everything went smoothly. They kept in touch with updates about the car. They also honored their lifetime warranty on their work when I noticed a few little things still needing attention after I got the car back and gave me a rental car. A+ experience and highly recommended!
